At this point, my body composition is 60% green juice and Liquid 4 Life is my #1 dealer. Liquid 4 Life is located inside the Water Brewery, a Costa Mesa water store that specializes in purified water. They offer a variety of cold pressed juices, meal replacement beverages, shots, and healthy snacks. My friend grabbed one of their granola bars and it was SO tasty, but incredibly out of budget. I ordered three of the beverages: 5/5 Exhilarate: coffee grounds, banana, walnuts, coconut milk, vanilla, and cinnamon. 4/5 Blue Chocolate: banana, cacao, almond butter, blueberries, and coconut milk. 5/5 Go Green: kale, spinach, celery, cucumber, parsley, cilantro, and lemon. While I love a good green juice, I'm equally obsessed with their nut based drinks. These pack a hefty amount of protein and really get my body kickstarted each morning. I will note that their products are on the expensive side. Each juice ranged between $12-13 a piece. I'd love to see future deals for bulk purchases. read more

My wife and I enjoy the water store that Liquid 4 Life is in as we've bought things before. Today we came in with my one year old to browse and we're looking at the juice bar. Shad was there to talk with us and give us info about his juices/drinks. Shad is there to share his knowledge and craft to the public and that's what humanity is all about! We saw them at the farmers market in Irvine Regional on Tuesday. Shad was wanted you to taste everything before deciding if you wanted to buy. He wanted to make sure you not only liked it, but stood by his product. We ended up getting two drinks and as soon as we started walking around, we got at least 5 other people asking where he was located and they wanted his drinks. Very popular and rightfully so. This is my favorite juice spot. The smoothies and juices are delicious. Quench juice is my favorite. This place has meal replacement shakes that don't use protein powder so I don't have to worry about too much lead or gut killing whey. It also served in a glass jar so I don't have to deal with plastic waste and save it for later. The service is always top notch. The staff is incredibly helpful and they take the time to help me understand all the products and flavors. The ambiance is the best. It is hands down the most relaxing place I have been. WOW!!!!!!!! I did a day juice cleanse inspired by Shad with the juice package!!! I cleaned my entire digestive track. Along with the juices I did daily red light sauna for 40min, along with a total of 21 colonics. A total reset of my digestive track and nervous system!!!! I was not feeling the best that i could be feeling. I was told by a friend a the Laguna Niguel Market to go and talk to Shad East . After spending 15 minuets talking to him , my wife ad I ordered a enough juice for two days. We felt so good that. We decided to go on a juice fast for 4 days. we have never felt so good. This is the only real smoothie and juice bar. I wouldn't be surprised if the recipes made it in grocery stores in the future. It's evident that the owner is all about wellness, and it's that passion that makes a successful business. I've always been disappointed when getting smoothies and juices from other spots, but I love all the juices and smoothies here. Energy, Bliss, and Balanced are my favorite juices and Full Spectrum, Cosmic, and Gonuts are my favorite smoothies. I love this place. read more

I chose a 2 day cleanse for my first time. Shad, the owner, chose a collection of 5 juices for each day + 1 ginger shot, alchemy water and a superfood smoothie. The last time I did any type of cleanse or "reset" I was starving the whole time and it felt aggressive. This has been the complete opposite. I'm also in a completely different season in my life and have a different mindset. That has been a game changer for me. I went into it with intention. I cleared my schedule so that I could meditate throughout the day and journal + breathe. For me this is the winning combothe juices are delicious and heart opening. What are you waiting for? I know you've drove past this place like I have for years. Get in there and try some of the most delicious and healing smoothies. Cosmic is so good and helped me with a migraine I had. The alchemy water was amazing too! Sea Moss here is much better than what I've got at the stores. If you want the freshest and the most delicious healthy juices out there, then this is the place! We walked in to the water brewery for the first time and it felt so peaceful looking at all the healthy things they carry and the stones. Then there it was, liquid 4 Life with their cool menus. The staff was very welcoming and took the time to answer all my questions. I loved how they have samples to try, because let's be honest it's always overwhelming when there's so many choices, and you just want it all!!! So I first tried some samples (I am green, I am bliss and Am quenched). They were all pretty good, but I was so thirsty and felt I needed "I am quenched" and that day which includes apple, cucumber, blue magik, ginger, and lemon. It was absolutely delicious! I regretted not getting more! My fiancé was sick and wanted to do a juice cleanse for 2 days; it was the best decision he's made. He loved them all!!! We will definitely be back for more! read more

Best thing I've done to start the year, the 3 day juice fast Shad custom created for me. He had a flight of free samples to try. He had me hooked. He spent time asking about my likes and dislikes and what I wanted to accomplish with the fast. He packaged up the 6 bottles plus a shot and a snack into a handy cooler ( great if you're out of the house). I went in everyday for the next days juices (my choice) or you can take the 3 days all at once. He gave great directions for a successful experience. Made himself available ( cell number) for support. I've done the corporate juice fasts. They don't compare, not even close. After 3 days, my energy level was high, my mood happy and my face glowing. I'm going to continue with Liquid 4Life as part of my weekly health care every Monday. It's worth every dollar! read more

I can't say enough how much my quality of life has improved since cleansing and juicing with Shad. I tried his 5-day cleanse and it absolutely reset my digestive system to the point where my sugar cravings were curbed completely. The snacks he makes for you when you are on your cleanse are so delightful. My favorite is the dark chocolate goji berries. I now pick up my gallon of celery for the week and several other juices. They try to explain how their meet and eggs can be "ethical" but they don't even bother to try to explain how their raw dairy is "ethical." Probably because is no logical argument. Their pride and excitement about these "ethical" addictions feels entirely disconnected from the community that originally supported this space. I'm genuinely disappointed.
