The cutest bubble tea shop! The sweet potato fries are top tier along with their spicy popcorn chicken, a staple when I visit, and brown sugar boba pearls. I don't care what it's in the OG makes any tea or milk better Can't wait to visit the other locations that have popped up in Jax

The menu has significantly expanded since the last time I came here with everything from takoyaki, ramen, fried chicken, to even coconut shrimp! They have 2 kiosks for self ordering and if you want to use cash, you can also just order up front. The service is good and quick unless there's a lot of people inside but usually not a problem if you come during the weekdays. Good interior seating and sanitary as well!

This place is great! Friendly service, clean lobby, fantastic new foods! My daughter kept suggesting coming here after a visit with one of her friends and I'm happy she invited me into her 12 year old world for lunch.

My go-to boba place in Jacksonville. The boba teas are on point and the popcorn chicken is delicious! Get their varieties of oolong tea or brown sugar milk tea.

This is one of my favorite boba spots! I first discovered them back in 2020 when we were under lockdown and just wanted a place to get a good drink to go with my lunch. I immediately fell in love with their Colorful Fruits Tea, which is tea with a bunch of different fruits in it such as oranges, blueberries, limes, and apples. This is now my go-to drink and this time around I decided to throw in some passion fruit boba. Being home-bound, I got it delivered and it arrived ahead of time. I love the packing they do for to-go drinks, the plastic bag that can hold 2 drinks at once. Very convenient. The drink itself is so fresh and refreshing that I'll continue ordering for them.

It took me far too long to try this amazing tea shop. My son is visiting and I knew he would say yes to trying it. I recently discovered I like milk tea and I know I like boba. Not all teas are created equal for sure. I really loved the boba texture here. You order via a kiosk and there were so many options! I went with 1/2 sweet on my lychee milk green tea, Robert went 1/2 sweet on his mango green tea freeze (I think- it was slightly frozen) with mango boba. We tried each others and now I want to try more. And then- the very next day I saw they are building one out at Neptune Beach! A closer location to me!!! Heck yeah~ this could be dangerous. I want to try almost all the fruit teas- I think I will stick with 1/2 sweet- although the mango was sweeter in nature than my lychee. These drinks are very filling- I can easily sub one of these for lunch. I loved the décor inside, it elevated the experience.

I'm familiar with Tsaocaa's branch in Chicago, so when I saw there was one in Florida I had to try!! The shop was very busy on a Thursday afternoon but the staff were very kind. There was a bit of misunderstanding about my drink but the staff fixed it and made sure my boba came out as ordered :) I do wish that they were more generous with the cheese foam - it was the least amount of cheese foam I've ever received on a boba before. That being said, the tapioca itself was cooked and sweetened to perfection. It was the best boba pearls I've had in a while, so I guess it cancels out!

Ambience and service was 5 out 5! Perfect for after the beach or a hot day, the strawberry and mango tea was really delicious

This bubble place is like all over town. But this location makes it the best. The service is very sweet and helpful. Don't get mad when I ask questions when I'm just trying something new. Check them out.

We were craving for some milk tea boba and this place did not disappoint. We had the Oreo and Ovaltine mild tea and both were delicious. We also ordered the hot and spicy boneless wings. The wings were crunchy, fresh and really spicy.

Do they have any vegan/dairy free drinks?

Typically, they don't. But i called ahead and they were willing to purchase some almond milk for my drink specifically. It turned out delicious! Maybe if enough of us ask, it'll become part of their menu options.

