Came here after dinner as my friends and I are craving dessert. The place is clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and very efficient. We were able to try samples before deciding. We got two double scoop cups that allowed us two flavors and one single scoop cone. Our chosen flavors were white chocolate raspberry, salted caramel, twix, butter pecan, and bubble gum. White chocolate raspberry- It had a sweet base, offset by the fruity raspberry. A good find. Salted caramel- This was nice and rich. The caramel flavor is strong with a hint of saltiness. Twix- It has a creamy base with a generous amount of twix pieces. Very nostalgic if you enjoyed the candy as a child! Butter pecan- Can't go wrong with a classic. The ice cream had a butterscotch taste and the candied pecans added a crunchy texture. Bubble gum- I enjoyed the flavor! I did n9t expect it to have actual bubblegum pieces that I needed to spit out however. Great experience overall! read more

I drove 30 min to this location to get a late night ice cream for my birthday, and yelp/ Google shows that this location should be open till 12 am. With the time stamp from when I took the picture of the CLOSED sign, you can see we got there at 11:10ish pm. There was also no sign that indicated if you had to close early for the night due to special circumstances. The WORST, they are terrible . We purchased almost $30 worth of ice cream 2 ice cream cones and a prepackaged quart of butter pecan out of the freezer. We got the quart home and it was freezer burnt or old or something. It was grainy like sandpaper. She said I could purchase another one at 50 percent off??? Are you kidding me ? What about the $15 I spent on this quart that isn't good. this is THE labubu blind box cake! I ate the whole cake in one sitting, next thing I know i'm surrounded by 24k labubu's chanting my name in unison. After this strange state finally wore off, i made it home safely and got ready for bed. next thing i know i wake up in a small bed accommodated for one by the local police department. The police report files state that i was seen sleep walking down the streets of HB dressed fully as a labubu. Once i woke up and got out of the small bed i noticed the gold glitter and paint from head to toe on my body. Police state i was singing and spinning stating I was the only person in the world to have the 24k labubu. Next thing I know im getting calls from various party companies and movie directors. I then dropped out of college at Golden West to pursue my career, of taking on the role in the first ever live action musical labubu movie from the Warner Brothers. After my first take at the sets, I got sued by Labubu Popmart Company for being to spiritual connected to the Labubus and having greater vocals for the popular Labubu song. Warner Brothers released me and no other directories are interested. Now I am scraping for dimes, with no hope for my future. I brought my family here and one of the items was my son ordered a shake. They girl helping us asked him if he wanted whipped cream on his shake. He said yes. When I looked at the receipt after paying there was a $1.49 charge for a topping. I asked the girl how come there was a $1.49 charge and she said whipped cream is considered a topping. She of course didn't say that when asking my son if he wanted whipped cream. I didn't feel like making an issue of it since I was with my family even though that bothered me greatly. It was around 9:20 pm when we went in and I saw an employee sweeping telling us and another customer that walked in that they are closing in 5 mins. What? The hours posted said that they are open until 10pm... Anyways we wanted to be quick no matter what. My friend who is Gluten Free asked the employee "are any of these flavors Gluten free?" The one sweeping answered "no, have a goodnight". Wow, ok. I noticed however on the ice cream labeled on the glass, most of them said "gluten conscious". Really? I participated as a vendor in a local pop-up market that closed at 9:30pm. I was staring at the BR across the street all night and had my heart set in some ice cream. I Yelped the location ahead of time to check its hours of operation and it said 10pm close...so I knew if I hurried and packed up that I could still make it. I roll up at 9:45pm and pull on the door only to find it locked. The teenager inside, cleaning the case turns and looks at me. I point to the hours posted on the window and then show her my phone. She shrugs her shoulders and says "Sorry". As a business owner, I would be pissed if some teenagers closed my business early and I lost sales. "Sam" refuses to serve us ice cream stating that the store is closed. BaskinRobbins.com says the store is open till 12... A few minutes later, Sam is outside in an ice cream stained uniform smoking a cigarette. When we am him why he closed early, he says "This is a privately owned store." And "I've been here all day. My only complaint is the staff that I have encountered aren't always knowledgeable about current promotions/coupons. Other than that it has always been a great experience. The last time we were at this specific location was July 4th. As you can imagine on the beach on a holiday IT WAS PACKED. However, staff was able to quickly move the line along.
