Weird I've never reviewed this Starbucks. I remember coming right after it opened. This spot was a convenient place to meet people because the indoor seating is comfortable and plentiful and there is a lot of outdoor seating as well. I've never had an issue here with drinks or food. Everything always comes out as it should. I mostly come through the drive thru now when I come to this location and it's pretty easy to navigate. The service is always great with nice people working the screen and window.

They are super quick here and so friendly! One of my favorite locations! The selection of food, merchandise and drinks is always on point.

My go to Starbucks when I'm in a rush or running late somewhere. Usually order ahead and my order is always ready. Even when I don't the wait is minimal. Food is always good and warm. Never had any issues when ordering in or drive thru. Staff is always friendly and energetic, must be the caffeine.

Yall had time to draw a happy face on the cup but go off on me for adding the drink?

Came by today at 4:20ish and nearly got whiplash from the sass of the barista at the drive thru window. We admittedly had a messy order. We accept accountability for that. We told him sorry the first time he said please order at the box next time. He continued to scold us again though and said "we're not gonna do this next time, right?" after he handed us the additional drink we added. We tipped on the drink and asked for an additional water as well since we couldn't get it out quick enough when we added our drink, and he then went off on us like we were kindergarteners. He could have just told us to rejoin the line again or come inside at any point, as we had politely asked if it was possible to add the drink to begin with. Instead he chose to unleash his bad mood and talk to us like we'd committed a crime. The tone was wild for the lack of seriousness in the issue. Just tell people to go back around if it's their mess up, we would've understood! We aren't Karen's and understand when requests can't be fulfilled. Service workers deserve respect and it's what we gave by ASKING for a courtesy, fully understanding the answer could be no. That wasn't reciprocated and there was zero excuse for that.

I love this time of year at Starbucks because I really enjoy their Fall/Holiday drinks. This visit I ordered the Pumpkin Spice Latte and it didn't disappoint. Service was fast and friendly, and the store was bright and clean. I'd definitely return again. Recommended.

Venti hazelnut shaken espresso - pure milk

The Stephanie and Wigwam Starbucks is the worst Starbucks location in Henderson. We ordered a venti hazelnut shaken espresso and there was virtually NO espresso. It's a $7 drink and we basically just paid for straight milk. Not to mention this happens CONSTANTLY to my green teas. They are so so so watered down you can barely taste the tea. (I will order the tea with no water and it is still watered down). We will never go back to this location

Venti Caramel Macchiato missing about 20% of its content

26AUG2022 visit 7:55 AM Starbucks is at risk of losing my business. Yesterday at another location the app glitched and dropped my balance to $6 from $66.50 as I was about to pay, so I had to use a different payment method. I have auto recharge anytime it goes under $25 so this was very unexpected. After I paid with my card vs app, my balance went back up to the $66.50 Today, I ordered one of my go to drinks and when I went to take a sip, slight tipping the cup, nothing. I opened the cap and it was missing about 20% of its content. I never like to complain or have my drink remade because some people can be vindictive and contaminate. While the service was fast and friendly, the business practices and quality are slipping. I'll give them a chance to remedy this, but I am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.

I love this location! They have indoor & outdoor seating. The barista's are so friendly & sweet! It's clean & trendy.

So they have a sign up that says if you give them 5 stars on Yelp and show them the review within 3…read moredays, they will give you a free coffee. But I have been here three times and every time I have tried to order, it took SO DAMN LONG to get my coffee, that I just can't in good faith, leave a 5 star review. Every time I have gone in, there's one person doing everything, taking the orders, making food and making coffees. That's certainly not fair to your staff for one, who probably don't make much money and it's STRESSFUL when you're working as fast as you can, but people are waiting who haven't had their coffee. I spent 25 minutes waiting the first time and almost 40 minutes the second time (40 minutes!!!) and the last time I walked in, saw a packed cafe and NO ONE had coffee in front of them - so I just walked out. The coffee was just okay too, it wasn't hot enough the second time I went and my friends coffee had the wrong milk in it and she couldn't drink it. You can be 2 of these things to be successful: if your coffee is expensive, you need fast service and delicious coffee. You can have slow service, but it needs to be well priced and tasty. But you CANNOT have high prices, mediocre coffee AND slow service. This explains the 'give us a 5* review and show us' trick they need to do, because otherwise people like myself aren't going to go back. There are so many other great coffee places around - if you're in a rush don't go here. The atomosphere is too quiet too, you can hear everyones conversation if anyone is having a conversation. There's no music/background lofi on or anything and it's a TINY cafe. It's a little uncomfortable actually, although it does look beautiful and whimsical and cute. I can't speak on the food, I never got to try and and based on my previous experiences - I won't be either.

