Terrible experience. Got a milk shake did not like the taste. Ask to remake it but was told had to pay for another. I was told by the manager that since they allow tasting that they can not give me a refund. But the milk shake contains other ingredients not available to taste prior to purchase. There isn't a list of ingredients posted anywhere, and the manager claimed there is no need to. I ask the manager if the staff were to mess up any future order that I would have to pay for the item regardless of the quality. She stated that I would have to. Just placed 2 orders off of DoorDash, one was a 2 scoop sundae with fudge and cherry, instead, get 2 tablespoonfuls of ice cream covered in nuts with maybe a tablespoon of fudge at bottom of container, amazing. 2nd order was 2 scoops of ice cream, same Serving as the sundae minus the toppings that were asked for. Worst operated Baskin Robbins known to human existence. While in line today 05/31/2018 at around 8:30 pm central time one employee heard the phone ringing and just sarcastically said out loud "are you selling 1.50 scoops? NO WE ARE NOT" . I thought this was unprofessional and goes to show that this employee needs further training on how to act in front of customers. Next, this establishment fully took advantage of the madness from social media ads claiming the 1.50 scoops on this 31st day of the month and failed to cooperate in honoring these prices. I'm sick of this store luring in people that are trying to take advantage of bargains. Some people look forward to these days to bring their entire family, (which was happening this night at this location) and were seen leaving quite saddened and disappointed at their not so discounted prices. The convenience of placing an online online was ripped away!!! So much for trying to surprise my Daughter completely left disappointed with my visit.... I placed a pre-paid order for my daughters birthday online to be picked up on 6/13 at 2:30. Somehow Baskin Robbins did not receive the prepaid order (Keep your Receipt!). They attempted offer me a premade cake of same value. However, none of which were comparable to what I ordered nor does my child eat chocolate cake. Which seemed to be all they had to offer this particular day. I ordered in advance to avoid this mishap. Long story short I waited for over 30-40 minutes for the Cake Decorator Ms. Adele to arrive from "down the street". At this point I'm extremely frustrated. Who wouldn't be! However, I continued to try and keep my cool until Ms. Adele decided to come off with an attitude. Seriously, Lady! We exchanged words because because as a customer I'm sure the way she was speaking to me was uncalled for. She definitely needs more training on how to speak and handle situations especially when your the one that missed an order. I will say the other two young staff members were absolutely nice and helpful. I wish I had gotten there names so I could shout them out and say thank you for being so awesome that day. read more

Owner is very rude and unprofessional. Beware of stale waffle cones. They make loads of them and keep them for weeks maybe even months at a time. I asked for a fresh one and the owner said no and claimed that his waffle machine was broke. I plan to contact baskin and Robbins corp about this. Beware, if he's that cheap, who knows how old that ice cream is and what other corners he's cutting. I wouldn't trust eating ice cream there, one word Listeria!
