Must try the cookies and cream pop delicious!!! I usually get the strawberry açaí which is also good. The only negative is that it takes forever to get your items there is usually a big line inside and out. If you on your break time don't go lol cause it will take up your whole time. To go to this location you need to go with a lot of time and no rush. read more

Coffee and baked goods are always fresh. If you don't order ahead be prepared for quite a long wait at the drive thru. Only one bad experience where the barista had a bad attitude, messed up my whole order, and tried to force me to take the wrong drinks. The manager remade my order and gave a full refund. I love the starbucks staff at this location however,i feel like they don't know how to read. I have ordered multiple times and EVERY TIME my order is wrong. I always ask for a grande caramel ribbon crunch with NO WHIPPED CREAM and everytime i get whipped cream. I pay extra to line the cup with caramel and that is never done. I ask for cinnamon powder and never happens. The issue is there are no other starbucks around this area so i have to order from here. I love you guys but the prices don't match the service received. I guess I will stick with Mcdonalds! read more

Visiting for today and staff was very very nice and inviting. The line outside was really long but seemed to be moving quickly but since we needed to be somewhere I had to go inside. The door was very loud and needed oil. They already had our dreams hot and ready for when I came in. read more

I ordered ahead of time so I didn't have to make the line and still had to wait 10 minutes for my order. The long ass line in the drive thru moved faster than my order that was placed 15 minutes prior. A shit show in that place. read more

The wait here is ridiculous! This store was renovated and it seems that the renovations made it much worse. Somebody fumbled big time. There are ALWAYS lots of people waiting inside AND in the drive through. I can't figure out how they created more space for the workers and can't keep up.. read more

Every single time I've gone to this location is always the same, dirty and long lines.

If you want to wait 30-35 minutes for an iced coffee, then look no further. Starbucks on Wallisville Rd (15252 Wallisville Rd Unit B Houston, TX 77049) never fails to get my drinks wrong. From only making one when I ordered two and having to remind them, thus, rushing to make my second one, reducing its quality of drink; to waiting over half an hour for a drink. This Starbucks gives the poorest quality and costumer service in all the Starbucks I ever been to. And im not blaming it on so much the workers, maybe they arent properly trained, but I just dont see the effort, the professionalism and the efficiency there. They have problems processing mobile orders. No coordination among the staff. Mobile orders are not processed until you arrive, even though you placed the order through the Mobil app prior to arriving. My order was over 10 minutes late. Choose another Starbucks!! read more

This place is always out of stock on ingredients. If you think that's bad, this Starbucks has stooped to a whole new level of low. Recently they had an issue with keeping vanilla syrup in stock. Instead of telling their consumers that they're out of stock on vanilla syrup, they started using sugar-free vanilla in customer's drinks without even asking them if it's ok! If we order our drinks a certain way, we would kindly like it to be made that particular way. If you don't have a certain ingredient in stock, tell us! Many of us do not like the taste of sugar-free options and would rather not order there if that's all that you have. Come on, people! These drinks are way too expensive to not have them made the way that we order. Do not add ingredients that we don't want/ask for and hope that we don't notice. read more