It was super crispy, but the meat was still so juicy. And the sweet and creamy sauces just finished the perfect bite. The ramens were pretty solid too. The matcha broth was super creamy and light. And the tonkotsu was so flavorful, with really tender chashu and a perfectly soft boiled egg. Plus the noodles were a really good texture. The restaurant itself is really cute too. They also have a convenience store type of ramen station in the front, which I really want to try. As well as a little arcade game that you can play in the front while you wait to be seated. However, I was really not a fan of the service. It's nothing really against the servers because they were super nice, but they just seemed so frazzled. We arrived around an hour before closing, but it took forever for us to be seated, despite seeing a few empty tables around. By the time we were seated, we were told kitchen would be closing in two minutes, so we had to hurry and put in our orders. All of that was fine and I didn't mind. But what I did mind was that our waitress checked our order twice when we first have it. And she came back to our table within the next five minutes to check our orders again for a third time to make sure she had down what we wanted. I wanted the matcha ramen and was most looking forward to having some chashu and egg. So she confirmed my order three times that I wanted matcha ramen. But when it came out, she gave me the vegetable bowl. I knew the kitchen had closed at that point, so I just ate it, but I was really disappointed. (I did get to try a bite of my friends egg and chashu, which also didn't really help because it was so good and made me wish mine came with those even more.) When we were finished eating, it took forever for the checks to come out. This I also didn't mind that much, because the servers, again, looked really frazzled trying to close up. But at this point we had waited until well after their closing time, so part of me was hoping they could just close us out first and then finish closing down the place. I think we waited at least half an hour from when we first asked for the check (at which point we had already been waiting a while) to when we finally got our cards back. I did see they charged me for the vegetable version of the matcha ramen so it was whatever, but then also I was confused - so it wasn't a mix up in the kitchen, she rang it up as the vegetable one from the beginning! Even though I never mentioned it and she never said vegetable when confirming my order. It was a dollar less to get tofu instead of an egg and chashu which doesn't seem worth it. Writing this all out, I'm sorry to rant, because the food really was good. And looking at other reviews, it looks like the service is usually pretty good. But again, it was just disappointing. That being said, I am really hoping it was a one off thing because I would go again and try some other menu items too.

He mentioned wait times for tables, so I chose a Tuesday evening to try to avoid the crowds and it worked as I was immediately sat upon arriving. There are QR Menus on the table and my server directed me to view there. I spotted the Tokyo and was intrigued by the Ajitama Brûlée (signature torched seasoned soft boiled egg). What I Ordered: - Tokyo: For $16.95, I thought this was reasonably priced and excited to try as reading reviews raved about the umami flavor of their ramen. Without exaggeration, this was a life-changing ramen. The best ramen that I've had in my life!! The torched egg was genius and added a beautiful texture to the rich, and flavorful broth. The fried chicken thigh was a delicious protein and cooked so well. Honestly, every ingredient was crafted well and combined to make such a beautiful bowl. - Lychee Martini: What better way to toast to life, then with a martini! The popping bubbles were not my thing, but the flavor of the martini was delicious. I can see why many suggest trying it. This is my 1900th review on Yelp, and I couldn't pick a better place to review and RAVE about my experience. If you are in Jacksonville, RUN don't walk to this location for a stunning experience as it's a gorgeous location that is very cozy. During our visit, a manager engaged in repeated personal interactions with my guest that felt outside the bounds of typical professional service. While I understand that friendliness is part of hospitality, the frequency and tone of these interactions became uncomfortable and detracted from the overall experience. After the visit, I brought this to the attention of the business directly in the hope that it would be acknowledged and addressed. Unfortunately, I did not receive a meaningful response or any indication that the concern was taken seriously. I'm sharing this here so others have a complete picture when deciding where to go, and so the business has another opportunity to reflect on how customer interactions are handled. I initially wanted to try the soup dumplings (Xiao Long Bao), but the waitress convinced me not to as "they take too long" to prepare. Instead I went with the pork fried dumplings and the Taiwanrse sausage. The dumplings were very average: not bad flavor but they had a flavor and were uniform in a way that suggested they came right out of a bag from the freezer. There are much better and fresher dumplings to be had in Jacksonville. The sausage, however, was quite good. It was taught, porky, and had notes of five spice & maybe cinnamon. It further reinforced my view that meat always tastes best when served on a stick! It helped bring in the final score two three stars, making up for poor service and mediocre dumplings.
