I ordered a passion tea frappucino off the secret menu but the barista didn't know how to make it. He told me he'd make it if I gave him a way to. I told him to make a vanilla bean frappucino with a couple splashes of the passion tea concoction. The result was amazing! Delicious vanilla flavor with a flowery finish from the passion tea. I'm craving it already! They also still have the chestnut praline syrup (it was a seasonal flavor) so you can get that flavor for your frappucino or for a latte. They have a drive thru here which is another pro. Highly recommend trying the passion tea frappucino if you want something new and delicious!! read more

Slowest service I've ever received at a Starbucks. I went inside to order one drink and that was a big mistake. I ordered quickly since there was no one waiting in line. Then I waited almost 25 minutes while car after car went through the drive thru. I would bet about 30+ cars had gone through and got their order before mine. I was sitting in this Starbucks today and I saw probably 25 people told to go away since they had no mask I also over heard several customers ask if they had any mask they could use and were told NO and to leave the store then the workers were laughing and making jokes and saying to EACH OTHER "thank you for wearing a mask" and then they would laugh and mock the customers THEY HAD THROWN OUT of the store! I personally witnessed several times were 2 employees would basically berate customers for not having a mask! I understand there is a mask mandate but this is completely unacceptable these employees were acting like punk kids laughing and carrying on looking like complete fools! If there was a manager in the store I did not see one I go to Starbucks all the time I've never seen this before I even noticed how a couple of the employees did not even have their own mask on correctly it was below their nose and at the same time they were being rude to customers for not having a mask and telling them to leave the store!! They should make sure to clean the counter top where they prepared drinks...Where also moments before they had an employee standing on with shoes that have stepped in who knows what. Also...The dust she was wiping from the top of the shelves, was all over the lid that was then put on my cup. Couldn't say if the specks of dark stuff on the inside of the cup were dust or just the coffee grinds. Staff was friendly and polite. Smiley, who rang up our order, was very patient while we figured out exactly what we wanted. The other Barista offered to put whip cream on my latte, which was a nice touch. It didn't take long to get our coffees at all. I got the gingerbread latte. Didn't really like it but honestly I don't think it's any fault of the Starbucks itself, just not my kinda drink. I recommend the peppermint latte instead, it is very good and not too sweet. Very Poor Customer Service. The mobile I placed was scheduled to be ready at 1252 which required I wait in the parking lot for 12 minutes. I walked into the store at 1252. I have never seen so many SB employees in a store. I saw 7 or 8 behind the counter. I counted 4 employees in a circle talking it up. I walked over to the counter where the filled mobile orders were located. I saw 6 or 7 drinks sitting there out of reach. One young lady was making drinks for a guy at the counter which seemed odd. Why was he getting personal service? I thought it likely that one of the drinks was mine, but I didn't want to pick up the cup and check for my name lest I pollute the cup in case I was wrong. Finally the girl finished making the drinks and asked the guy next to me if he had a mobile order. She picked up the drink I thought was mine and called out my name and started to hand it to the guy next to me. I fairly got my drink after waiting way too long. The socializers never missed a beat continuing their conversations. Honestly only 1 person there seemed to care at all that there were 3 customers standing there waiting. The supervisor needs to be demoted. I know this store has had lousy management in the past. I thought that was fixed apparently not. Thankfully there's the Muddy Buck and Java Groove, so I can avoid this mess in the future. The only way this place stays in business is convenient location at I 70. read more

Do not stop here! Worst service ever Saturday evening. Ordered an iced latte and she handed it to me hot. Told her I ordered it iced and she looked at the screen, realized she was wrong and stormed off. No apology or anything! Then I see her start the espresso machine and she sticks my cup with ice under the machine. Ummm hello, you don't do that! Plus, it was still running when she removed my cup. The drive thru is a regular stop for me. They are so friendly and quick to serve. If I bring my dog they know him by name and always offer a pupicino. On numerous occasions I have had people in front of me buy my coffee. When this happens the staff seem just as excited to share the good deed. It's also a good place to hit before hitting the slopes. I was told I could take it into any Starbucks to exchange it so thats what I did. I have noticed the other reviewers experiencing the same thing I did and maybe one more voice will get management to have a chat with the gals here. Frequently the drinks are an inch or two from the top - pay for vinte and get a tall instead. Also, REALLY unfriendly - don't say thanks for tips, don't smile, are pretty unpleasant and frequently don't even tell you how much the drink costs - it's awful. I'm thinking it might be worth driving a little further to Bergen Park to the Starbucks there. Or try the place at the Gennessee exit. The guy who manages the place is awesome but isn't there very often to oversee things. Happy, pleasant employees or even barely cordial would really make this place a lot better. read more
