I asked for the Super Greens and for them to please avoid the broccoli as much as they could. They young lady said ahe would try her best. I understand its mixed in but they had done it in the past. What can you expect from a chain restaurant? The honey sesame chicken was pretty good. It would have been nice if they used jasmine rice or something just to give the food a nice oomph, the rice was just dry. The puff pastry that has cheese in it was okay but the sweet and sour sauce was great. Terribly Slow drive thru. Most fast foods will have the car that's waiting for fresh items to come up, are told to pull up and someone will bring it out. Not here. I literally waited 15 minutes and was stuck between two cars so I couldn't get out. So ofcourse my meal was dry and unsatisfactory once I finally got it. My sons meal was in tact more than mine so was satisfied with that. They also ran out of kids meal so they put his in a bowl. Once I was handed my meal the girl turned so quick to walk away (as these places normally do so you can pull off and not drive up their window time) she didn't care to hear me ask for chopsticks. They had been standing at the counter for some time, and no one offered to service them. There were only a few stocked pans of entrees when asked which main courses we would like to choose. For whatever it's worth...I have given (make that, tried to give) this location my business several times in the past and finally gave up. Twice I went there and they were out of the honey walnut shrimp and told me they would not be making anymore even though it was not even 8pm yet, and twice on other occasions they were out of the flavored tea and again, I was told that they were not making any more. The last straw was when I tried to order the hot and sour soup and I was told that they no longer had it at this location. I have visited other Panda Express locations in several states and not one of them had the attitude that this locations people have towards serving the public. One location in Colorado went so far as to make me the honey walnut shrimp that they were out of even though it was 15 minutes until their closing time. When I asked to speak to the manager and told him how much I appreciated his service at the late hour he explained to me that without the customer he would not have a paycheck so he was more than glad to do the service and isn't that what it's all about. A lady named "Fufu" or something like that , I came in after a long day at work and asked for some chow mein and there wasn't any left , instead of making me wait 2-4 min for some fresh new chow mein she scraped the little bits of noodle left and served me that . The longest noodle I received was 3 inches. She was rushing to make my food and she was charging me and I asked for egg rolls and she rolled her eyes and went to get me some egg rolls , she was so rushed she dropped one on the counter and picked it back up with her hand and served me that . I was pretty disappointed with this location tonight. A young woman named Maria greeted us and took our order. Me and my partner ordered two plates. Mine with double orange chicken. I love Panda's orange chicken, but my problem with it is that it's too dry to mix with fried rice. It won't stick and the rice can't grab any sauce. To solve this issue, my partner, who has worked at a Panda Express in Houston, told me that I could request extra sauce. I did that and Maria told me I couldn't have any because the sauce is already premixed into the chicken. Firstly, that sounds disgusting if it were even true. Secondly, I know she was lying to my face for two reasons. One, because my partner worked there and told me that it was a lie and told me in detail how it was made. Two, because they ran out of orange chicken in the bowl and I watched the cook add the sauce into the dry, plain chicken with my own eyes.
