Pretty good stuff! Nice location! Prices are pretty good! Better than Jamba! I'll definitely come back.

Juice It Up! - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Huntington Beach, California

I typically frequent this store, but not anymore. When i go in, the people working are NEVER friendly. Its usually an older lady and a younger one. The older lady always calls the younger one to help me like she doesnt want to bother with me. Today I went in for an acai bowl for lunch, a few bites in, i realized i recieved an acai bowl with a hair in it. Needless to say I was grossed out, I left work to take it back and she begrudgingly gave me a refund with a side of attitude. I won't be going back to this location, no matter how conveniently located it is to my work and commute. read more

Juice It Up! - Dragonfruit bowl - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Huntington Beach, California

Ordered 3 bowls and every bowl had the wrong toppings. Guy at the window was pressing the wrong buttons and making the wrong bowls

Just walked in at 5:10. Stood there for a couple minutes and not a single person came out to help me. Bell rang as I entered. What a joke.

Great service and great food. I haven't had a juice it up in awhile so I decided to try it out again....and it did not disappoint. read more

I ordered at the wrong location, but they graciously honored my order. Grateful for the wonderful service!

Wanted to get some smoothie and decided to swing by this store. Store was very clean and nice customer service when I walked in. Prob the best tasting strawberry smoothie I've had in a while.... Def coming back. read more

They do not wash their juicer! I ordered beet juice and it had celery juice in it! The second time the beets were old and it tasted terrible! The girl was careless and her surroundings were dirty. read more

I was sick last week with the worst cold and sinus infection I think I've ever had. Even when I started to feel better, nothing really sounded good to me, except for a smoothie. I decided to go with an ultimate açaí smoothie, which had Organic açaí, guarana, apple/strawberry juice blend, and banana. I also got a vita boost with it, which is included with no extra charge. I went in on a weekday morning and they weren't busy at all. I spent a while looking at the menu and was hoping I could do a custom blend, but didn't even ask if I could. Once I saw the ultimate açaí smoothie, it sounded so good and it was really good. I will definitely be back and am looking forward to trying some of the other yummy smoothies on the menu. They have fruit and veggie blends too if you like to drink your veggies. read more

Nothing beats service with a smile! I even unknowingly forgot my money clip there, called and they happily held it for me until I was able to pick it up. The Blue Vita smoothie is my fav and a great energy replenisher after a workout from next door! read more

Super delicious! All the employees are so friendly and helpful. I would recommend a friend to this juice it up.

I love this place, they make really good stuff. But the manager guy is really rude, and I have no idea why. He seems to refuse to say hello when I walk in, but if a cute girl does he will say hello. It doesn't bother me, but I do get a really weird vibe that makes me not want to come back. So it's kinda weird when you walk in and I say hello , and he just looks at me and after 5 mins he says what do you want.... idk man... this store could use a new manager. Just saying. If you hate your job, no reason to spread the hate to your customers. read more

Decided to try this spot after My workout at 24 hour fitness. I was greeted by Judy, she had amazing customer service and her positive attitude will definitely have me coming back! The smoothie I order tasted amazing! Inside was very clean and organized give this place a try! read more

Fresh juices and bowls for a reasonable price. My biggest tip would be to get the rewards card!!! I feel like every other visit I earn $5 in rewards. Customer service is good, they are usually very quiet but they are efficient. Not usually a wait unless Edison just got out and the students are in there. Their juices and bowls are good. I recommend the protein pb açaí bowl and the zone if you like peanut butter! read more

I have been to a few different Juice It Up! And this one is out to screw you. I corrected the lady multiple times on what went into the smoothie I ordered and watched her still mess it up. I had to remind her to add my boost I paid extra for and they used ice instead of strawberries. Feel free to visit if you want to be ripped off, I will never visit this location again! read more

No matter what Juice it up I go to, it's always the same - I love that! The place is always clean and they are always friendly - one of my favourite places Thanks read more

This was a very unpleasant visit. I stopped into this place after going to the gym and the customer service was extremely rude! When I ordered my smoothie the guy didn't say anything then was very agressive when placing the ingredients into the blender like he was annoyed that I was there. I asked for an extra scoop of protein and I saw him only put one so I reminded him and he still didn't add an extra scoop even though I was charged for it. When it was time for me to pay he just reached his arm out for my credit card and didn't even tell me to the total or say anything. I won't be returning here since it seems that customers don't matter and they rather not have any. read more

