I love coming here to study or to get work done. It has a great ambiance and the staff are really friendly. Their food and drink selection is the same as any other starbucks. One thing in particular that stands out is how clean they keep the place. This Starbucks has great staff and everyone is very friendly and welcoming! The only "issue" I come across with this Starbucks is that the parking lot can sometimes be too crowded during peak hours, since the drive thru runs through it. However this does not affect the quality of the Starbucks; this location is very clean and has a good amount of space to sit in and get some work or studying done. read more

Here's the Scoop: I enjoy some Starbucks but I'm not a regular. However my son's a fan. His birthday was the other day an I decided to stop in to this Starbucks to get him a cup for a card I was making for him. Well, this Starbucks has definitely redecorated and it's really fabulous. I love the long conference table and the cute seating area in the corner with comfy chairs. This is a great look (see my pics) the outdoor area is lovely, the tall grass gives just enough privacy from the traffic on 111. My honey and I sat outdoors and enjoy a green tea with 2 shots of raspberry which was so tasty! So try the green tea latte you'll enjoy it. Very refreshing!! Also the earth friendly refillable cup is a great deal too. read more

Great staff but I need to stop going to this store anymore. Every time I stop in (at the drive thru) they are always out of something. One time it was chocolate milk for my kids. A few times it was honey. The other day they were out of the peach tea so I couldn't get the citrus defender. Who orders for this store? How can you be out of honey??? Is someone stealing the supplies? Lol. Whatever the reasoning, it's a terrible and annoying inconvenience. Hopefully the this will be fixed. As the first chain coffee shop to offer non dairy milk options, Starbucks (as a company) has been a go to for me since my days as a uniform wearing teenager cutting class to get a frappucino. In the past decade "dairy free" has become more mainstream and with it began my new hot/cold relationship Starbucks. I know dairy free options are pricey, which is why I am happy to pay for the upgrade and always do. Those little stickers on the cups are great as I can always confirm that the barista knows my drink should be prepared with almond milk. That is why it baffles me as to why, twice this month after having a drink from this location I find my organs battling each other in a gastrointestinal death match. I know that hated but familiar stomach ache and it's a clear sign that I consumed milk. So I BEG to you Starbucks, please don't cut corners with those drink orders that use non dairy milk, my GI tract thanks you. read more

The baristas are all very kind and attentive. The store is very clean. The only reason for 4 stars is the parking lot. It's very difficult to get in and out of spots without several maneuvers. It's very small, and you're better off parking in McDonald's read more

What's up with the nasty middle aged woman in the morning? I have been going to this location for a while now most mornings and for the last two weeks this place has turned me off. Will not be going any time soon. There's a woman who has no customer service skills, very dry and stern personality and a monotone voice which is just lovely to see bright and early every morning. Can I even get a "have a nice day" ? Nope guess not. Next thing- Went here after work with a few people on the drive through line that had one other car. When I ordered drinks, the guy repeated it back to me. When I got up to the window. The whole order was messed up. Different sizes and forgot one drink. Here's the thing. I was nice about it. I got NO apology, the guy just left the window to "fix" it I guess then some girl came to take over.. Never introduced herself. I'm assuming she was management because she was reversing the transaction and the guy couldn't do that. She never apologized. Mind you, we're waiting a long time now because no one seemed like they knew what they were doing.. I gave back the drinks that were wrong. Finally got the new drinks. And the girl has the audacity to tell me that I owe $.29. Twenty nine cents? Decided to meet there with a friend Saturday night for a late coffee - callled during the day to confirm they were open until 10pm, since for neither of us was a short drive. For me it was approximately a 20 minute ride - but no others closer were open past 9. When were arrived about 8:45 there was a note on the door that they were temporaily closed. There were 2 workers in there cleaning up - who ignorned my knock - i was wondering if they would be opening back up in a few minutes - we drove to the drive thru - once again ignored. On the 2nd call someone answered and said they closed early because short staffed - I mentioned i called only a couple of hours early to confirm 10pm and then he said theu close at 8. They are also very accommodating to substitutions. The parking lot is a little narrow but it doesn't deter the customers. I will be back! read more
