Both occasions when I have brought my car in for service, the appointment has started right on time and if there are questions or concerns, the service technician ensures that there are discussions about service, pricing is reviewed and signatures are obtained before services begin. Luckily Bayside does not suck. So I don't have to figure that out. They are wonderful. They don't over or up charge you. I have to say I have been pleasantly surprised every time. I guess I should stop being surprised. I have a Kia Stinger which is not your typical Kia. It is a sport sedan or hatch back or fast back? I'm not really sure. I am sure I love this car. It compares to any Italian German sports sedan costing $80,000 or more. So maintenance can be tricky if you don't keep up with it, but it has not been expensive. My warranty is covered the few small things that have gone wrong, the horn, and a fuel pump none of which have stranded me all of which the dealership has dealt with quickly with no hassle,. The staff are very nice people. The best dealership experience I've had. I've been buying cars since the 80s. I'm so relieved that I can rely on Bayside Kia to keep me on the road affordably.
