I ordered 3 items today, the breakfast Gordita of huevo con salsa verde, the Duvalin cold foam and (6) mini dessert gorditas. I waited about 10min total for everything and that's that there were about 25 people upon opening so everything came out at a reasonable price time. Let's start with the breakfast Gordita, it was a bit greasy but it was still rich in flavor and the outside had a nice crunch to it and still hot despite the wait, the Duvalin cold foam at first I didn't taste the Duvalin candy until I got closer to the bottom but it was still creamy and vibrant in colors with the foam being pink and the rest of the drink brown, the (6) mini Gorditas even though they are small they are still filling and the banana and strawberries on top were fresh, they didn't taste as if they had been precut. Although being dry and that's because it is like bread it's best to pair it with one of the beverages plus it helps enhance the full experience. There is also a nice seating area outside with a mural for great photo opps and not a lot of noise but today they were playing music that fit the experience as well. I enjoyed everything today and hope to visit soon to try more off the menu.

The first time, we went late in the afternoon (around 4 PM), and they were almost sold out of everything except maybe 4 items. The next day, we arrived about 20-30 minutes before opening, and there was already a HUGE line waiting for them to open. This time, we were able to order a few more things, so here is my honest review: Flan Tres Leches + Strawberries: This was soooo good! It was super moist and not too sweet. It was the perfect dessert. We enjoyed it so much that we went back again the following day! 10/10 Fruity Pebbles and Fresita Tres Leches Cups: These were great! The cake was soft and spongy. 9/10 Chocolate Chip Cookies: These were delicious but a little too gooey for my liking. My husband absolutely loved them though! 8/10 Lemon Curd: This was AMAZING. The cream with the flaky, sugary exterior was to die for! Spectacular give me 14 of them RIGHT NOW! 10/10 Mango Croissant: This was actually the main reason I wanted to try this place, but unfortunately it was my least favorite item. I'm not sure what it was, but something about the mango and cream combination didn't taste right. The croissant itself was amazing though 4/10 Cheesecake Bites: Honestly, these were good, but I can't give a fair rating because we definitely overdid it with the toppings and didn't eat them until later that afternoon, so they weren't as fresh. Overall: I'll definitely be back to try more items on their menu! I already can't wait to go back and try their Pistachio Croissant!

Returning on Saturday just after opening, despite the blistering 102‑degree heat, proved to be the right move. The line was already forming, but service was efficient and steady. I ordered a seasonal mango croissant, along with two of their most popular pastries: the berry twist and pistachio strawberry. Each pastry arrived warm, beautifully presented with fresh fruit and a dusting of powdered sugar. The laminated layers were buttery, flaky, and delicious in every bite. The standout for me was the mango croissant -- bright, fresh, and perfectly balanced. I'm already looking forward to trying more items on their menu. Casita Bakes is truly a gem worth revisiting!

I made a bee line to get my funnel cake before the word spread that TFB was in Pearland! I went to my IG just to see what their times would be for the pop up. First post I see is that they have a featured flavor- the cookie butter funnel cake. With Biscoff cookies and pieces of cheesecake interlingled within... Yall, I'm not a big sweets person and I only bought the large to support the biz, but that dang funnel cake is no more! Gone. Disappeared. Now, not all at once. That would be crazy, but a few bites when I first got it...a few more hours later...a few more today and yeah its gone. It tasted just as good the next day too, so well worth the money for not only the portion size but the creativity. I never would have thought to put Biscoffs on a funnel cake....so glad somebody did! The food truck is very efficient as well. You place your order and they give you a buzzer. They were willing to bring the funnel cake to me but I had parked at a distance anticipating that more people would be showing up soon so didn't want to get blocked in. Very courteous people and the funnel cake - the BEST I EVER HAD. Hands dooooown! If you're looking to satisfy your sweet tooth, follow them on IG and enjoy satisfying that sweet tooth!

I was a little let down by the taste I'm not going to lie. The look of the chocolates were so beautiful and they even had cool ones for sale by the entrance but I haven't tried it yet so can't speak to the taste. They had samples to try of the chocolate strawberries and those were super pricey otherwise I would've definitely bought a box. That was delicious. I'd come back to try other items. Seems like you could take the gelato and have it made into a milkshake which sounded delicious. All in all a good experience, loved everything minus the mini painted truffles.
