Baristas is awesome and on fire with energy today. Love it. They had my order correct. Drive thru was packed and it moved very fast. Giving out cups of water today as well. Oh so cool. I come here often and have always had average to good experiences. The baristas are all friendly and try strike up conversations (some better than others HAHA). I really love this location for my local Starbucks. It is large, has cozy chairs, a 2 sided gas fireplace and lots of seating and parking. It is usually very busy (which Starbucks isn't?) but the staff are all very friendly and fast. Our dog loves the free puppuchinos (see picture) from the drive thru. They used to give out a free b-day drink in your birthday month but have stopped it a few years ago. It is definitely worth it to be a frequent user customer as the stars add up for free stuff! read more

I like this Starbucks location because it's really spacious and a pretty good environment to study. There's all kinds of tables and sofas, as well as a fireplace. Came here at around noon and I could tell the workers were tired from the busy-ness but the customer service was not hindered by that. Starbucks is known for being overpriced but the green tea frappucino is a good refreshing treat once in a while. I like the matcha taste but some parts of the drink was liquidy and other parts were chunky with ice. There's a lot of parking spaces. Minor complaint is that my study date had to end short because I could not connect my computer to the wifi cuz the pop up wouldn't load. read more

For location, atmosphere, great service and excellent coffee, this is my go-to coffee house. I moved to Kenmore in 2011 and with rare exception, I have been to this Starbucks every day. The staff is always accommodating and friendly and the perfect place to relax over coffee by the fireplace, read a book, have friendly conversation and gear up for the day ahead. I've convinced myself about ten times not to make a review but after today I decided I needed to. I am so sick and tired coming here and being greeted with snobby and unprofessional attitudes. I come here pretty frequently and every time I come it's just more disappointing. Tonight I got a drink for my coworker and I've been a barista before so I'm pretty experienced with how drinks work and how to order them and I know when I forget to say something and this case I did not screw up my order. I end up getting the wrong drink it needed sweet cold foam on top and the light skinned dark curly hair girl said "okay well you did not ask for that" here's some advice girl, you say! "I'm sorry about that let me put that on there for you" don't talk to your customers like they're stupid, you get more tips that way :)) hope that helps you out! And i hope your day gets better :))!!! If you want respect and good customer service I'd suggest going to a small coffee stand or a small business. Not my favorite Starbucks I feel like the customer service is off every time unfortunately but this location is very convenient for me on my way to work it is easily accessible heading south down SR 522 Bothell I guess it would be easily accessible from both directions because there is a light. The drive-through line is usually pretty hectic but it's better than going inside drinks are decent it's Starbucks so they're all the same they have been a couple times that my drink has been incorrectly made. Again not my favorite location I've had better customer service elsewhere I've had to call the one 800 number for Starbucks a couple times to get my points I do have the app but when they make a mistake with the drink they really are not eager to correct it I would suggest you keep going further south until you reach the next location on Lake City Way read more

This large Starbucks site is located on busy Route 522, on the north side of the street, in Kenmore. The parking lot is easy to access and there are always plenty of parking spots available. There's lots of room inside for seating, and the place is clean and welcoming. Our drinks here are always good (pretty much the same as they are in any given Starbucks, at any given time). For the most part, this Starbucks is the same as all other Starbucks; if you like their fare and ambiance, you'll like this particular site. My only grievance is when we stopped inside to get directions on how to access the park across the street, we were told to go further westbound on 522. In truth, the main access and parking lot was due east about 1.5 miles. So we were advised to go in the polar opposite direction. Not cool! I used to frequent this location quite a bit but now that I work farther away, it's more difficult to get here. I used to sit by the fireplace because it felt cozy but since they've rearranged the seating, it's not the same any more. This is a really busy store and they are pretty efficient but it can sometimes take 15 minutes or more to get your order. I don't recommend this place if you are in a hurry... read more