I also love all the locations! Sad they closed the one at Lake Las Vegas but I understand. I bring all my friends while they visit and they're also very pleased! Although they've expanded, I wouldn't be shocked if there was a wait. Don't worry, it's worth it!

CREPES, COFFEE AND MORE…read more.. I went to this French cafe over a week ago to try to get a crepe to go. It was not overly busy. It's very casual and easy to order at the counter and go. Think again. I got through the line quickly. Placed my order and watched everyone around me receive their food, dine and leave within 30 minutes all while I was still standing at the front waiting for 1 gluten free crepe with fruit. There was a sign up front that asked guests to be prepared to wait longer times so I really tried to be patient. I waited. After 40 minutes still standing up front I still had no crepe. I asked the cashier if she remembered me and she said my order would be ready momentarily. I took a closer look at the order and noticed that the gluten free crepe was buckwheat batter of which when I ordered they didn't make mention of this. Due to my allergies and sensitivity I had to wait again to speak with someone else who appeared to be managing, perhaps the owner. He claimed they make their own batter and brought out the bag of buckwheat flour. Then read on google the ingredients. I really thought a gluten free crepe was mainly made of alternative flour such as coconut flour--not here. I also pulled up this information however I did not want to take a risk. He told the cashier at the counter to issue me a refund and he turned back around to make more coffee orders. I overall felt like I had wasted my time here. I used to take my kids here and haven't been here since they remodeled and expanded. I was by myself and really just wanted something to eat but was not offered anything else. That part upset me the most. Then my refund took a week long. Really thought the refund should have been immediately. The cafe is really cute! I love the decor and feel in here but just really disappointed in this whole experience and not the best quality of customer service. Located on Horizon Ridge Parkway in Green Valley.

I found a space and only had about a two-minute walk to Public Works. The space is industrial but cozy, and I love the little community library in the red phone booth. That's such a cute touch and very on-brand for a neighborhood spot. It also turns into a wine bar at night. I ordered the iced matcha honey latte with almond milk. It was good, but definitely on the sweeter side. Almost milkshake-like. (Not frozen, just thicker and sweeter than a traditional matcha). I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for an earthy or classic matcha. The texture was a bit grainy with some settling at the bottom, and I did get a small clump in one sip. Not a big deal, just noticeable. If I had to guess, they use a pre-sweetened matcha powder. They don't advertise having pure or ceremonial matcha, so I'm not too pressed. Just sharing my experience. Service was quick and I got my drink within just a few minutes. There's plenty of indoor seating plus a spacious, dog-friendly patio. The vibe is very social and family-friendly, with lots of conversation, families, and groups. I personally wouldn't come here to study or work, but it seems like a great spot to meet with friends or family, or just a casual coffee run. I'd come back when I'm in the mood for something sweet. I'm curious to try the Cuban latte next time since it gets so much love. I'm glad I checked this place out.

They just seem to know what makes coffee Work…read more Public Works is a coffee bar that has called Henderson's Water Street home for years and years. I remember visiting once but maybe or maybe not buying a drink, then just never returning since it was a bit out of the water. But I relocated to a closer Henderson neighborhood and started checking out some of the nearby casinos, and it just seemed like a good idea to stop by today... and take advantage of a casino partnership as well. I tried two drinks. The Cold Brew ($7.00, 24 oz) felt like a dark roast at first but expressed mostly fruity notes later on. It was certainly smooth and low in bitterness and acidity. I also wanted to try a latte since that tends to be where these cafes get the most creative. The Cuban Honey ($7.00, 16 oz) was the recommendation of the employee at the register, and it was simple and tasty enough. Milk, honey, and cinnamon are some very classic and comforting flavors, and they're beautifully balanced in this latte. I was also interested in trying a quiche ($5.95), so I did. They come as a compact "personal" size and apparently just get heated warm for you even if you're taking them to-go. The Florentine is definitely spinach-forward but also seems to have mushrooms and caramelized onions. The crust is suitable, the egg custard isn't the most amazing, and it leans a bit salty overall, but it's an enjoyable food option. I probably blew past the parking lot which I'm vaguely aware of, but that's because parking was actually available on the street. Some spots were marked for 12 min only, but there were plenty of open unmarked spots a few yards up. The place was almost empty around Saturday lunch too. I have no idea why since it seemed quiet enough for a study or work spot. Public Works has filled a coffee-seeking niche in this area of Henderson for a long time, and hopefully they'll do so for years to come. If you play at Emerald Island or Rainbow Club, ask the casino about using points here since it's as good as money.
