Okay, it's been 2 years, mask mandate not even a thing, and the COVID card is seriously played out. This is the worst Starbucks from which to mobile order. They NEVER have your drink ready when the app says it will be. When you walk in, you have to check in and tell them you're here before they even attempt to make your drink. What is the point of mobile ordering?! My drink was supposed to be ready at 7am. It's 7:15 and it's not even being worked on. Went through drive-thru, took a few minutes longer than expected but thats not my complaint. Ordered a dopio (unsure on the spelling). When i reached the window i asked the girl if she could please add a splash of milk to my drink. She looked at me like i had just ruined her world and begins to walk away before i can say could i also get some sugar. When she returns my dopio is now half full of ice cold milk. So i now have an iced coffee which taste good but its not what i ordered:) read more

Jessica Gullin (night manager) was probably the most rudest, snootiest person I've dealt with in a very long while. After getting off work I rushed to wallisville Starbucks to crab my husband a good cup of coffee. I knew he wouldn't be home until 6:30am the next morning (he's a shift worker in Pasadena). When I ask Jessica if I could get an Americano she told me that she already torn down the bar and the only thing she could do was make a Frappuccino, but nothing hot. What? Please tell me you're kidding. She then stated that she was just being nice by taking my order. She didn't have to bc she was closing in 10 minutes anyways. Urghhh. Terrible experience. I ordered a DECAF tall java chip frapuccino with extra java chips and a tall caramel frapuccino. It was Saturday evening, and I believe they had just received their stock truck... they were stopping the drive-thru traffic to let these people bring in two dolly's full of their things inside of the storage room. This location is just terrible. My mother and I waited about an hour to get a drink... YES, ONE HOUR! I was beyond frustrated. When we finally arrived to the window, all they said was "sorry for the wait" and offered zero compensation. To make matters worse, they did not add extra java chips, in fact in BARELY had any java chips and just one line of chocolate drizzle on the whip. I was already pushing it since I am expecting and cannot have any caffeine, so for them to mess up my order, plus having to wait as long as we did, this was a horrible experience. This has to be the absolute SLOWEST and unprofessional Starbucks I've ever been to and believe me I've been to a LOT. I come here frequently as I live fairly close and it's the nearest one to me so it's a matter of convenience. I'm to the point now where I'm willing to drive to the Galleria just for sake of service and my fix. I don't know what goes down in here! Maybe they only hire high school students who just care about getting a check and not actually handing over a drink within a reasonable amount of time...(like within the hour even) or maybe everyone is buzzed off the caffeine they're serving but something has to give!! When a lady needs her coffee, a lady NEEDS HER COFFEE!!! *pulls hair out in exasperation* They don't go in the order of which an order is placed so I stand there dying of a headache because I need my coffee while everybody and their mama comes in after me and leaves before I do. Same ol same ol, but slow. I went in to order my coffee, and there wasn't anyone in line, but there were people sitting down at tables waiting. My drink took about 10 minutes to make. That's pretty long. I even went up to ask about 5 mins in, of I had missed it. I guess the suburban locales are a little more laid back... It was a Sunday. Overall the dining area is clean with ample seating. Lots of patio seating in front as well. This location is shared with a chase bank, so it's kinda easy to miss... This Starbucks rocks. The staff is great even at 7am! I know I shouldn't get too excited about that, but goddamn that's refreshing. Usually people are zombie walking through the morning hours and are less than pleasant, but every time I've been to this Starbucks the employees have delivered a great beverage and friendly service. Not that obnoxious friendly/hipster cool/come see me do Improv this Wednesday night kind of service, either. The line moves fast during the morning slam. Never had an issue with my coffee tasting burnt, overly sweetened, or over-laden with ice. Did not have the best experience at the Starbucks. I go in to avoid the long drive thru line & it still took longer than it should have for a walk in. And there was only one lady ahead of me and she was basically done. The cashier was unsure of the available coffee I requested & still looked slee,. She never asked what size coffee I wanted so i ended yp paying for a size larger (part my fault as I forgot to mention before going to get my $$). The Barista took longer than usual to make my coffee and while waiting to get my coffee he and the girl working the drive thru start to bicker! Right in front of myself and another customer. Today i went here and while ordering they got my order wrong several times. I clearly said i wanted a large brewed coffee medium roast but had to repeat myself several times after they thought i wanted a cold brew. Very slow service... But drinks are great when you do get them. Think it may just be difficult customers that are taking long.

1. Always too packed and not enough staff 2. Rude staff on drive thru and it's probably because they hate their job because they are understaffed 3. I ordered a Frappuccino and they didn't put whip cream ??? Never asked for no cream. 4. Wrong tops used for coffee and no coffee stoppers provided so coffee got all over my car. (I didn't notice how poorly everything was packaged until it was too late, I did go through drive through and was too busy to ensure everything was correct but it was a simple order so i didn't realize it could be messed up) 5. Too much ice on frappes = no flavor. This coffee was made poorly. 6. No straws for any of my drinks. 7. Why are my grand coffees not completely full on purchase ????? And why do they never mix the hot chocolate mix properly ??????? I am always disappointed on this location and it sucks because I am not a picky person. I would recommend a different location, this place is not worth the stress it will put you through. However, the location at Wallisville Rd., fail to low in customer service. The employee who took my order didn't know how to process a reward (yes, a Starbucks Reward), she didn't ask any of the other employees how to do it. I am an avid user of the starbucks mobile app. I usually order when I am 7 minutes away from any location. Everytime I place an order at this location I have to wait as my order has not even started. I was just observing the workers and cleanliness of the work area and it is just not very efficient. I do avoid this location but thankful I only come here from time to time and not my daily stop.
