Smoothie King Jax is my go-to fix when I need a healthy boost. The staff is super friendly and quick, and they let me customize smoothies perfectlylike my go-to Pina Colada with tart cherries, which is fire. They also carry bowls and snacks if you're looking for more than a drink. It's a bit pricier, but the quality and taste make it totally worth it read more

so basically they scoop a bunch of powder into the blender. Add ice and liquid then call it a day.

Here's a public service announcement: Drink more smoothies! I can't speak for most but what I can say is, there is nothing like drinking a nice cold beverage on a sunny day. To that point, a healthy beverage made with clean ingredients and added enhancers to compliment. What may top that is when it comes at a discounted price or free. Smoothie King has been a consistent part of my meal plan for several years now. Their selection involves anything from manage weight, be well to treat blends. Don't let the name selection fool you: the taste it what matters most. I'm biased to the Peanut Power Plus Strawberry. Imagine having a health conscious version of a PB&J, you know, if you're into that type of thing. If you are, this is the smoothie for you. I've tried a few others that were pretty good as well. For example, their Hulk smoothie has butter pecan ice cream ..bulking season! Another one to try is their Immune builder veggie superfood. If you're one who doesn't like to eat their greens, just try drinking them perhaps. Rule of note: Do not wait in line, get the app, order ahead and accrue points. And a little birdie told me on Friday's members get a free upsize. You're welcome! read more

I don't purchase smoothies too often mainly because I can make them at home for fraction of the cost and I know exactly what I'm putting in to my smoothies, but today I decided to go to smoothie king. I went mainly for convenience. I wanted something quick which didn't require me to clean up after creating. I got the mango fest which in hindsight had a far amount of carbs. I probably should have opted for more of a greener smoothie, but regardless it was pretty tasty. I didn't try any additional supplements, but if you wanted an added boost to your smoothie there are a ton of options. read more

Big fan of this Smoothie King location! Upon entering, I was greeted by all four members working with a smile. My smoothie tasted great, per usual. The restaurant is also VERY clean. While waiting for my smoothie, one of the employees was reordering the prepackaged items for sale along the outside of the wall. Great attention to detail. read more

I've frequently patronized this particular establishment and was disappointed with my most recent purchase of three smoothies totaling $23.56. My initial disappointment was with the subpar smoothies that had to be returned, but I thought that could be fixed with a little training. No, my biggest disappointment was with the handling of the discrepancy. There was was no management available in store or via telephone to assist and I was told to come back the next day. Of course I asked for the managers business card and his/her next available day to address the issue and offer a refund. To make a long story short, I'm on day two, three trips, and several phone calls of attempting to resolve the issue with what I would think would be a simple refund. Manager is either late, a no show, or is requesting me to come up between the hours of 10am -2pm which inconveniences me since I work on the opposite side of town. So much for me being a loyal customer, not only did their product suck, which could have been fixed, but the managers attitude, professionalism, and ineptness at resolution and customer service is really piss poor! I went to this smoothie king for one child's smoothie. There was one person in and out before me... and one after. It was just my son and I. I ordered and the cashier was nice. I went to wait for my smoothie and there is one lady making smoothies. I see her make a smoothie... she then proceeds to pour herself a little sample Of the smoothie she just made and walk away toward the counter. I'm stilling waiting. A few minutes go by and now I'm feeling frustrated because no one is in the store and I'm just standing here waiting. Finally - the cashier notices that I'm still standing there and walks over to blender where my smoothie was made and pours it and hands it to me. She doesn't say sorry or anything. The other girl who just made the smoothie, sampled it, and walked away, noticed and she just did not care at all in the slightest that she had forgotten to give me my smoothie. Not a sorry. Not a thanks for waiting. Hope this smoothie king enjoys drinking their customers smoothies in front of them, while on the clock, and neglecting to serve their customers while they can, because with that kind of customer service there will be no customers left to drink from their smoothie blenders. Horrible. read more

Excellent service. There was only one person working but she tended to each of us like we were very important people even though she took someone else's order before mine. The quality and choice of selection is limitless there. I didn't like that I had to wait to make my order and the worker took their orders before mine. She clearly saw me come in and asked me to wait but still took their order before mine. I did see one person leave and say it was taking her to long to get her order. I normally visit this particular location and at least two individuals are working and the service is good. I will say this visits experience was a rare one. read more

THE WORST SERVICE EVER! I had to remind the employee to pour my drink b/c he FORGOT! The "manager" was disrespected when her coworkers didn't make smoothies when she asked them to start. The customer b/f me cancelled her order b/c the boys were very unprofessional with their behavior claiming to "be on break" or "waiting to clock out" read more

The white guy is definitely strange to me. I don't feel comfortable working with him. I would rather someone else serve me. It was an inconvenience on yesterday my family and I really wanted smoothies but their system was down. The guy told us the white guy may have done something. Not sure what that was all about. However we went to tropical smoothie and I enjoyed it. read more

Thank you for opening up here! The service is great... Just wish you guys deliver to businesses around the airport.

The customer service at this location is typically mediocre, but on Saturday, May 30th, it was deplorable. I placed an order online for curbside pickup. I was advised that the order would be ready at 1:49 PM. Upon arrival, the store was very crowded (no social distancing whatsoever and only a few of the patron were wearing masks). After calling 8 times, someone finally answered the phone and advised that I would need to COME IN and get my order because they were busy and my order wasn't ready yet. I told the associate (Cody) that I wasn't wearing a mask and was unable to come into the store. He proceeded by asking me if I was sick. Now, during this pandemic, that is a violation of my privacy. I responded by advising him that I ordered curbside for a reason. His response to me was "OH MY GOD!" So, I politely asked for a refund and he told me that I would have to come in and get the refund because he didn't have time. I told him, again, that I was unable to come into the store. He told me that it would be 10 minutes before he could come out to get my credit card to issue a refund. 16 minutes later I received my refund, without an apology. I requested contact information for the manager and he brought the information back on a piece of receipt paper, and the writing was barely legible. I emailed the manager (using the customer feedback information on the receipt) and the "alleged" manager advised that Cody shouldn't have provided the refund, as that was typically the manager's responsibility. He also stated that I should have received my fulfilled order, in spite of the refund request. So, since the refund had been issued, the only thing that he could do was offer an apology. I will NOT be patronizing this location again! read more

Everyone there are always nice. I really like the fact that I can call in my smoothie so I don't have to wait. My favorite is the mango kale smoothie. The best time to go is on Friday cause all mediums are only 5 bucks! read more

Drinks are good, and the location is clean, but some of the employees here are not friendly at all. Sometimes when I come to make an order, they seem as if I just messed up their entire day by coming in to spend money that helps secure their paychecks. But who am I? read more

We have been regular customers for a couple of years now, but unfortunately, the service at this location has gone under! My husband waited over 30 minutes for 2 small smoothies with only 2 small orders ahead of his... soon he noticed that several customers who had placed orders *after his were handed their smoothies while his was left in the blender for a long period of time. He nicely asked about this, and was ignored (except for the skinny worker with bright green eye shadow...--she was laughing and mocking my husband for asking about his order. This is why she will likely always be stuck at a minimum wage job...). At this point, we asked for a refund and were told that they don't give refunds!! LOL! I walked up to the register, stated, "I am not leaving this register until I have my refund even if it means I have to call the police." They quickly issued my refund at that point. Wow. Just wow. I agree with the other reviewer... use this location at your own risk!! I did complain to corporate too... read more
