Parking is slightly interesting - one way driving only and it is located around the perimeter of the block. Today, I decided to get their pumpkin Spanish latte, a seasonal drink. I was able to admire their decor and design while waiting. They had a nifty message board that changed to different quotes in a timely manner. The workers here re very sweet, kind, and quick. The wall has their regular menu but if you look at the paper menu hung at eye level by the cashier, you will see their currents specialties. I ordered the hazelnut Kyoto cold brew and it was simply amazing- smooth, balanced and not too sweet. I will definitely be back if I am ever in the area.

On top of that, when I received my drink, I noticed it was a bit more sweet than I liked and asked if they could modify it. The staff looked at me, paused and said "ummm....yeah". They did fix it, but felt very odd, especially when Tastea has on its menu that they would gladly fix any drink. The drinks were the saving grace of this experience.

As I've said many times before, it's the people behind the counter that make the difference and this place was nice. Friendly, always greeted with a smile, and just generally helpful. Even though the drive-thru was fairly busy, they were able to get my order out in a pretty quick amount of time. Which is always nice, especially if you are on the run or going somewhere. Bottom line? It seems like you can't throw a rock down the street and not hit 15 Starbucks, however, when you find a good one it definitely should be added to your list. This one is definitely added to my list of will return to again.

There's two donut shops.. across the street/intersection from one another.. both named Michaels. a) Michaels on the South-West corner.. had flies .. no thanks .. went across the street. b) Michaels next to Big 5. . ordered and paid for 3 donuts. and as we were leaving.. and after eating the donuts.. I looked back. The flippen Vietnamese owner had their kid in the dish/utensil wash area.. giving the 5 year old a bath. ! Flippen idiots washing their kid in the sink with the utensils.. I don't want your business," and walked away to continue cleaning. Unfortunately, this is not the first time she has treated me this way. After reading the reviews for this donut shop, I noticed many other customers have had similar experiences and left reviews describing the same rude behavior. Customer service matters, and no customer should be treated with this level of disrespect.
