It's a Starbucks! The drive through is ALWAYS busy, no matter what time of day I drive by. I'm not sure if it's the lack of other Starbucks in the immediate area or what, but they seem to be doing well in this location. The drive through isn't set up the best, though. If there's a lot of cars waiting, it can block the entrance to the parking lot off Race Street. However, my boyfriend and I managed to get into the lot and went inside to order. The last time we went, no indoor seating was available, though they do have some tables outside. I tried this kiwi lemonade concoction that I saw on an Instagram ad (#targeted) and it was delicious! I ordered ahead of time on the app which was super easy and made it very simple to customize my drink to my liking. I loved being able to see all the options, instead of having to just guess or order by the menu at the store. I don't always know what the options are since they're not listed, so ordering this way was great for me. My boyfriend got a chocolatey chip frappuccino which was a delicious treat. Our drinks were just about ready to go when we arrived, and the transaction was seamless and contactless. read more

This new location is always SO DARN BUSY. They have the longest lines I've ever seen at a Starbucks, but it's the closest location to my work so I still go. They are pretty quick to get you through, but it's still a pain. They are always very very friendly there. I've never been inside, because of the pandemic, but hopefully I will be some day. read more

Went through the drive thru for the first time at this location on thanksgiving morning! I got the caramel brulee latte but subbed regular milk for almond milk and asked for no whip. The Starbucks location GR has been missing! I'm a huge proponent of supporting local non-chain establishments, and our little city has plenty of AMAZING coffee houses-- but sometimes you need a quick drive-thru before you hit the highway. This location, quality and service of your most basic-beloved Starbucks is CRUSHING it in the best way. Friendly, prompt service every time I've come through here. A line of approximately five cars in front of me at 7:00am on a weekday cleared in no more than FIVE minutes. Here's hoping this crew keeps it up after the experienced trainers have left the newly opened store! read more

Nice to finally have a Starbucks in our neighborhood! This Starbucks is new with a lot of new staff that seem to have been well trained and are doing a great job. I have waited a while to do a review and I am generally happy with the service I get here. My biggest concern is the parking lot which is narrow and when it is busy it can be difficult to leave. Making a left turn onto Fuller is nearly impossible most of the day. read more

If you want to find a place that has great customer service, makes any drink you ask for & also very clean inside then this Starbucks is the place to go I literally came in with an crazy drink and they made it right off top with no mistakes. I wasn't to pricey either around $6 a piece (I got 2) and some change. The best part was the customer service, everyone was really nice & made sure I liked my drinks & that everything was okay with it. By far the best Starbucks I have ever visited. As a district manager in retail, I am well trained in great customer service and this store impresses me every time. I am so happy this store opened in this location but what's more important is whoever hired this team knew what they were doing. Everyone on the staff I have met (and I have visited more times than I would like to admit) has been so kind, helpful, and patient. I would specifically like to say the employee Darby is awesome. She's so positive and knows how to build relationships with customers as she has with me! I look forward to who I will see working in the window every time I visit. Also, probably the only Starbucks that asks me for my name at the drive through when they take my order. I can't say enough great things about this team. read more

For how busy this location is every day, they do well to push you through the line quickly and they're pretty consistent with orders. The staff are always packed in and working hard! So a little variation from time to time doesn't necessarily bother me. This is my "home base" Starbucks and I do wish the parking lot was better or that you didn't have to dive between traffic coming off the highway, but it doesn't stop me from going. For a while in the spring they didn't have oat milk for a while but I know supply chains have all suffered so I adjusted. I know this location can't be easy to work at and I appreciate that the staff are friendly even while trying to get you through! read more

I love Starbucks, but this store gets my order wrong more often than they get it right. They rarely use the drive thru order screen so you can see what they thought they heard, so then you sit at the window for long periods of time waiting for a remake that you are now afraid to drink... last time I asked for a quad iced mocha and I received a Latte. When I mentioned the error, they had a correction out in a minute flat, and it was gross. I am fairly certain they added chocolate to the pre made latte and called it a mocha. The next closest store is too far. I wouldn't even write a review or complain if I wasn't paying so much for a drink in the first place. On the bright side, I have started going less often for coffee. Maybe 1-2 times per week vs. everyday, or multiple times a day. read more

I love this Starbucks! I go almost 4 times a week. The staff is fantastic, friendly, and focused on making the best experience for their customers. My only complaint is the drive thru set up. I think the flow of the drive thru traffic is extremely dangerous. I have witnessed almost accidents nearly every time I visit. Maybe the traffic should be re-routed onto Race Street to help with the inflow and outflow of traffic on the main entrance. It is difficult to enter the parking lot because there are so many cars lined up on Fuller Ave. read more
