I tried the coffee one this time and it was delicious! You can really taste the fresh ingredients, and everything feels high quality. My only small critique is that there was a little too much ice, so it wasn't quite as flavorful as I would have liked--but it was still really good! I also had the Detoxifying Green Juice, and it was excellent--no complaints whatsoever! It was exactly what I look for in a good green juice: fresh, flavorful, and packed with those clean, healthy ingredients. The service is always top notch, which makes the experience even better. The space is also super clean with an upbeat, fresh, almost new-age feel. It's definitely become one of my go-to spots when I'm craving something fresh and healthy.

We were out on a walk around Ada and found this new spot and were excited to see the walk up window since we were sweaty and gross from exercising and the hot weather! They're all 16oz which was the perfect size to enjoy while we finished our walk back to the car. We will definitely come back and try some of their Acai Bowls and other smoothies. Check them out!

I get a notification every week when the new menu is launched and it's really cool how many different options they have as it's constantly switching up. Usually they have around 5 standard meals to choose from and a couple premium add-ons which are only a few bucks more than a normal meal. The quantity of meals you order is how pricing is determined. This past week, I got 6 standard meal plan meals and an add-on salad for around $67 which I think is totally fair. Meals can range from potatoes, chicken and gravy to couscous bowls to Mac and cheese and onward. I have yet to have a meal I don't like, flavor wise. Pickup is from Sunday to Tuesday I believe. Usually I just swing by after work on Monday. Super quick in and out. You can choose to pay ahead of time online when you place the order or just pay when you pick up. The main things I like about this service/option is it saves me time trying to plan and cook meals every day and the portion sizes make for a healthier option I enjoy!

My boyfriend and I were shopping at Target and decided to stop here for a quick lunch on a Saturday afternoon. This was our first-ever time at a Tropical Smoothie, but I'd seen the menu before so I had an idea of their offerings. Besides smoothies, you can also get flatbreads, wraps, quesadillas, sandwiches, and bowls. There are a lot of options! I ordered the chicken bacon ranch flatbread with a side of kale and apple slaw (each sandwich comes with one side), and my boyfriend got the baja chicken wrap with chips. We also got a sunrise sunset smoothie to share (strawberry, pineapple, mango, and orange). The girl taking our order was really polite and patient as we reviewed the menu. Our food was made quickly and packed to go, but we ended up eating there to try it at its freshest. I was really impressed with the quality, portions, and taste of the food! The flatbread had a lot of chicken and bacon, the veggies were fresh and crisp, and it was the perfect amount of dressing. The flatbread itself was soft and tender but held up well. The wrap could've been wrapped a little tighter, but it was really delicious! It had big chunks of white meat chicken, rice, black beans, avocado, romaine, and pickled red onion. The pickled red onion was a really nice touch and added acidity and crunch. All the ingredients were fresh and tasty. It was a big burrito-like wrap and could have easily been split between the two of us. I was surprised at the size of the smoothie- it was really tall. I think it only comes in one size, so be aware that you may have leftovers if it's part of a meal. We definitely did, but just stashed it in the fridge. I loved the mango and other fruits in the smoothie! I definitely would get it again. I wish they listed the sugar content for their smoothies. Also, they do serve the smoothies in styrofoam cups, which aren't easily recyclable in this area. However, I liked Tropical Smoothie Cafe so much that I'm excited to try it again as a future treat.
