Honestly, I think they could have done better. The associate at the front counter was nice but when I asked about the pricing being so high compared to the prices they had on their app, he wanted to argue with me that the prices on the app are not what they had for "their location". the bathrooms were a disaster and when i told them about it nicely the manager told me, "It's a fast-food establishment it is what it is". (I have worked in fast food my whole life and I can tell you for sure that it is not what it is. it doesn't take much to clean a bathroom when you have a broom and bleach) needless to say, I will not be returning to this location. read more

When they get it right you get some tacos and popcorn chicken. Order from the app (twice in a row) they won't get it or claim so. Evidently the unskilled in King George County still pack our fast food restaurants with their brand of minimum wage minimum effort "work". Don't use the mobile order for this location. This was the worst Taco Bell I've ever had! It looks like the tacos had been sitting around all day. They were extremely greasy. The shells were falling apart, the meat was cold! I honestly don't know why this place has not been shut down. We have gone their twice. The customer service is terrible, but what's more worrisome is the cleanliness of the place. Even at 11am the inside was dirty. I wish this app would allow me to give it 0 stars. Just keep driving. read more

They close early almost every night and have terrible customer service! We have always enjoyed are late night eats from Taco Bell's in the past. This last time I pulled in right at 10:30 and all the lights were off inside and two employees were sitting outside on the curb smoking...I don't understand why they close early so often. read more

Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Yes, I do customize a lot of my orders but I am willing to pay for those customizations. But what I am not willing to put up with is getting none of my orders correct. A simple "No bean" or "No tomatoes" they can't even do. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

Awful is being nice about it rude employees and the food was awful they did however give two extra drinks (not on purpose ) the one lady walked off and the other gave us a second set of drinks but we also asked for corporates number and the lady gave us her number and proceeded to answer the phone . I can't I asked for two boxes and unlike any other Taco Bell they threw it all in one bag making it a pain to find what was what I ended up eating part of my friends food by accident because we couldn't tell the difference like why is that place even open !!! read more

OMF, this place is terrible!!! At 630pm the nacho fries are cold and dried up and they are put out when you request fresh ones. The soft tacos are cold and not heated at all so when you try to fold it to eat it just rips to pieces, that went in the trash. This Taco Bell is one of the worst I have been to . The only reason I am giving them three stars is because every time I have gone there , the people are always very polite . Now , however , kindness does not make up for everything . For one , this Taco Bell does not participate in most Taco Bell deals . So the frito burrito for $1 ? Don't even think about it. A lot of their food are not cooked all the way or not even heated up properly . I always get the Mexican pizza and I think maybe ONCE I got one where the cheese on top was actually melted . Every other time the cheese is still cold . The other bad thing about this Taco Bell is they are so snickety on their servings . My Mexican pizzas are more like mexican shells . Hardly any meat or beans on it at all. Same thing with the tacos . The XL or XXL taco ( whatever its called) that promises like 2 times the meat had the makings of a basic taco . So , if you want nice people with mediocre food this taco bell is for you . If not, then be like me and go to the taco bell in Laplata . read more

I ordered a KFC box and a chalupa, but they forgot to put the chalupa in the bag. I didn't know until an hour later. I went back to the store and they made anther one for me and gave me some churros. Great service! read more

The staff is friendly and the food good. Would love to have more meat in the taco (I order mine meat and cheese only so there is very little in the soft shell without all the extras.) They are kind and understanding to my kiddos so thats a huge plus. read more

Came here with my daughter after we hit up some local shopping. Drive thru was speedy and the cashier was super friendly. The potato grillers were huge compared to the ones at my local Taco Bell, whereas the Quesarito was smaller. No complaints though , as the service was really great! read more

What a joke! Pulled in parking lot and employee was coming out of store, he lit a cigarette then dragged the broom across parking lot, but hey he did manage to say hello and have a nice day! As I approached door it dawned on m that there was sign arising "Use driver Thru" we are short employees on this Saturday evening, Yo the fella in the parking lot could not tell me! so I said hey I will go thru the drive thru even though the line by this time was as expected long. Get in the line and then see another employee come out of store. Then she starts texting and BSing with the other employee holding the broom. So now we have 2 employees in the parking lot just happy as larks and 7 cars in the line. Hmmmm 2 employees inside and 2 in parking lot. I guess Taco Bell can afford to keep lobbies closed on Saturday nights! And yes went to the Burger King across the street. In and out in less than 5 minutes.
