I was provided a description of different types of roast and didn't feel rushed while I chose from a selection of seasonal offerings. I opted for the Caramel Miso latte with macadamia nut milk (no extra charge for the milk). Such a delicious balance of slight sweetness with the savory miso and nutty milk. It was perfect. I also got a bag of beans and they ground them up right there. They have a selection of pastries that I didn't try but definitely will next time. What really stood out to me was that even though a line formed out the door, no one seemed to mind waiting and no one was annoyed when the owner stopped taking orders to come and make sure my drink and others were satisfactory. Again, a quality experience. The cafe is only open three days a week which is probably a blessing because I'd spend all my money in there every day.

The second appears good but tastes terrible; even after altering extraction ratios and grind sizes. Never going back there!
