We stopped by this location for a quick lunch during a road trip. The lines for pick up was long but there was no one on the cashier line. We ended up using the kiosk. The wait for the food was around 25 minutes for 20 nuggets, 3 fries, and a McChicken. The bathroom was in decent condition but it was kinda messy with paper strewn all about. I went to this McDonalds this morning and asked if they would make me 4 sausage burittos fresh because in the past the burittos would be sstuck to the inside and not fresh. The manager refused to make me fresh ones because "they are made fresh in the morning." Well when I got home 7 minutes later I I tried to unwrap them and guess what, they were stuck to the inside wrapper so bad all we had was a mess. read more

As we all know, McDonald's is a hit or miss in general. But I was in this particular McDonald's tonight, and was shocked to find that the "$1$2$3" menu is not "$1$2$3" at all. But in fact the $4+ menu. To order from the "$1$2$3" menu, you have to order two of the same items. For example, two double cheeseburgers, two chicken sandwiches, etc......... So, when did the menu change from "$1$2$3" to whatever? So my advice to you is to choose wisely and ask questions. read more

I'd really like to thank the manager (Michael) and all the employees at this McDonald's for being so awesome. I wanted a cake for my Mom and sister's shared birthday. A McDonald's cake to be exact! I called all of the nearby McDonald's and this was the one willing to order it for me. When we came in to pick up the cake everyone was just so lovely. (I hope you guys get to read this - everyone at the party was just so thrilled and couldn't believe we'd scored a McDonald's cake - no one even knew they still made them. I went there this morning at approximately 9:20. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches among some other things. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese McGriddle and a Bacon egg and cheese Bagel. I was given two sausage McMuffins. I go to work and realize my order is wrong so I send my coworker with the receipt and incorrect food to the McDonald's. He comes back and says he had to have them remake it again when he received the food because they got it wrong the 2nd time. I open the bag and the bagel is correct. However, the McGriddle was replaced with a McMuffin. I have never had this issue before and I understand they are busy but...3 time they got it wrong? For real :( read more

We are regulars at this McDonald's. It's staff are always on point. Always quick and 9/10 my order is correct. Lately there has been some confusion at the window on which order is mine but it's always resolved. The inside of the store is kept CLEAN CLEAN by a man that's worked there for a long time. I so appreciate that. My only complaint is one day we were eating inside with our kids and we were yelled at for taking our drink in the play place. Not my kids... me! This location states that it opens at 5am, however, it is often not ready for business at that point, with no one ready for the drive thru. I imagine that instead of taking initiative that they wait for the scheduled person, regardless of if they are late or not. Customer service is usually friendly and attentive, but all of those things require you to actually be here and doing your job on time. I'd recommend to the manager if the intent is to open at 5am that you should have your employees here at 4:30am so that you can actually open at the prescribed time. read more

Came here at 10:20 am today and sat in the drive thru line since I could not go in due to covid and by the time I got to the order window it was 10:31 am and therefore they refused to sell us breakfast items. The cleanest McDonald's ever. Bathroom noticeably smelled better just by opening the door. It was very quickly obvious that it wasn't just surface clean. I ran into Henry, older gentleman sweeping floors on my way out. I complimented him & had a short discussion. He appreciated the conversation, as did I. Henry deserves a raise. Genuinely nice gentleman. Ironically, I didn't check my bag until I got to the bridge & my order was wrong. Meeting Henry more than made up for it. I called and spoke to the manager Bridgett, as I think it's important to let them know what they are doing right & what needs improvement. Bridget didn't seem to share my enthusiasm over Henry. or at least her tone & demeanor didn't convey it. She offered me a free meal or sandwich on my next trip though, I said give it to Henry. Apparently Michael Tyrone Johnson, if that is his real name, the manager of this McDonald's doesn't feel that it's important to wear a mask and keep his customers safe. I went through the drive-through and noticed he wasn't wearing a mask. I asked why he wasn't wearing a mask and instead of answering me he asked me if I wanted a cup carrier. I then asked again and he was very belligerent and defensive in his response he said he was "off the clock" and just came out of the back to help. I don't care where he came from or if he was on the clock, I care he wasn't wearing a mask in this current environment. I requested a refund, I don't want food or drinks that are handled with someone breathing over top of them and exposing me to a possibly deadly virus because he's too busy to put on a mask and safeguard his guests. They need to be providing much better service and they need to make sure this is a positive environment for their employees and guests they call their employees names. We went to this mcdonalds on Saturday that just passed and they had a lot of flies flying around the restaurant. Needless to say we didn't eat there. The only way people would know they had flies is if one flew out the drive thru window . Sometimes it's best to go inside. read more

In my opinion, this is a 5 star McDonald's. You know what to expect in terms of menu and overall food quality. All if our food was cooked fresh to order and came out hot. The staff was very friendly. The building is well maintained and was impeccably clean. The playplace is fun and has a toddler area. read more

Just keep driving! We ordered a "3 hotcakes and sausage breakfast." That's what the menu said. They sold us 3 of those breakfasts. When we got the bag and realized the error, they laughed at us and said that we ordered it wrong and shrugged. Then we said we only wanted one. They laughed again and said "you ordered it". They got the other sandwich in the order wrong too. We called the office number on the bottom of the receipt and got an answering machine even when we pressed the correct button for an operator (same message each time).So this place is bad from the top down. read more
