I've been coming to this Jamba Juice for about 25 years and purchase around 25 smoothies a month. Today, I tried to place a $70 order and pay with a $100 bill, and even after the employee explained I was a regular customer, management still refused to accept it. Because of that policy, they lost the sale, the employee lost a tip, and I took my business elsewhere, where not only was my bill accepted, but the price was lower and the flavors I needed were available. This location has always struggled with inconsistent management, and after decades of loyalty, this experience may be the one that finally sends me somewhere else. read more

I went to this Jamba juice today and The staff there were overall nice! So I ordered a the new mocha smoothie and I got to say it had to be one of the worst drinks I've had. It made me tired/drowsy. Also it tasted terrible it didn't even taste like a mocha drink at all. Not only this was the problem they got rid of the Vanilla blue sky smoothie it was my favorite thing to get at Jamba juice. In general, jamaba juice has gone so downhill in past 5 years they raise the prices by like a dollar everytime a drink used to cost $7 now its $9 unbelieveable! read more

Great friendly service. Allowed me to modify my drink to my likeing. Just fantastic. Even gave me the leftovers!! Only complaint is that they don't allow tips. Come on. read more

Jamba - a plastic cup with a straw in it - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Costa Mesa, California

There are some young men that work in there .one of them is a manager or claims to be.I actually saw him spit in someone's food and serve it to them while the other guy and him started laughing as the customer took at bite. I attempted to say something to the customer . (I believe they said something because the guy didn't have changed to tip.)Needless to say I haven't ordered from there again.I just had a friend who ordered there and saw them spit in his Açai bowl. What is this hiring ?19-year-old immature boys to run a business. How many people have they done this to. (Over a tip ) This is why I would not recommend Jamba Juice at this location.at the triangle Square location. read more

I just want to shout out the team & Max today. The shop was clean, not much of a line, everything was well organized & it has been the best I have seen this location in a long time. Today was a "Murphy's Law" kind of day in so many ways. When I walked in the team was great. Especially Max, thank you for the fast & compassionate service, in the grand scheme of things anyone could say it wasn't a big deal, but your kindness & this perfectly made smoothie really changed the rest of the day for us. Thank you for being you. read more

Was in the area so I thought I'd give it a try. Smoothie nothing phenomenal but the service was. It's rare nowadays to go into a "fast food" place and be greeted with a smile. The girls working today 2/22 around the noon hour were so kind and friendly. I'd come back just for the service. read more

if your customer orders a sandwich and you have a line, put the sandwich in the stove first, so it can cook while you take care of the line. Don't do the sandwich after the line so your customer ends up waiting 10 to 15 minutes for a single sandwich. I shouldn't have to wait for the line to die down and then for you to take care of the sandwich. That's not customer service. That's miss management of your time and other peoples time. This restaurant gets zero stars. If I could give it zero stars. not to mention, you charge five dollars for a sandwich. That is the size of a toddlers hand, yes, a toddlers hand. Not to mention the sandwich is overcooked which means that you left your stove on to high. You're supposed to warm the sandwich that's already prepackaged, cold, not burn it to a crisp. Did they teach you guys anything about how to run a café? read more

Jamba - Overly cooked - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Costa Mesa, California

Came here right before they closed today and ordered 4 smoothies. All large sized - a carrot karma 2 orange a peels, and a mega mango. My mom and I noticed that the only person working was wearing a mask and gloves and his/her hair was NOT pulled back. We didn't think much of it, but thought that was bad hygiene especially in a workplace with food. We watched the employee make our smoothie from afar awaiting to drink our tasteful treats. Excited to drink our smoothies, we went right in with our straws and slurped away as soon as we got into the car. Right after swallowing and taking a large gulp of it, we were horrified as the taste of our smoothies tasted pungent and bland. We tasted each other's smoothies and were absolutely disgusted that we were served smoothies that tasted bitter and pungent like cleaning chemicals. The smoothies were not sweet or tasty at all. We came to this location a couple days ago and did NOT have any problems. We were so GROSSED OUT we could not drink the remaining liquids that were in the cup. We all started to feel ill with a headache after ingesting the fermented disgusting smoothies. In addition, I cannot help to think that there was cross contamination with the employee wearing gloves, typing on a computer and possibly touching whatever and then some of the vegetables that went into the juicer. We would like a refund for this horrible experience we had to encounter today. I called the store and left a message to speak with the manager, and brought up this ordeal to corporate, waiting for a response to make amends to this horrific issue. Furthermore, after dumping the remains of the smoothie at home down the drain, there was a long brown hair stuck to the inside of the cup that would easily match the employee who did not tie their hair back. We are VERY APPALLED and will NOT be coming back to this location. We are waiting for this case to be solved as we feel that the product quality and experience was the worst we had ever experienced at Jamba Juice. read more

Delicious smoothies and super nice employees!

Juice machine isn't working for over three months now, no raw juice only smoothies ‍ poor ownership and seeing all other reviews here and google just explains it all. I won't be coming in here anytime again. read more

The three stars have nothing to do with the service or the product, but the fact that this particular place is okay leaving the very kind girl who served me today to work all by herself. She was getting a line out the door and of course is still being kind and making things in a timely manner. It is unsafe to leave someone by themselves like that especially in an area with a lot of unsafe people. read more

Ordered a smooth talking mango smoothie and it taste like fish nasty I'm guessing this Jamba juice is next to a Rubio's and whoever made my drink probably didn't wash there hands I did speak to the manager she did make me a new smoothie. So every time I come here like 20 minutes before they close they all of a sudden don't have anything to make any bowls or juices. How convenient of them, just say your lazy and don't want to make anything because your trying to close early. The only reason I come here is because it's close to the gym. But I will also be contacting corporate to let them know. read more

