One of the cooks dropped something in the back and her colleague was quick to respond with concern and offer assistance. There was No swearing or harsh words. The young man working the cash register was joyful and happily serving his customers. His laughter made me walk out of the store with a smile. My waffle egg breakfast sandwich was warm and delicious. Of course, after going the direction indicated (with no distances), I didn't find it so after a mile, I settled on East Coast Oil Corp. Umm...bad idea. After filling up on gas, I walked in to buy a coke and also drain the bladder. Umm...well, it smelled like someone had already taken care of that in the lobby. Or maybe they used the same mop to wipe the food area that they used to mop up the piss on the floor of the men's bathroom. Horrible place - I ended up leaving and opting to stop by a Wendy's on the way to get a coke and leave. Bleh.

I used to frequent this gas station more often when I had a nicotine habit, that influenced me to go there every day. My wife and I regularly get their fantastically fried chicken (their fried catfish is my absolute favorite). Their deals on catering and a lunch tray are very affordable. The kitchen staff and store staff are amazing. They are incredibly polite and if you treat them well they always look out for you. This review is a reminder to be polite to retail and customer service staff. They are part of the backbone of our economy. Because guess what; you always need gas and convenience.
