They have this one "bad egg" in there working. A person who doesn't know how to work without running his mouth, talking about random customers, trying to be funny. Me and the wife walked in with football jerseys. INSTANTLY, started talking stupid with his co worker, trying to get him to turn around to look at us, trying to be funny. I don't talk down/bad about any level of work. We all have to work somewhere. But for a grown man who job is to make sandwiches in a dunkin donuts connected to a gas station and have the AUDACITY to talk funny about people is CRAZY to me. It makes the "bad egg" look like a clown. I don't care how bad I want something, if I need it, or if you are the only source. I do not deal with clowns or places that host them. If you (my fellow customer), don't want to feel uncomfortable for just picking up a donut, then you should know my suggestion. read more

Traveling home & stopped by this location. We went inside to order and use the restroom. Good customer service skills but messed up 2 out of 5 drinks. Considering our 3 teens ordered the same thing, this is a little ridiculous. Hubby & I get black coffee. They added a sugar substitute to 2 of the 3 drinks the teens ordered. We were the only Customers in the location and when we walked in, saw no cars in drive thru. Bathrooms & store were clean. read more

I love Dunkin' Donuts coffee. I may a few runs here each week. My favorite is a large French vanilla light and sweet with an old fashion donut. This location usually always have my old fashion. This location is near the airport so is close to many hotels. They are a smaller store so it get really crowded a lot in there. They also make great sandwiches. I mostly order a bacon, egg and cheese croissant. My husband loves the toasted coconut donut which I have tried and it is very good as well. This location does not have many parking spots. There is not a public restroom due to the size of the place. read more

Man the customer service is awful here . If they screw up there is no manager to talk too.no refund either because there is no manager. I won't be back. Waited way to long to get my order . Workers do not know their menu. I order something they said was discontinued. They should know that not me.i wouldn't need a refund if they knew what was going on. My substitute drink was gross I think they ran out of a part of the drink so there was more of one part I could be wrong. I seriously never complain but the customer service today was HORRIBLE. The man working was so incredibly rude I was shocked. I was the only person in there at the time, so it's not like he was overwhelmed. I've worked in customer service for years and I could never imagine talking to someone the way he did me. Possibly the most disgusting Dunkin' Donuts I've ever seen. And just randomly open, on an interest ion that is inconvenient. So if you get here at 5:00am, they may or may not be open, but you will definitely be late because you made the mistake of going out of your way to a breakfast place that doesn't open on time. read more

The older lady behind the counter was rude. We walked in and ordered off the kiosk but after she said "I told you to come up to the counter and order we don't have xyz donuts" if she did say something we didn't hear her but I don't think she did say anything. I work In customer service so I get having a bad day or something but you don't have to rude to people that didn't do anything to you. This location is very convenient if you're staying in one of the hotels near by. If you just live in the area I wouldn't say it's in the best location. I was able to walk to it from the Marriott down the street in like 10 mins, so super easy walk. The staff I wouldn't say is like overly friendly however they aren't rude. The coffee seems to be fresh each time I've gone in but the donuts I wouldn't say are as fresh. Like all dunkins, with any purchase you get a survey on your receipt for a free donut with purchase of a medium or large drink. How can you go wrong with Dunkin Donuts. Probably the best comfort food and drink ever. Their donuts are hands down the best ever. Krispy Kreme does one type of donut great, DD does 30 different donuts exceptionally well. Pumpkin coffee - get out of here. I set my calendar by when this delicious treat comes out. One of the smaller Dunkin Donuts I've seen, this is in a good location for travelers staying at the many hotels in this area or headed to and from Jacksonville Airport. It's the only DD's in the area fewer than five minutes from the airport. Expect quick service, affordable prices and the same DD's coffee/tea/donuts/muffins that are available in every other location. We came in for a quick coffee and hot chocolate at 10pm and they still had plenty of pastries in stock. There's not much to say about this location. This must be the dunkin donuts that other dunkin donuts send their old donuts to die. It's like an old donuts home. I ordered 6 donuts, 2 krullers...stale. 2 jelly, stale and NO filling, one glazed, yep you guessed it...stale and one Boston which actually had some filling. This little guy somehow ended up in donut hospice....I made his day by enjoying the one somewhat good donut in the box. Good thing I got a nice fresh breakfast sandwich, and a coffee with were remarkable quite enjoyable.