I've gone here many times before without an issue but just got my usual drink and not only was it not blended whatsoever, when I drank it it tasted so un fresh and old/moldy that (TMI) I threw up while driving. Cant wait to clean it up. I think that might've ruined Jamba Juice for me. read more

Had to repeat my order the the counter girl approximately 6 times ... after repeatedly telling her about the rewards I had she said "our scanner doesn't work" ... called a manager over ... manager told her what to do to, she STILL couldn't get it correct. The smoothies were trash, tasted like crushed iced with fruit flavoring. Thank goodness I don't live here and don't ever have to come back. read more

Your employer Harrison was a jerk to my friend and i. we ordered a waffle and a artisan flat bread, for one when he gave us ur waffle he tossed it onto the counter like we're dogs. also when i got my flat bread, he gave it to me half frozen as i walked away i noticed it. not worth to go back and argue about it. never going to go back if Harrison is still there. bad vibes read more

I don't even want to give it a star. But rude customer service, and my smoothie was forgotten even worse my smoothie wasn't even blended well. And the person who gave me the drink after I I asked about my drink didn't even cap my drink so when I grabbed it it spilled everywhere. They didn't even give me a refund or a new drink instead they said I would have to get buy another one. I just left. Even the manager was rude. I felt very DISRESPECTED, AND treated UNFAIRLY. read more

I ordered a smoothie and was the ONLY one waiting in the lobby. An employee yells at me to put my face mask on. Instead of yelling why don't you ask why I can't?? read more

A little disappointed. I ordered 3 drinks for myself and my kids and right before I ordered the guy at the register was upset about a previous customer that was being rude as stated by him and the other employees. I understand that unfortunately at times a customer might be unhappy or in a hurry but his demeanor was clearly not there and upset that he was rude and didn't take my order correctly as well. I ordered my drink as I have in the past with no sherbet but with more fruit. I got home and took one sip and automatically thought of how I saw one of the workers make a drink with so much ice.... now realizing that this was the drink with so much ice and no fruit. It's unfortunate that I paid for drink to be made mainly of ice. My drink is watery and tasteless. I get this drink once a week and today's drink was pure water. read more

Ordered two peanut butter banana smoothies today. And they were so bland and there was no peanut butter in them. According to another Review same thing happened to them too. - Locale destination - It's in a big mall on Harbor & 19th. Across street from Triangle Square. It's next to "Cold Stone". There's seating inside and out. Small yet cheerful decor like every other Jamba Juice. Friendly staff. - Gluttony expedition - I like their smoothies, but this is strictly for the açaí Topper - "Ideal Meal". Açaí Topper: Blended with fruit, soymilk and/or yogurt and topped with bananas and organic granola. It claims good sauce of fiber and protein. I'm sure it is. But tastewise, they didn't carry out the same quality as their smoothies. I won't eat this anymore ;) - Conqueror's deduction - I was very dissapointed and felt like I was ripped off....;( Unlike smoothies, the taste was meh... I wanted to munch something after my intense workout. I should have picked a smoothie... But I always try something new - at least I tried it ;) read more

I had my morning workout but no had time for breakfast. On my way to my first appointment, I took one look at this Cost Mesa shopping center and thought it was a perfect place for a smoothie shop. I didn't care which franchise. I was hungry and I did not want to eat crap. Hey, cool, there is a Jamba Juice. I was greeted with enthusiastic hello's from 2 different cuties behind the counter. Always a good start. I also saw that they now carried fresh oatmeal. Sounded good. Most smoothie places don't carry something filling to go with the smoothies other than overly sweet muffins so this was a nice surprise. The oatmeal was not only good, it was great. A little brown sugar crumbled on top and some fresh banana slices for just $3.00. Add a small smoothie with extra protein powder and I was feeling good for under $8. Dashboard dining should always be this healthy and tasty. read more

I am newish to the area and was craving an Açaí Bowl or something similar after working out at the gym, so I made my way to this nearby Jamba Juice location. This location is clean, the staff is nice, there's a good amount of seating (indoor and outdoor) and they make your order perfectly! My only complaint is the volume of the music inside the store. I couldn't hear the employee while I was ordering and they couldn't hear me. Regardless, I ordered a Pomegranate Bowl (which I hadn't seen on the East Coast) and it was good! The goji berries they put on top are awesome. It definitely hit the spot and I have a feeling I'll be back soon for another! read more

For starters the employees here are awesome! And though I don't consider all their items "healthy" its way more healthy than ie. Starbucks coffee etc Favorite smoothies: Peach pleasure- hands down the best and I've tried almost all the smoothies! I'm not even huge on peach but in a smoothie its very refreshing. Banana Berry- At one point this was on their discounted specials and it was really good! The only smoothie I did not enjoy has been the Aloha Pineapple; odd cuz I really like pineapple too. Regardless can't go wrong with any smoothie here but try Peach Pleasure! read more

This is been some of the few examples that I actually take this time toWrite a review the staff inside Jamba Juice across from triangle Square has to be the worst staff I have ever seen with the slowest inconsiderate training towards their customers I sat in line with no one doing anything taking over 30 minutes to not even greet me. Put more into your training .Preferred to go somewhere else for the customer service is better like nectar and the juices better anyways read more

Gosh I am having the worst protein smoothie ever! How can a smoothie be actually bad? I've gotten the PB Protein before and it was just as great as anywhere. I ordered it with whey protein. Barely any peanut butter flavor. Can't taste the bananas either. The smoothie tastes so bad and I thought to myself they must have used pea protein. I've tried pea protein before and thought it tasted awful. I asked the girl about it. (I should have asked what protein did you use?). I said it tastes really bad and did she use the whey as I ordered? Well of course she said yes, but I do t believe her. Mine tastes nothing like my past Jamba smoothies.
