I don't understand why customer service sucks so bad everywhere. When McDonalds employees can't read their screens for what is ordered and how, that's bad service. I asked for easy ice and this is what I got. I told the girl at the window and she said " what do you want? An extra drink?" Great customer service but that's what every business is doing. Sucks!!!! I only gave 2 stars because of the customer service and attitudes. read more

This service is real horrible , I wouldn't recommend this one to my dog , that young lady on 3-13-2024 was real rude she curse me out while my wife was in the car , we ordered 2 caramel sundaes and they both came to us with the kids off and very watered down,if the machine is down or broke all she had to do was tell me , I'm very eazy to get along with ! She look like she only wanted to serve her race , I couldn't eat that ice cream sundae with extra caramel not looking like that I have pictures and the receipt, I paid cash , that young lady should be removed from that job , that's no way to handle a costumer ! read more

We had to wait in line in the back of parking lot before we could even enter to park due to construction of a new sidewalk in front entrance. Once parked we ordered our food through the app due to the crowd of people near the register/counter. It took more than 20 minutes for us to get our food. Despite the fact that I typed in my table number, I had to go to the counter to retrieve our food. The restaurant felt hot/ humid. There were flies all in the kids play/seating area. The food was nice and hot. I will most likely not return to eat indoors again at this location. read more

This McDonalds has the worst customer service and you will never get what you ask for. Alway check your order. Needs new management for sure

This location is by far the worst McDonalds franchise I've ever been too . Management is the root of the problems this location is facing, very disrespectful too not only customers but their own employees and they don't care one bit. They recently renovated the location and it looks great but they failed to clean up the crew that runs it. If at all possible avoid this location and jist go to the wallisville and beltway 8 for way better service. read more

Went in ib the morning looking for a clean table that had a plug available to plug in my computer, walked by the only table that had plugs, but the table was filthy, the cashier was at the register texting on her phone and said that was the only table with plugs, I told her the table was filthy, and she came around with a towel and wiped only the one table and went back to texting until my breakfast was ready, then she vrought me my trey, but left all the other tables dirty, what a shame for a restraunt like McDonalds to have no respect for its business. If I could give no star I would. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. All I ask is that you please avoid this location at all cost. Many other locations have 4/5 stars. There's a reason why people tKe the time out to review and this one my dear reader has 1 star for a REASON ! The manager is rude all employees are also . I ordered a ice coffee via mobile order curbside pickup at 11:04 am and I didn't receive my simple order until 11:22 am. Oh lord I can't tell u how chaotic the wait was being that I have a two year old who repeatedly screams and gets out of her car seat which I why I decided to place my order the method I chose. There's no reason why I should've waited so long. I kindly with a smile explained my ordeal to manager and she yelled at me and asked me, "Well what do u suggest I do at least you got your order!" If you enjoy long waits for a simple thing like iced coffee and don't mind being yelled at by all means this is the place for you ! read more

How you 24 hours but "not taking orders" at 4:30am? Lmao. Weird... People got work at 5 type shit.

Literally the worst. I went for a happy meal for my niece and they didn't even give the meal at all they just stuffed mustard on the box.

It's 12:30 pm. Why is the breakfast menu still up? This place is horrid. Needs new management. Just about every time I come here my order is wrong probably 9/10 times. It's not as bad as the one on Sheldon and i10 though. read more

WORST FUCKING McDonald's ever. You're telling me I'm wait in line for 15 mins in line for me to get my food just for me to get some cold fries. Not only that but they the window over 60% of the employees were either half asssing wearing their mask properly or not at all? This is a combo review as the last 4 visits that get this earned review. What saddens me here is I worked at this McDonalds when I was in High School (Late 1980's) and it was well run, clean, laid out well, and the crew took care of the customers. Fast Forward to 2017. Walk in and it's warm inside. No AC? The store has been completely remodeled and re-laid out to a point that makes no sense at all. Case in point. The customer line is on the side of the counter now. The menus are to the right side of the line and you can't see them when ordering your food. You have to walk around to the left side to look and that irritates the cashier...every time. In for breakfast, love the pancakes and egg whites. They get my order right, so 1 star is earned. The cashier was asking "Is that it????" after we mention each food item we want to order. That's plain rude in any language especially since we had 6 of us ordering together. I don't like being glared at when I am ordering food and GIVING YOU MY MONEY for it. At this point, I was ready to leave, but the kids were excited to play. Good move, McDonalds.... The drink station is small, in a corner, and not traffic friendly. Look like it hadn't been cleaned all morning and had dirty napkins all around it and on the drain trays. Other experiences here included long drive through times, ordering a sandwich that was forgotten just to be told they were out of them....but they took my money and didn't bother to tell me....and as you guessed it, were rude and matter of fact about it. Told the family next time I mention McDonalds, we aren't coming back to this one....ever. Bottomline: Extremely disorganized layout, un-engaged crew, rude, unclean, AC broken or not used, and consistently get drive through orders wrong or charge you and not give you what you ordered. I will NEVER be back. I'll sadly put away my HS memories of when this location was a great place to work and eat. read more

