This place is worth a yelp comeback. I've been going here consistently for years and I love it. Love my gigantic green immunizer, love the owner and employees, love ordering ahead, love easy parking. I'm a loyalist. read more

Delicious. Had the berry smoothie. Do wish there was a little bit more seeds to add to the texture. Also wish no corn syrup, Carageenan, and that was organic like the healthy place smoothie and restaurant nearby. Enjoyable and good location. read more

While my dragon fruit smoothie was pretty good, it is just way too expensive at $9. Also way too much sugar, you might as well be drinking a milkshake or frappe. Service was nice, drinks made quickly, still not worth rushing back for. read more

I really love coming to this Juice It up. The employees are always smiling and pleasant. And when I came back with a less than desirable acai bowl they quickly replaced it to one that was of my liking. I come here on a regular basis and I will continue to come here. Their manager is very personable. She even remembers me and my kids. It's nice to be able to go to a place where they actually remember you and even know your name. read more

Don't order juice too often but with the flu and other bugs going around I've been heading to this location almost every day! From my very first order the manager has called me by name and even notices when I change things up every now and again. Very good customer service and very good juice! read more

It was pretty good. They were able to customize the juice how I wanted it. However, it lacked flavor. I got the carrot orange juice and it tasted very watered down. Not sure if they add water or use low quality fruits. read more

This is my regular spot in CM. I had a little misunderstanding with an employee, who didn't deal with the situation correctly. On my next visit I got to speak to the owner, Soreya about it. And she was AMAZING. Used my experience as a teachable moment. Great spot and will continue to be a regular here. Keep it up! read more

The pitaya bowI comes with 3 toppings and anything extra is 50 cents. I wanted strawberries, banana and pineapple and added the granola which came to $10! There was barley any fruit or granola so I asked to add more fruit and granola and she gave me hell. This is not a good spot for açaí / pitaya as they over charge and it taste cheap and frozen: I'd rather spend my money at a quality shop and that includes any desired toppings for under $10. read more

Favorite Juice It Up because of the customer service I receive every time by far why I'm a regular

Pretty expensive, $9.95 for a large smoothie. I guess that's how much it is at a location in Costa Mesa. The Ultimate Acai smoothie we got had too much banana, which over powered the taste of everything else. read more

Until I know exactly how to make my very own green juice, this may be my go to option. I got the Detoxifier to balance out and refresh my body with something healthy (though in reality, it's mostly out of guilt from feasting at the fair). Pricey, but good! I had never tried Juice It Up's juices before so I ordered a small just to be safe. Next time, I'll definitely for the medium size to get a better deal/value! They have lots of other kinds of juices - depending on what you like and what you feel like nourishing your body with. It was definitely a nice pick-me-up during the hot summer month! read more

This is my favorite Juice shop in Costa Mesa. My favorite drink, and pretty the only one I order, is their Ever Green classic smoothie. It is gluten free and contains lemonade, apple juice, lime/pineapple sherbet, kale and spinach. Often I will replace the sherbet with plain yogurt. At only $4.99 for a small, this smoothie is filled with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. The shop is clean and the staff is friendly. I recommend this location. read more

Great place to go for a quick smoothie or fruit bowl, relatively fast and worker environment seems nice. Have usually gotten Lava flow smoothie which has a variety of fruits & you can add a boost for a small price (free first time I believe?). read more

I always figured Jamba Juice was the leader in the smoothie bar category. So logically I would think that Juice it Up would try to be a little more competitive, offer a little more incentive to go here instead of there. But I was wrong. It's pretty spot on compared to Jamba Juice. Same plethora of smoothies for every occasion. Whether your looking for a vitamin C boost or a shot of protein, they've got it. They also offer a free boost with your smoothie. So I guess this place is just OK. I give it 3 stars because the last time I stopped by here the customer service just wasn't there for me. The workers didn't seem happy to be there and they weren't very kind or welcoming. Fix that up and I'd bump this up to 4 stars. read more

Some of the nicest and friendliest people work here. Even though I have a Jamba Juice and another Juice It up near my home, I make the commute to this location because of the people. I decided to give Juice it up a second chance as I have not been pleased in the past. I walked in 3 Saturdays ago around 4. The music was beyond loud with rap music. My order was screwed up because I couldn't hear myself speaking. Not going back read more

If i could give this place no stars I really would! i'm so disappointed in how the staff was acting. I went a couple days ago in the morning and ordered a bowl and it was perfect as in its consistency so I thought and went back 2 days later but I went in the afternoon after the gym i ordered the same bowl but this time the consistency was watery it felt like i was eating a smoothie instead of a bowl. Customer service here is decent but the the employees working the night shift seemed like they didn't want to be there. They basically seemed like if they were forced to be there. The employees don't even wear work a-tire, they show up in hoodies and sweats instead of wearing the T Shirt they usually wear. I really think something has to be done about the employees and their tune, this is not the juice it up i remember! read more

Friendly service, great drinks. I ordered the largest size of the energizer but I was fighting a cold and wanted a little more greens in my drink so I was able to add kale and a wheatgrass shot. Total was $10 and some change for 32 oz, great energetic meal replacement drink. It's a hard decision sometimes to stop at Juice It Up instead of the big old Starbucks lurking next door but I sure am glad I made that detour that day, got a natural drink with the nutrients and energy I needed without the heavy sugar, caffeine and dairy the alternative would have given me. read more

I particularly like this Juice It Up location because the workers here are particularly friendly. Every time I go in, it's all smiles and small talk. And although I'm not big on the small talk, I actually don't mind too much. My smoothes always come out consistently good. You'd be surprise. Being that they're a chain you'd think it'd be the same everywhere you go. WRONG. Some locations are crap. Too watering or too sweet. This location hit a home run every time. Melon madness. My favorite. Always a refreshing summer drink. read more

So I'm a fan of Juice it Up and pop into 'em every now and then for a quick lunch replacement. No complaints on the actual juices here as they seem to be pretty standard from location to location but I have to say this location just has the saddest service. The folks aren't rude or anything but I've yet to have anyone smile at me or ask me how I am today or just any semblance of 'friendliness', and it's not just directed at me cuz it takes a few minutes to wait for my drink and I typically observe as they help others. Not sure why but perhaps the owner/boss here needs to find a way to cheer his staff up somehow? ;) read more