I prefect juice it up over Jamba Juice any day! ACAI bowls are to die for and the fresh made juices are so yummy! read more

The acai bowl here is the best I've ever had so far. Same goes with the smoothie. The taste is real and not powdery. The consistency is perfect and not watery. You get this flax granola as well as sliced bananas. What a wonderful way to boost your energy and also gain a few calories. The acai smoothie is also well balanced and not too sweet like the ones you get at Robeks. read more

This is the BEST Juice It Up! I think it's family owned because the same ladies have been working here for at least 10 years! I have NEVER left with a bad smoothie. We always get boosts like protein and vita boost and at some locations, you can taste the "powder", but not here!! We always get the Strawberry Delight. Partly because its one of the lightest and low-cal smoothies on the menu, but because it is theist delicious!! Nom nom nom read more

Great drinks and they just added frozen yogurt too. Rarely a line just wish more things were fresh juiced... they got rid of their orange juicer, and carrot juicer :( read more

I've been here twice & the people who work here are extremely rude on top of that the juices is are nothing special. Plus the wait time is so much longer then normal juice places read more

Typically exercise in the morning and stop by here a few times a week on my way to work. Morning staff is always sociable, friendly and professional. I like to mix up my bowl choices and every choice has been great! In addition to the aforementioned, I should mention the establishment is always clean :) read more

This is the ONLY Juice it up that I can find that still serves the chair flavor and they make it soooooo good. I'm not in HB often but when I am.....I'm here. I order on the phone and it's always ready when I get there. I'm in and out in 30 seconds. Amazing and fast service read more

I just went here with my mom at about 1:45pm and there were 2 guys working, one younger and one older. I wanted to introduce my mom to her first açaí bowl so I took her here. As soon as we walked into the empty place and were not even greeted, we began looking at the menu on the board. I was reading the different açaí bowls to her, and she asked the younger male worker what the difference was between Greek yogurt and nonfat yogurt. He condescendingly replied, "well they're 2 different yogurts.." She replied "well I figured that out..." So I then answered her question and explained that it was thicker and less sweet, and he just simply agreed with me. I then ordered an açaí bowl, larger size. My mom waited to order since she wanted to try mine first. I noticed the older guy who was making an açaí bowl was making a small size bowl and had just scooped a bunch of granola on top. I asked him if that was mine, and he said yes. I told him "oh sorry, I ordered a large." He looked at the younger guy, annoyed, and the guy agreed that I had ordered the large. The older guy, visibly irritated, looked back at the younger guy, rolled his eyes, and then just stood and stared at the bowl for like 5 seconds in awkward silence, as if he was debating whether or not he was going to accommodate my request. He then grabbed a large empty bowl and proceeded to pour the açaí bowl with all the granola on top into the empty large bowl, with the granola now all at the bottom. He then began filling the 2 inch gap in the new bowl with even more granola. Since I paid for a large açaí bowl, not a giant bowl of granola, I politely asked if he wouldn't mind making it again since I didn't want that much granola. The fact that he thought just pouring the small bowl into the large bowl with extra granola would suffice instead of the actual açaí that I paid for blew our minds. He slid the granola-filled bowl across the counter to the other worker and rudely started making the large açaí bowl again, banging the blender against the counter and carelessly tossing the fruit in. While he was making this, my mom asked the younger guy what he liked. He said, "I don't eat here, I'm so sick of this place. I've worked here too long, I don't eat here anymore." Awkwardly, she ordered a large mango bowl with granola and double the coconut flakes. I saw the guy start to tilt a glass container containing a bunch of powder onto my new bowl that he was making. I realized that the granola container was empty so he was just pouring the granola crumbs and powder on top, then topped that with a little granola that he refilled the container with to hide the powder. My mom was given her small bowl and they put barely any coconut flakes on it and twice the amount of granola. She didn't want the guy to have to remake hers since she had ordered the large one as well, so instead she began to ask if she could pay extra for a side of blueberries. He interrupted her and said would you like to leave a tip, and swung the screen around to her. Caught off guard, she said sure and chose to leave a 10% tip just as I was noticing all the powder in my bowl. We left and we both disappointedly threw away our açaí bowls since she didn't like hers and mine was so powdery and watery. We then drove to jamba juice and were greeted happily and had a completely different and positive experience compared to this place. Very disappointed since I have always had great experiences at juice it up at other locations. In conclusion, Juice It Up in general is good, but this location was just horrible. Go literally anywhere else. read more