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. Took us 25 minutes to get our food. 3 transactions because they couldn't take our simple 4 item order right. This is the most unprofessional McDonalds I have ever encountered. Paul Gonzales the hiring manager is a extremely demeaning person. He led my son to believe he was going to be hired there and gave him the runaround, had us come up to the store 4 or 5 times and always some excuse and the final aspect was when he asked him to call for the thousandth time to attend orientation and everytime u call, he would be in the background saying to have them call back or tell them I'm not here. I called as a parent and was giving the same crap!! Just horrible and unprofessional people on the phone. I suggest no one apply or work for this location because this manager is just a sad excuse for a person!!! read more

This place is filthy, there were flies trying to get to our food and there were bugs on the window. They had gave our order to some totally different family, when we told an employe she ROLLED HER EYES and took the food. When she got back to the counter she started to complaining to her friends calling us "FUC*KING BEAN HEADS". When they noticed my sister there listening they stopped as if nothing had happened. They gave the family who had gotten our order their food first, mind you they came 10 min after us. A bunch of other people who came after us were getting their food too. When we FINALLY got our food there was STILL items missing These employes have disgusting personalities. read more

They always get the order wrong and the machines never work. The workers are also very rude and blame it on the customer.

Worst McDonald's ever, I don't even like McDonald's but went anyway since it was convenient and my bf wanted to, they messed up our order and I tried to fix it at the second window and the woman rejected me multiple times and told me to go the back of the line when we had been waiting 20+ mins to begin with! Then they forgot my sauce that was on the receipt! The staff were extremely rude and told me "were already backed up (as if I didn't wait in the line and already know this) we can't help you. Can't explain how furious the woman at window 2 made me, very miserable mean woman, I believe she was a racist too. read more

This is probably one of the worst McDonald's in the city. I've been here a few times and there is always some problem going on. The latest problem this year is that their macchiato machine is almost always down. I literally just go there for the macchiato and it's just a waste of time when I get there and the machine is down. I even ordered in the app, parked and waited a few minutes and they came out and told me the machine was down. read more

This is by far the worse McDonald's I've been to lol. Service is dead awful. Too many high school kids working here who do not care. Managers are just worse. I've had so many issues at this location, it is unreal. Let me share some of my unreal experience. - ordered 10 piece chicken nugget meal, I got a box with lettuce tomatoes and pickles... THATS IT. - Ordered the double cheese burger with no cheese, I got cheese. Gave it to the employee, came back with cheese still. Gave it to the manager, came back with EXTRA cheese. Manager did it herself, she took the cheese of but she scraped it off... So there was cheese still melted on the patty. Managers here are plain stupid. - ordered a big meal, was missing two burgers when I got home. Went back to get it fixed, came home, they gave me the wrong order again... So I settled with the wrong meal. My fault for not checking. But two mess ups in a row?? Really? - My Big Mac had NO MEAT. I REPEAT, NO FREAKING PATTY MEAT. -ordered a mcflurry, they filled it up halfway.... Had to ask them to fill it up all the way. Manager comes in, says she has to charge me extra... CHARGE ME? for what?! You might ask why I'm wasting my time on Yelp with McDonald's... It takes a lot to make me Yelp anything. This service and the stupidity here just had to Make me Yelp the crap out of this. read more

