We had to wait in line in the back of parking lot before we could even enter to park due to construction of a new sidewalk in front entrance. Once parked we ordered our food through the app due to the crowd of people near the register/counter. It took more than 20 minutes for us to get our food. Despite the fact that I typed in my table number, I had to go to the counter to retrieve our food. The restaurant felt hot/ humid. There were flies all in the kids play/seating area. This is a combo review as the last 4 visits that get this earned review. What saddens me here is I worked at this McDonalds when I was in High School (Late 1980's) and it was well run, clean, laid out well, and the crew took care of the customers. Fast Forward to 2017. Walk in and it's warm inside. No AC? The store has been completely remodeled and re-laid out to a point that makes no sense at all. Case in point. The customer line is on the side of the counter now. The menus are to the right side of the line and you can't see them when ordering your food. You have to walk around to the left side to look and that irritates the cashier...every time. In for breakfast, love the pancakes and egg whites. They get my order right, so 1 star is earned. The cashier was asking "Is that it????" after we mention each food item we want to order. That's plain rude in any language especially since we had 6 of us ordering together. I don't like being glared at when I am ordering food and GIVING YOU MY MONEY for it. At this point, I was ready to leave, but the kids were excited to play. Good move, McDonalds.... The drink station is small, in a corner, and not traffic friendly. Look like it hadn't been cleaned all morning and had dirty napkins all around it and on the drain trays. Other experiences here included long drive through times, ordering a sandwich that was forgotten just to be told they were out of them....but they took my money and didn't bother to tell me....and as you guessed it, were rude and matter of fact about it. Told the family next time I mention McDonalds, we aren't coming back to this one....ever. Bottomline: Extremely disorganized layout, un-engaged crew, rude, unclean, AC broken or not used, and consistently get drive through orders wrong or charge you and not give you what you ordered. This is by far the worse McDonald's I've been to lol. Service is dead awful. Too many high school kids working here who do not care. Managers are just worse. I've had so many issues at this location, it is unreal. Let me share some of my unreal experience. - ordered 10 piece chicken nugget meal, I got a box with lettuce tomatoes and pickles... THATS IT. - Ordered the double cheese burger with no cheese, I got cheese. Gave it to the employee, came back with cheese still. Gave it to the manager, came back with EXTRA cheese. Manager did it herself, she took the cheese of but she scraped it off... So there was cheese still melted on the patty. Managers here are plain stupid. - ordered a big meal, was missing two burgers when I got home. Went back to get it fixed, came home, they gave me the wrong order again... So I settled with the wrong meal. My fault for not checking. But two mess ups in a row?? Really? - My Big Mac had NO MEAT. I REPEAT, NO FREAKING PATTY MEAT. -ordered a mcflurry, they filled it up halfway.... Had to ask them to fill it up all the way. Manager comes in, says she has to charge me extra... Okay, normally I wouldn't review such a major chain that everyone and their mother has been to. But I just have to vent my frustration at this place. I mean, I'm a McDonald's fiend. Normally we go to the Taco Bell around the corner, but seeing as how I've had it three times in the last week and a half, we opted for some of the Golden Arches. I pull into the drive through and got told "Hold on" immediately. After about 2 minutes, the woman screeches something incoherently into the microphone and I politely ask her to repeat what she said. Annoyed, she basically yelled at me to pull up to the window. At this point, I haven't ordered my food, so I thought it was odd. But I'm not one to make trouble--and especially not at 11 p.m. when I should be in bed. I pull up and sit behind a truck for what seems an eternity. Finally he pulls up to the final window and I sidle up to see a very angry looking woman. "What do you need?" Whoa. Talk about your customer service. I order my food, she arches her eyebrows and says, "What, no meal?" Nope, just the burgers. She proceeds to swipe my credit card about 6 times (I'm watching my bill online to ensure she didn't charge me six times), hands my card back to me and just stares. I think she's waiting for the receipt to print, so I just sit there. "Why aren't you pulling up?" Okay then. So, I pull up to the final window only to get a hand with a bag of greasy food. I look in the bag and see my receipt. I want to ask for some napkins, but the window has already shut in my face and no one is around. I've never had a particularly good experience here, but never this outright rude. But perhaps, it was just a bad vibe which keeps us going to the Taco Bell down the street all the time even though I love my McD's much more. Hmph to their bad service! This has to be the worst McDonalds I've ever been to! I tried to go here on a 30 minute lunch break before, and that was a huge mistake. I only ordered two chicken snack wraps and a diet coke and waited 20 min for my order. The service is so slow it's not even funny. I mean this is fast food after all smh! I would have left, but I didn't have enough time left to go anywhere else. I did decide to give them another shot a week later, because I gave them the benefit of the doubt and came up with the notion that they were just short staffed. Round 2 was looking a little more promising. I ordered the premium chicken wrap meal and received it in what must have been record time for them. Needless to say, I was thoroughly impressed! Then as I pulled away I took a drink and realized they had given me dp instead of diet coke. No big deal I thought I'll just double back around and get this squared away. By this time a couple of cars were waiting at the drive thru, so I bypassed them and went back to the window. I sat at the window for a couple of minutes and received no service. I decided to honk my horn once in order to get someone's attention. This worked, but did not get me any service. Instead I was ignored. By now I was becoming a little irritated and honked a few more times with the same results. I knew they weren't coming so I threw my large drink against the window and drove away vowing to never frequent this subpar established ever again.
