It took thirty extra minutes to get my food which was prepaid so I couldn't leave. When it came, part of the order had been given to another customer so it had to be redone...... I felt for the drive thru. They forgot one customers French toast and had to recook it. They left that vehicle in the window inconveniencing the entire line.