Okay, normally I wouldn't review such a major chain that everyone and their mother has been to. But I just have to vent my frustration at this place. I mean, I'm a McDonald's fiend. I have loved them my entire life and blame them (lovingly) for my wonderful pooch that I've accumulated around the midsection. That being said, it takes a lot to bug me when it comes to fast food. I don't expect gourmet dishes, fantastic service, or even correct change. However, yesterday's experience took my normally crappy experiences with them to a whole new level. It was around 11 and I was locked out of the house for another 10 minutes or so and I figured that some really greasy food sounded good. Normally we go to the Taco Bell around the corner, but seeing as how I've had it three times in the last week and a half, we opted for some of the Golden Arches. I pull into the drive through and got told "Hold on" immediately. After about 2 minutes, the woman screeches something incoherently into the microphone and I politely ask her to repeat what she said. Annoyed, she basically yelled at me to pull up to the window. At this point, I haven't ordered my food, so I thought it was odd. But I'm not one to make trouble--and especially not at 11 p.m. when I should be in bed. I pull up and sit behind a truck for what seems an eternity. Finally he pulls up to the final window and I sidle up to see a very angry looking woman. "What do you need?" Whoa. Talk about your customer service. I order my food, she arches her eyebrows and says, "What, no meal?" Nope, just the burgers. She proceeds to swipe my credit card about 6 times (I'm watching my bill online to ensure she didn't charge me six times), hands my card back to me and just stares. I think she's waiting for the receipt to print, so I just sit there. "Why aren't you pulling up?" Okay then. So, I pull up to the final window only to get a hand with a bag of greasy food. I look in the bag and see my receipt. I want to ask for some napkins, but the window has already shut in my face and no one is around. I've never had a particularly good experience here, but never this outright rude. But perhaps, it was just a bad vibe which keeps us going to the Taco Bell down the street all the time even though I love my McD's much more. Hmph to their bad service! How dare they ruin my favorite childhood past time?! read more

Fck all them horses working in the morning they are rude,I'm always nice everywhere I go to buy something but today was by far THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE I ever had I ordered 1order of 3 pancakes,2sausage burritos, 1 plain biscuit and 1coke no ice, before I paid I told her can I add 1 coke same way and she said yes, when I got my food the gave me 3 pancakes(no syrup, butter, utensils, napkins) 2 sausage patties,1 sausage burrito and 1 coke no ice. I told them nicely "it was 2 cokes" (because she only handle me 1 coke) and she said ok it's going to be $1.07 and I told her I don't have cash on me I'm paying with Apple Pay and she ignored me and asked me to give her the $1.07 cash and I told her one more time I don't have cash on me (that's is when I checked on my food and notice %90 of the order was wrong and I was charged for what they gave me but it's not what I wanted) after I checked on my food I told her I was missing 1 sausage burrito and she said ok it's $1.50 cash and I told her I don't have cash on me (for the third time) they always talked back to me with a rude tone, they didn't fix the problem for the costumer, they rather lose a costumer then fix a simple problem,I ended up telling them to give me whatever they wanted that I didn't care anymore and that's what they did they handle me the bs that I got at first, if you can skip coming to this location DO IT Or you will experience the worst costumer service ever, this location needs a new crew and management no doubt. read more

This has to be the worst McDonalds I've ever been to! I tried to go here on a 30 minute lunch break before, and that was a huge mistake. I only ordered two chicken snack wraps and a diet coke and waited 20 min for my order. The service is so slow it's not even funny. I mean this is fast food after all smh! I would have left, but I didn't have enough time left to go anywhere else. I did decide to give them another shot a week later, because I gave them the benefit of the doubt and came up with the notion that they were just short staffed. Round 2 was looking a little more promising. I ordered the premium chicken wrap meal and received it in what must have been record time for them. Needless to say, I was thoroughly impressed! Then as I pulled away I took a drink and realized they had given me dp instead of diet coke. No big deal I thought I'll just double back around and get this squared away. By this time a couple of cars were waiting at the drive thru, so I bypassed them and went back to the window. I sat at the window for a couple of minutes and received no service. I decided to honk my horn once in order to get someone's attention. This worked, but did not get me any service. Instead I was ignored. By now I was becoming a little irritated and honked a few more times with the same results. I knew they weren't coming so I threw my large drink against the window and drove away vowing to never frequent this subpar established ever again. Not to be a jerk, but this McDonalds is the reason fast food employees will never make $15 an hour! Avoid this McDonalds at all cost. Nothing against McDonalds just this franchise! read more