We go in often. The girl who works there most of the time in the morning is so sweet and works very hard. There is and older lady who works with her also a very very hard worker. They make very good açaí bowls. But more then once I have gone in there and a guy guessing mid 20's. He is a guy about 6 ft. Thicker build. He is unfriendly and just a nasty attitude. I have ordered from him he and every time he shorts the açaí and fills with granola. I will not go in if he is there. Have friends that go there feel the same. He loses u business. The young lady and older lady r always sweet, hardworking and make and amazing bowls. Thank you for the ladies. Will go only if ladies there!!!!! 5 stars for the ladies 0- for young man. read more

This Juice place is amazing! Their politeness is great and awesome, they are always nice! They are always focused and keep a smile on their face and I love it. The other Juice it Ups are very different because their smoothies are more delicious! I especially recommend Juice it Up to other people. read more

I like getting my protein smoothie here, it's tasty and the owners are always nice to me. Great place to get your healthy snacks

Some of the worst customer service I've received in recent memory. Not only do they not smile at all, but they wouldn't honor a coupon I had because I didn't fill my SELF-SERVE yogurt up enough. I told the manager I didn't want that much, and he told me I could "throw the rest out for all he cared". Congratulations to him - me telling everyone I know about this likely cost him more business than the extra dollar worth of yogurt he wanted me to fill up with. Save yourself the trouble and don't go here. read more

I've come here on and off for the past 15 years and I don't believe I will be returning. My mom purchased one of those deal of the day things. In tiny print it says you can't use it on their bowls, Brazilian blends, and their fancy smoothies. Ok. But nowhere on there does it say you can't use it on frozen yogurt, cookies, nutrition bars, Pirates Booty, etc. The owner refused to let me use the deal for anything except the basic smoothies. I was able to get 2 and then had to forfeit $3 of my deal because I wasn't going to give her any money. I was not pleased. Nowhere on the deal does it mention that. She refused to budge. No worries, I won't ever be returning and I'll make sure I tell my friends and family about my experience as well. read more

This is my favorite Juice It Up hands down! Every time my boyfriend & I have came in, the workers are always so nice & the smoothies are always on point! 10/10 would recommend :) read more

Friendly employees, no long lines and low-cal juice & smoothies make this a regular morning stop before work!

Got a vital proteins bowl and they gave me half the toppings that were supposed to come on it

First off, if a smoothie lists peanuts as an ingredient don't you think there should be peanuts?!!? My boyfriend and I have been to almost every Juice It Up in OC and we get the same drinks every time. His is the Zone which specifically calls for peanut butter AND peanuts, this Juice It Up is the only one that does not use peanuts and the lady who I think is the owner told us they don't use peanuts even though it lists them as an ingredient. I always get the Protein Blast with strawberries only. The other guy that was working there started making mine and put blueberries in it. The owner started yelling at him saying "strawberries only" and he just looked at me like I was supposed to say "oh, it's ok mess up my drink, i don't mind" before he started to remake mine. I wish I could give this place zero stars because it was that bad!! read more

While the Acai Smoothie I had was fine yesterday evening, customer service was lacking so much that I would not return to this particular franchise. The younger man with the sour face grunted some kind of unintelligible greeting to me when I came in and made the drink. It was as if I was infringing on him by placing the order. The older woman took care of the monetary transaction. read more

Tasted good but there was no options that did not include some premaid juices. My mom told my it was likely a syrup filled juice. Looked on the website and the nutritional information did not mention anything to put my mind at ease. If I wanted calories from sugar or possible high fructose corn syrup I could just as well go get a burger. I think Jamba Juice is a healthier choice. It tasted way too sweet and you could sorta see the syrup at the bottom of the cup. read more

So our family comes here at least once a week. Their smoothies and açaí bowls are consistently very good and never seen watered down like some places. When I go, I usually see a younger guy who is either the manager, owner or both and a few older ladies, maybe family... I don't know. The older ladies work hard and are so sweet. However, on more than one occasion the manager yells at them and does not treat them well. It's uncomfortable to see/hear and honestly, makes me want to just leave I stead of waiting for my açaí bowl. It makes me so sad. Not sure if he reads reviews, but please...have respect for your workers. You may be their manager, but they're human too. read more

Clean store, great smoothies and they have a frozen yogurt bar!! Staff is very friendly and nice. I love that they are open at 7am!
