Walked , was greeted by staff and I believe the manager (Hispanic women ) super sweet ! Ordered my black tea my usual go to , but there was a little nat in my lid which I don't like drinking bug juice haha! But the manager was super sweet along with staff to fix the issue . Although I didn't want a refund she insisted, so I said sure .she handled it and made me a new drink ! Amazing manager and very sweet ! I'll bring my business back as long as she is running this place! If you read this , thank you for being kind ! -Alex-

Every time I go in it's so uninviting, they seem so bothered doing there job and the drinks never taste good.

Takes way to long to get through the line and they are ALWAYS out of Everything. Then they never follow the rules of the cup releases.

I don't usually write reviews, but Must Go Coffee truly deserves one. This cozy café in North…read moreHouston has become one of my absolute favorite places, and honestly, the name fits perfectly! It really is a "must go." From the moment you walk in, the vibe is calm, welcoming, and full of good energy. It's the kind of place where you can instantly relax, whether you're starting your morning or winding down after a busy day. The atmosphere is a perfect mix of modern and homey. The décor is simple yet stylish, the lighting is soft, and the music is never too loud. Every time I visit, it feels warm and comfortable, like a place made for good conversations and quiet moments. The staff always greet me with a smile and take the time to make each order right. They remember faces, favorite drinks, and even ask how your day is going, which makes every visit feel personal. Now, about the coffee, it's incredible! You can taste the difference in quality with every sip. The beans are fresh, and the drinks are smooth, rich, and never bitter. My personal favorites are the iced vanilla latte and the caramel macchiato. Both are balanced perfectly, not too sweet but full of flavor. On cooler days, I love getting their hot mocha or matcha latte. They also offer plenty of non-coffee options, which is great for anyone who just wants something cozy and refreshing. Their food menu is just as impressive. They have pastries, cakes, ice cream, and breakfast options that are always fresh and delicious. The croissants are buttery and flaky, and the muffins taste homemade. I tried their slice cakes once and have been hooked ever since -- especially the strawberry and chocolate ones. Everything pairs perfectly with their drinks, and it feels like the kind of treat you can actually enjoy guilt-free. The shop itself is a great space to hang out or get work done. There's free WiFi, comfortable seating, and plenty of natural light, making it ideal for studying or working remotely. I've spent several quiet mornings there with my laptop and coffee, and it's always peaceful and relaxing. Overall, Must Go Coffee checks all the boxes: amazing drinks, great food, friendly people, and a comforting atmosphere. It's not just another coffee shop, it feels like a community spot that genuinely values its customers. Every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. If you're in Houston and haven't tried it yet, I can't recommend it enough. Whether you're grabbing your morning coffee, catching up with friends, or looking for a peaceful place to relax, Must Go Coffee is the perfect spot. It's easily my favorite coffee shop in the city, and once you visit, I'm sure it'll become yours too.

I've…read moreordered the Wild Pistachio Latte about four times, and it hasn't been as good as the first time I tried it. On one occasion, I also had a not-so-great experience. I understood they were having power issues and were operating on a generator. Their tablet system appeared to be working, as I could see my order while placing it. I was making a large order for my coworkers and needed an itemized receipt. When I asked for one, I was told they couldn't provide it due to the power outage. I then asked if they could pull up my order on the tablet so I could take a photo of it, and I was told "yes, one second." However, after my order was ready and I followed up, the staff member seemed irritated and repeated that they couldn't provide a receipt because of the power issue. I clarified that I only needed to take a picture of the order on the screen, which I thought we had already agreed on. I also didn't realize that every add-on they offer comes with an extra charge. For example, when asked what kind of milk I wanted, it wasn't mentioned that 2% milk (which is typically the default) had an upcharge. Additionally, when a soft top was offered for an iced drink, it wasn't disclosed that it was a $1.50 extra charge. This was frustrating, as these add-ons were suggested by staff without clarifying the additional cost. While the issue was eventually resolved, I left feeling unhappy with the overall experience. I did return once afterward, but between the inconsistent beverages and the lack of transparency around pricing, I don't think I'll be coming back.

They put the roast date on every bag and a lot of other info like how they were processed, washed and organic. They even have the elevation on the bag. They have a showroom with all the coffee machines and supplies they sell, they use it to train baristas. They supply coffee and stuff to a few places you've heard of, Black Walnut, Goode & Co., Uncle Bean's, etc. There are a lot of friendly knowledgeable people who work here and they seem to enjoy it. One of them even made a stellar to go cup of hot cappucino for me, nice foam artwork. We'll order on line after we finish this bag of beans, it's easier...we enjoyed scoping out this place though. Great people and product. I saw some bags of their beans at Main Street Coffee in Rockport and that got me stirred up.

Both were exceptionally good. The shop is a little off the beaten path, but easy to find and beautiful inside. The employee at the front desk was very friendly and helpful when I showed up unannounced to buy some coffee. According to their Instagram, they offer tours and tastings by appointment, which I plan to do in the near future. They also suggest calling ahead to order your coffee so it will be ready when you pick it up. I recommend doing that because I did have to wait a little while when I popped in to order. I have been brewing the Columbian grounds at home for my bulletproof coffee with ghee, coconut oil, collagen, and stevia and I swear it tastes like brownie batter. I have never had a more smooth, balanced flavor from a roasted coffee bean in my life. I will continue to purchase coffee beans and grounds from Geva as long as they exist and I will always support any coffee shop who brews their coffee as well.

But on a later visit, the customer service was disappointing. The employee taking our order was distracted and chatting with coworkers, and our order was entered incorrectly. When we politely pointed it out, there was no effort to fix the mistake or even acknowledge it--just pushback and a lack of professionalism. Another visit closer to closing time was even more frustrating. The floor had just been mopped with no warning sign, which is a safety concern. When we tried to order, we were told multiple items were already put away, and it felt like we were inconveniencing them just by being there--even though it was still well before closing. Overall, the atmosphere feels unwelcoming at times, and the customer service doesn't match what you'd expect. It's disappointing because the drinks themselves are good, but the experience makes it hard to want to come back.
