Grabbed Starbucks before class because I desperately needed caffeine and a little treat. The drink was really good and tasted exactly how I ordered it, but somehow I still ended up spending way more than I planned for a coffee and a snack. The café had a nice vibe though, and it was a good spot to sit for a while and pretend I was being productive. Whoever is the manager or supervisor here needs to do a MUCH BETTER JOB with traffic. The cars get so backed up there's no direction for those leaving the parking spaces and those blocking one of the main roads in the shopping center. Sat in drive thru for 14 minutes. The lady taking orders was a train wreck, couldn't understand my name (Jennifer)? After taking that long and drove away, coffee was awful as I should have anticipated. Ordered salted caramel cold brew and literally no sweetener whatsoever , tasted like plain coffee with cream. normally, i don't leave reviews but i went to this starbucks today and it was the best experience AND customer service i have ever had. starting off with the first part, i ordered two coffees and they were right on it. one was a grande, and the other was a venti. she did not hear me say venti so they made a grande, i mentioned it nicely and said id keep the grande not to cause trouble. not only did they remake my drink for free, they let me keep the grande. i told them it was not necessary for me to keep the grande coffee and they insisted, saying they would just throw it away. now for the taste, i ordered a iced caramel brulee latte and asked for the crumble that the normally put on the caramel ribbon crunch frappe and they gladly did that. it is the most heavenly drink i have ever tasted, it has the perfect ratio between the coffee and the brulee flavor. 10/10 experience. read more

Every time I come here it has been great! But today was even better. Today I ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch with extra Carmel and crunch, it was great I had no problems with it. But I just wanted to come on here and acknowledge Dani who worked today on July 8th around 1pm because she was just so sweat calling everyone "love" and It has kept a smile on my face all day. Starbucks is always a great experience. This day we ordered ahead on the Starbucks app and picked up our drinks at the window. It's so easy peasy... always pleasant!!! The line while long when we arrived, went quickly. Starbucks is a well oiled machine. I was 0/2 in Starbucks experience on my road trip. This one at least have the drive-thru open and oat milk in stock, but it took a really long time to get through. Maybe that was because of what the customers ordered, I don't know. But when I pulled up to the window to get my one item, they tried to hand me the wrong order. And they hadn't started my coffee yet. Maybe they didn't want it to get cold while I waited in line, but it also wasn't great to wait in line and then wait some more at the window and hold up people behind me. read more

The wait in the driver thru was 20 minutes. The worker didn't even acknowledge me, for 10 minutes. Then when I get my hot tea, he didn't put the lid on properly before handing it to me. This is a busy Starbucks on the way north to South Carolina, and it's hard to find the way as the road wraps around a sweet water display. Kind of across the parking lot from Ashley furniture store...The bathrooms needed cleaning, and a year later they STILL need cleaning and have no toilet paper but my husband liked the coffee and the music wasn't overly loud. Everytime I come here, I regret it. They're always out of cold brew or any seasonal flavors. The drive-through long is always outside of the parking lot. Their mobile orders take 20 to 30 minutes AFTER you arrive, to become ready. On top of that it's a 50/50 chance if your drink is gonna taste right. Their café doors are still locked an hour and a half into business hours, and they do nothing to signal as to why. Very angry because as a mobile app user I order my drinks online so I can order ahead of time and go pick them up quickly in the café. They might as well turn off mobile ordering if I have to wait in a drive-through line with everybody else that didn't think ahead. read more

Very disappointed with my visit today. I ordered a chocolate cream cold brew and waited 20 minutes. There was so much chocolate in the drink that it was dark brown. I LOVE chocolate and it was too much for me to be able to drink. I took it back to the counter and she told me they were out of cold brew but she could remake it with iced coffee. My new drink was only half filled with coffee and the other half foam. Spent $6 on half a cup of coffee :( read more

This was probably one of the most disappointing visits to a Starbucks that I've had. Many of the other reviews are spot on. Very slow service. Drive through was a little long so I opted to go inside where there weren't many people waiting. Ordered an Iced Latte. It wasn't until about 30 min later that they finally got it made. I decided to go as simple and BASIC as possible.. NITRO BREW! I waited 20 minutes watching mocha frappa kappa tappa caramel double shot expresso macchiato's with whip cream, dark chocolate syrup, and a cherry on top being made.. then it FINALLY happened !!! The barista grabs a cup and pours my coffee from the tap and says "Danny!" It took them literally 4 seconds for my coffee! Every time I come to this Starbucks I'm greeted with kindness and bubbly personalities. However, one employee in particular, Angel, is the best employee ever. Every time me go or my family goes they greet us and makes us feel so taken care of. If the store is out of a product they recommend another product in place. They make sure the orders are timely and that everything is perfect when we pay and receive our drinks. I ordered an iced latte and when I got to the drive thru window, they had made it hot. I said politely "this is supposed to be iced," expecting them to remake it the correct way. I finally got the iced version and pulled out of the drive thru only to notice that they took my hot latte with steamed milk and just poured it over ice instead of making new espresso and adding cold milk. It was horrible: watered down, not cold at all, odd texture, no taste. If the line wasn't so long and the inside of the store wasn't closed to customers, I would have asked for a new one. First after waiting sometime to order and get to the window (slow service), we waited a bit before payment was taken, female at the window made a comment about drama prior to taking my payment but I paid no mind. Here comes Myles. Both of these employees we were chatting and a 3rd employee turned around and asked if they would not talk about other employees while they were at work. All this is happening I was still waiting on a bakery item. After quite a bit more time, I noticed MYLES had my bakery item in his hands and was still chatting away. I finally asked him if he would please give me my item as I was trying to get to my fathers funeral service. He had the audacity to turn to me, holding the muffin closer to him and say "Don't rush me." as if his gossip session was more important than customer service. Even after him making his rude comment he still would not give me my item. I'm lost it at this point and yelled at him while he kept say by not to rush him. Finally got the bakery item but it has been left it uneaten. If gossip, drama, slow and ultimately rude service is how this particular store wants to handle business then it doesn't deserve to stay open. Never have I experienced callousness as I did today. Myles even encouraged me to report him and I intend to post this on every forum I can to show just how rude this particular establishment is towards customers. All I wanted was something to drink and eat to calm my nerves and ended up more stressed than want I needed to be on a day of mourning. read more

This morning they had a note on the door that said they were only servicing the drive thru not taking orders inside. Probably not enough help. The line was out to the road. The baristas that work at this Starbucks are fabulous. The 1 star reflects the lack of staff and supplies. This location absolutely sucks. The service is the worst part. The employees do not want to be bothered with you unless they know you are spending money with them. I've spent plenty of money at Starbucks in the past and when I went to get a cup of ice the employee begrudgingly gave it to me. I came back at a later time to get a cup of hot water and the employee lies saying they cannot give me hot water they only have cold water. When I've purchased drinks from this location they were my "best friend" and that's horrible customer service. Treat every customer the same way no matter what they order.
