We visit this Starbucks more than any other not just because it's close to our house but also because the service is always great. If there's ever an issue (mistakes happen, people are human), they're always quick to fix it, no questions asked. Typical Starbucks menu and if you want something you don't see, just ask because chances are they can still make it happen. The staff is always cheerful and seem to go out of their way to make sure this Starbucks experience is a great one. The inside has plenty of seating although we usually prefer the comfy chairs near the back or outside if the weather allows. Parking can sometimes be a hassle (it is right next to Kopp's) but a second time round the parking lot usually leaves an open spot! read more

Morning coffee run, they usually have what I want in stock. I normally don't wait too long for my order. The staff is friendly and it's nice being able to sit inside and work. Only downside, there isn't a drive through. Not their fault. That's how the building is setup. I'll be back for my morning juice :) read more

I don't frequent Starbucks very often as it can become a bit expensive the more addicted you get, lol. My wife wanted to stop and get some coffees last weekend before we met up with some friends to help them move into their new home. It was a nice Autumn day, so a hot coffee sounded good. We walked in and there was a bit of a line. Not a problem as the employees working the registers were doing well at keeping everything moving along. I ordered a caramel macchiato with extra caramel, and my wife ordered a cafe mocha. Both came out great and tasted that much better! My only gripe was with the girl finishing up everyone's orders and then calling out the names for pick-up. She had a terrible attitude. She was visibly rolling her eyes as she noticed drinks not being pick-up right away, and she was also audibly talking negatively about the same thing with the other employees. That's just bad customer service on that girl's part. read more

We frequent Starbucks often and usually the service is friendly. Unfortunately, this was not the case at this location. There was no line at the counter when we walked in . Most of the tables were occupied but everyone seemed to have their drinks. So, we placed our order - iced tea and coffee. While waiting for our drinks, I walked into their uniSex Restroom. It was filthy . Paper on the floor, no ventilation so the "odor" was very unpleasant, water on the floor - my usual thought is, the Restaurant/coffee shop is only as clean as their Restroom. I shutter to think what's behind the counter. Our drinks were ready, and having asked for 'light ice', I asked the Barista to remove some of that ice. She indicated that the person who took the order didn't note that. My response was that the person taking the order seemed more than a little flustered. And to that the Barista said, "Well, we've been very busy this morning." Really ?? The better response, and one that seems to be more inline with Starbuck's Policy would have been, "sorry about that. Let me make that over for you." Our guess would be that the Management here may be absent most of the time and/or not interested in offering the expected level of Customer Service that one finds at most Starbuck's. Pretty much a typical Starbucks. We popped in to grab a coffee and sit and chat with a friend we haven't seen in quite some time. The line to order drinks wasn't very long on a Saturday evening and my Green Tea Latte with soy milk was perfect; however, the second drink order was incorrect, so we had to send it back and wait for it to be fixed. They didn't really acknowledge that they were fixing it and since they finished making other orders first, there was a bit off confusion as to whether or not they were actually remaking the order. After the correct drink was given to us, we grabbed a seat under a light that couldn't decide if it wanted to work or not. The flickering was very distracting, but it eventually decided to stay lit. And there we sat for an hour without feeling any rush to vacate the table. It was a bit loud in the place, but not to the point where we had to shout over the noise. read more

Despite what the review says, this location is in Greenfield, not necessarily Milwaukee. This is my favorite Starbucks to visit if I want to get some work done on my laptop. Plenty of seating, plenty of power outlets, fast service. The coffee is consistent and excellent as usual. read more

THIS IS THE WORST. dumb baristas,shitty lay out. its cramped noisy and full of snobs. my trip today i ordered a caramel frap. so they asked me 3 times and still didnt get it right. when i got it back to the car IT WAS LUKEWARM!!!!!!!!! like bathwater. i bring it back in and tell the barista. uh this is lukewarm shes like well there is 3 espresso shots in there. im like well you blend it in not put it in after its blended. so she tried to play it off like it was nothing and it was supposed to be like that. PLEASE! I HAVE BEEN ORDERING THESE FOR YEARS WAY BEFORE YOU CAME A BARISTA. then she remade it TASTED LIKE COMPLETE SHIT. coffeegrounds in the bottom and i got a bad stomach ache afterwards. pretty sure she didnt clean the thing out. after this I AM NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER GOING TO STARBUCKS EVER AGAIN. THIS IS THE WORST OF ALL STARBUCKS. TIP. if you want a starbucks that does it right go to the one on south 27th street or the one in southridge mall. they need to train there hack-ass baristas better. unacceptable drink quality for almost 5 dollars. I place a mobile order this morning and the app said that it will be completed in 3-5 minutes. I get to the store and wait for my drink and kept checking the time on my cell phone. I waited over 15 minutes for my drink! There were other customers that ordered in the store who got their order before mine. How the hell were they able to get their order almost instantly? I stepped up to the counter to ask about my drink and the 2 females that were there making drinks walked away from me. Never going back to this location anymore. I don't even want to give a 1 star. Meh, it's a Starbucks. My little one loves their hot chocolate and this is the closest one to home. It's definitely got some more size with the remodel, but it's gotten a lot louder with the additional hard surfaces. I liked it a bit better before, but, whatever... It's convenient if you're coming from the west or the north, but still a pain to pull into the lot from the south when traffic is full bore. read more

I'm only reviewing because I hope it benefits the business and for those looking for space to work/study. The new remodel allows for more bench seating or large table style seating instead of small tables with 2-4 chairs. Much more space inside and to plug in your lap top. I have to say, I don't know if they are busy a lot or have new employees but the drinks are a bit inconsistent and the staff are ok. Bathroom has never had toilet paper in it the 3 times I've been in so I think it would behoove them to get a bigger dispenser have an assignment for BR duty. :) Like I said, nice remodel would be a nice place to do work and study if you need wifi quick while out. Just bring your own toilet paper! Oh yes and be clear with your drink order, I think most are new employees. (we were all new once, I guess) read more

This location is one that I frequent since it's right by my work. The staff is always friendly, and the service is pretty fast. I stopped in there today during my lunch hour because I needed my good friend Cafe Mocha to give me a pick me up (today was one of those days where my feet were dragging). I had my coffee in under 5 min. And it was delicious, as usual. I also love the coffee house atmosphere at this location. read more

Duh, it's Starbucks. It's like every other Starbucks, but a little more roomy inside. Still I generally roll with the peppermint white mocha.
