I loved that it wasn't overly sweet which allowed the flavorrs to come through naturally. The cake itself was slightly plain, but the generous pecan/toffee topping added the richness and texture it needed and made each bite much more satisfying. I'm a matcha tonic girly these days and Nudae has a delicious one! Just bring your plastic straw because Nudae has paper ones which are better for the environment but after a while they get soggy. The brownie sample in my opinion wasn't good. The brownie itself was refrigerated and after I let it sit out for a few minutes the brownie had a unusually light texture that almost melted in your mouth like a chocolate, but more airy not your typical brownie that is sort of chewy like cake.
