When you go thru drive thru make sure you get a receipt . The clerk didn't offer one. I had a problem entering tip. She took the pad right away. I caught the # 4 on the pad ( first digit) I asked if transaction went in ok . Clerk smiled and said. Yes. When I got home I checked my card account. And saw the $33.00+ tip. Went to store and demanded a copy of receipt. The manager saw the error, but, She said she couldn't do anything about it. She said call number on receipt (which is the store number. I told her by phone I wanted the corporate #. Called customer service, basically got run around. I went to bank and provided the information. They said I authorized it so there is no correction. I just went through drive-through. I have been to this location. Many many times is there for sure used to be amazing staff here but I haven't been here in a while. Antonio is the one who took my order and gave me my stuff at the window. He appears to be a very, very sweet person. His smile is so welcoming. Weird I've never reviewed this Starbucks. I remember coming right after it opened. This spot was a convenient place to meet people because the indoor seating is comfortable and plentiful and there is a lot of outdoor seating as well. I've never had an issue here with drinks or food. Everything always comes out as it should. I mostly come through the drive thru now when I come to this location and it's pretty easy to navigate. The service is always great with nice people working the screen and window. read more

Came by today at 4:20ish and nearly got whiplash from the sass of the barista at the drive thru window. We admittedly had a messy order. We accept accountability for that. We told him sorry the first time he said please order at the box next time. He continued to scold us again though and said "we're not gonna do this next time, right?" after he handed us the additional drink we added. We tipped on the drink and asked for an additional water as well since we couldn't get it out quick enough when we added our drink, and he then went off on us like we were kindergarteners. He could have just told us to rejoin the line again or come inside at any point, as we had politely asked if it was possible to add the drink to begin with. Instead he chose to unleash his bad mood and talk to us like we'd committed a crime. The tone was wild for the lack of seriousness in the issue. Just tell people to go back around if it's their mess up, we would've understood! We aren't Karen's and understand when requests can't be fulfilled. Service workers deserve respect and it's what we gave by ASKING for a courtesy, fully understanding the answer could be no. That wasn't reciprocated and there was zero excuse for that. read more

I used to go to the location on horizon ridge and Stephanie for a year but poor store all around . The Stephanie and Wigwam Starbucks is the worst Starbucks location in Henderson. We ordered a venti hazelnut shaken espresso and there was virtually NO espresso. It's a $7 drink and we basically just paid for straight milk. Not to mention this happens CONSTANTLY to my green teas. They are so so so watered down you can barely taste the tea. (I will order the tea with no water and it is still watered down). We will never go back to this location read more

Yesterday at another location the app glitched and dropped my balance to $6 from $66.50 as I was about to pay, so I had to use a different payment method. I have auto recharge anytime it goes under $25 so this was very unexpected. After I paid with my card vs app, my balance went back up to the $66.50 Today, I ordered one of my go to drinks and when I went to take a sip, slight tipping the cup, nothing. I opened the cap and it was missing about 20% of its content. I never like to complain or have my drink remade because some people can be vindictive and contaminate. While the service was fast and friendly, the business practices and quality are slipping. I'll give them a chance to remedy this, but I am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere. read more

This is a little Starbucks nestled between a gas station and a Del Taco. It's a pretty decent study/work spot for students attending Touro University. Lots of tables, for those who like to sit and those who like to stand. There are also comfier sofa seats if you're just here to chill. Everything is typically very clean and tidy (including the bathrooms), so no complaints there. They also have seats outside for the days when Henderson isn't in the 100s. Prices and food are standard Starbucks price, and I've never had anything run out. Granted, I usually only get the Matcha Latte or Matcha Frappe, Chocolate Croissant, Impossible Breakfast Sandwich, or Lemon Loaf. Order ahead, or order inside, I've never had a problem. Can't speak to their drive-thru. Only minor negative I have is the music volume. It's a bit loud, even with my noise cancelling headphones/earphones (I use either Sony WH1000XM3 or the WF1000XM4). I don't mind too much, but just a tiny heads up for people looking for a quieter spot to study. I still think it's a great spot for a study session, regardless. read more

I have to say in a world of inflation, shrink-flation and everyone starting to actually cut back, customer service and quality of product reign supreme. While there are probably too many Starbucks in the area I highly recommend this location. They get my drink correct every time (not overly complicated I like the cold brew and sometimes treat myself with the salted caramel foam on top, just the foam bc I want to drink my coffee with a nice extra foam here or there, no extra cream so that it's not only less calories but more refreshing.) I got a cake pop and a smoked cheddar bacon egg sandwich this morning. The sandwich was cold when I got it which I thought was weird, turns out they didn't even cook it! The bacon was pink and squishy and clearly undercooked which is not okay because I'm pregnant. I like this location a lot. The drinks are always full, the tables are always clean, and my favorite part is that the staff are always laughing and seem happy as they work together (at least the few times i've been in). I worked food service for a long time and employees who are efficient, kind and courteous to customers, and enjoying the job + coworkers make all the difference. Even during a rush I got my coffee and egg bites swiftly. This starbucks location is great! Also, they have good outlets for laptop work. read more

This Starbucks location has fast become my favorite location. We order our coffee on line even when we sit in the location and within minutes, our orders are ready. The whole online ordering is great. The staff here are all friendly who have welcoming smiles for all who arrive and leave their establishment. The space is big with a lot of comfortable chairs to sit on. The bathrooms are kept clean and smelling good and for as long as I have come here, I've yet to see panhandlers and homeless like some locations that I used to frequent. Why the 3.5 stars? I don't quite understand because this location stands out for me. Every time I come, all the baristas are incredibly friendly. This location can get pretty busy as you would expect since it's on a heavily trafficked street, but man, this location is my ride or die. The thing that stood out the most was a few months ago, I was having a rough day. The kind where I'm holding it together so I can cry at home after work situation. The barista asked me how my day was and I just said it was a rough one and that it's one of those days that just breaks you. It was slow at the time so we ended up chatting a bit about her day and mine. When I picked up my order, it straight up had a note and a smiley face written on the lid to cheer me up. Like dang girl, you really gonna make me shed a tear in a Starbucks right now? It's moments like this that stick with you for years to come and you just don't know why.