My husband and I frequent this drive thru pretty much 7 days a week because we are extremely happy with the service we receive from the drive thru employees at this location, especially Joann! They are fast and they get our drinks right every time. The ONLY downside...Beware of the other customers driving very poorly throughout this parking lot...I have had my car backed into and "almost" hit on many other occasions. Coffee sacrifices! The other day I went inside (didn't seem that busy), waited 15 min for my drink, so I assumed drive-through was getting high priority. Today I went through the drive-thru and it took almost as long. It's hard to rate one Starbuck's from another, but this one is in the perfect location, hence the four stars. The workers are generally friendly, and I've had no problems here. The accessories, like the chocolate covered espresso beans and the blister pack coffees, along with the new coffee machines, are expensive--hence, why they can afford to pay five people when it's slow. Thought I'd stop in for a quick coffee and pastry since this store is just off the Burke Gilman trail. The line was somewhat long but I figured with 7 people behind the counter there probably wouldn't be an issue. The young woman at the register was very nice and polite but was obviously very new and had no help and struggled to ring in my order. Once getting through the line I waiting with a dozen or so other people for my drink to come up. Many were confused about what drink was theirs as names nor drinks were written on most cups. When a guest asked if it was like this all the time (long waits, confused orders) the barista replied it was because people were taking the wrong drinks and she had to remake every drink. I could honestly hatch a chicken, raise it to the point it can lay eggs, grow some wheat, and raise a pig for ham in less time than it takes this location to get you out the door. The dysfunction alone will stress you out as soon as you walk in. In what world do employees just come off the line for their break, walk THROUGH a line of customers, and join their friend that's already in line? Not a professional one. All I wanted was a breakfast sandwich. And because I know that trying to get in the drive through will take 45 minutes, I decided to try inside. What a mistake. First of all, organize your workers. There is no reason that with 5+ people in line, you have one person working register while also running all the food to the window and prepping said food. The line didn't move. It only grew in size. Two workers just standing around, seems to be a trend at Starbucks. I would've lovedddd to order ahead with the app, but you have to buy a gift card?????? In what world???? Honestly drive the 0.2 miles and go to the one inside the Safeway instead. It'll taste like crap but hey, you won't waste a century waiting in line at this place! Their service has gotten much better, not sure what they did but great turn-around. The last time I went here last year service was slow and they weren't very outgoing. This time around they were quick to acknowledge me and my order came up very quick. They are doing a much better job of calling down the line to get people's orders and making the drinks much faster. I've always enjoyed the convenience and accessibility of this Starbucks. Bonus that it's super close to where I live. It's proximity to the Burke-Gilman is also awesome. They recently made some improvements to this location. It feels more roomy inside, but much less cozy. There are plenty of places to sit, and I like this location to study. The bathrooms are also conveniently located, so it's an easy pop in and pop out, and then continue studying, type of arrangement. There is also ample outdoor seating, which is great for sunny days and summer time. read more

The place is spacious with plenty if tables for work, several over stuffed chairs plus a fireplace for some atmosphere! Location, location, location... Noticed that my review was a couple years old. so I wanted to update. Today is August something, 2014. I am still very happy with this place. Not changing my stars. But I do wish the WI-FI was a little faster, trying to stream a video while drinking your coffee here is nigh impossible. I always see like 15 people using their laptops tablets/phones so maybe it is just too congested? Also, the "big brother" police aspect of this store that I and other mentioned has dropped considerably. Less of a "thing" than it used to be. Lastly, and this is more of a pet peeve of mine more than anything. Customers: Although this may feel like home you should NOT take off your shoes and socks and put your feet on the leather chairs/fireplace mantle. Just gross. The baristas were super sweet but they were out of almost everything & I ordered 2 frappuccinos & they told me they couldn't make them with coffee cause they were out & I said it was fine with the creme base (I don't like coffee anyways, unless it's in a frappuccino). I got both of my drinks & they tasted horrible, like strong coffee, I don't know if they used espresso shots or what but it was so bad I couldn't drink them. They also didn't even use dark caramel in my caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino & they didn't put the crunch pieces on top so it was basically a caramel frappuccino. read more

I have been consistently frustrated with this Starbucks location. I would say 80% of the time there is something wrong with my order. Today I placed a mobile order and when I arrived, they had given my drink to someone else. They had another of the same drink (The one that should have been for the person who got mine) but it didn't have the things I had specialized- half decaf and whole milk... They offered to make a new one but I took the one that was ready because I didn't want to be late to where I was going. It tasted like a plain latte until I reached the bottom where ALL the flavor was (i've never had that problem with this drink before) and of course too sweet to drink at that point. read more

This place is not that big of a deal, and only provides so much I am pleased with their available seating, whether it is comfy chairs or the small tables to sit at. Very roomy, you will not feel crowded, as you can also go outside for some fresh air. Baristas seem busy at times, as their drive through can get loaded at times. What I did not like about the Starbucks is the lack of outlets. Only few tables and bench seating have them available. There is no wifi bandwidth cap, anyone can come in and deprive everyone else from the speed available. I had a difficult time trying to do my online work, and there were only several people on laptops. Lastly, their bathroom does not seem to be stocked as often as there were no paper towels upon my visit. I would say come in for a drink with friends as a visit, but do not plan on studying here. read more

The other sandwhich was hot so I don't understand. My coffee was fine, but not the best.
