That was extremely frustrating. I wish they had warned me in advance that there might be a wait for the food because I would've opted not to order it, but at that point I was committed since going elsewhere would just tack on more time. 20 mins after that, I finally got my toast. Yes, 35 minutes to deliver a toasted piece of bread with some toppings and a small bed of lettuce with blueberries and seeds. At that point, I was bummed cause now my whole day was delayed. The Starbucks cup I purchased looks more like a Grande size but is Tall. I usually have to tell the counter person as they always try to charge for a Grande. In 99% of cases, they take my word and reduce the cost when I tell them it looks Grande, but the thickness takes away from the volume. A few counter people look suspicious and look at the bottom of the cup, which shows it is a 12-ounce cup. This surly and nasty counterwoman immediately confronted me by saying, "This is not a Grande cup." I told her to look at the bottom, and she refused and insisted that I was trying to get away with getting a Grande for the price of a Tall cup of coffee. Are you kidding me? She felt I was trying to steal $0.30 or 0.40 cents from the store. The coffee was good, so I marked this store for two stars.
