If I'm stopping by any Dutch Brothers, it's this one. This is a perfect step post hike if you're hiking in the Pine or Conifer area. It's a little awkward to get to if you're coming from south of here but it's worth it. Staff is super friendly and I've never had to wait here. I repeat, I've never had to wait here. I typically wait 20-25 mins in line at the one near my house. Again, totally worth stopping here. read more

We popped in here on a whim while driving up for a weekend of camping. We don't have a ton of experience with Dutch Brothers, but the service was excellent and so were the drinks. The fellow who took our order in line was super friendly, patient, and knew the menu well. He made recommendations and when they didn't have one item that we asked for, he recommended another that turned out delicious. The guy at the register was equally friendly and chipper. He put together a fantastic pupcup as a treat, which received rave reviews from our pup! They each had great energy and we loved both the coffee and chai tea (with a dash of cinnamon and Irish cream :). read more

Ordered the iced vanilla chai which was delicious, however I wanted to highlight the customer service at this location. The young man who took my order was extremely lively and welcoming. I told him it was my first time and he made a huge deal about it and treated me so nicely. He joked, made recommendations and made sure to repeat my order back. Well my drink is good, but damn I thought Dutch Bros were fun and upbeat or at least friendly people. Bunch of young girls giving me dirty looks and attitude at this location. I was trying to be friendly and talkative and was definitely shut down. 100% will not stop here passing through anymore. read more

Orders are continually wrong. Staff states they scanned your account for points and they did not. Write a complaint to DBs and they think you want to work for them. This location has gone down hill significantly since opening. read more

I do love Dutch Bros and this location in particular. We always stop for a sweet something on our way camping or hiking and no matter if it's raining or snowing, the staff here is full of sunshine. My two favourite drinks here lately are: * The CampOut Cold brew - White Chocolate and Toasted Macadamia Nut Mocha made with their signature cold brew. *and the Eggnog Latte - Classic Eggnog flavours topped with Soft Top and Hazelnut Crunchies Both are tasty (and seasonal, I think!) and the best part is you can sub much of the flavours with sugar-free syrups. So if you're not after a sugary + caffeine high in the late afternoon, you can still enjoy your cold brew. read more

Visited my local Dutch Brothers for an afternoon coffee (April 4th, around 4pm). Worker was extremely rude and unhelpful. When my son asked about their new flavors, she rolled her eyes and told him to look at the menu. Our Apple Pay declined a couple times and instead of being helpful she rudely asked us to leave the drive-through because we were not as important as the other people behind us. Horrible experience, I would advise the store consider firing her. read more

Staff was so nice and coffees were all delish! We ordered 2 cold and 3 hot beverages and they were all super yummy!

The only downfall is they only take cards for payment. Other than that, I ABSOLUTELY love this place and the staff. So friendly, polite and seem genuine! They have great music playing, the drinks are always spot on and super yummy. And if you're not sure what to get, they are happy to make suggestions! I absolutely love them! One of the worst Dutch bros I have been to! I was ignored at the walk up window for 5 minutes then it took an additional 15 minutes to get my coffee all while the entire line of cars was taken care of!!! Terrible service!!! read more

What a fun place! We pull in and there's awesome music playing, assuring me this is the place I need to be! So this location is not taking cash at this time. A few complaints are 1. There really isn't food here, you can get muffin tops but that's about it and it's not on the menu... which bring me to : 2. The menu. It's really small! You can't even read the menu hardly! And this place has a million specialty drinks that aren't on the menu. So my suggestion is to do your homework before you come and know what drink you want because the menu only has the main drinks. If you want a sugary fru-fru drink, this is probably a good place. If you're serious about your coffee, steer clear.

I go there and off since they started and overall I'm very happy with their service. I only go when I have time, though, as they don't have a mobile order option and service can be a little slow. That said, unless you're running late, the wait is worth it! Their lattes are delicious - smooth, foamy milk and they're happy to customize it when I ask. read more

Great service, music, coffee and employees. The coffee here is amazing, I haven't tried all the flavors but i think i only need to try one flavor to determine what a great place this is. Right when i get up to the order window the first thing they say is "how is your day going". Whereas at Starbucks the first thing they ask is "hi, what would you like to order". This lets me trust that the nice and thoughtful employees are going to give me the coffee that i will enjoy. What a letdown. Got an iced coffee and it was $5 which was way overpriced. Its a $3 coffee max. Like a dq drive tru.not good.

Been here twice looking for alternative to sb. This isn't it very poor products served by poorly trained staff (they're local high school kids so not there fault). Lemonade is a country time knock off country time is crap to start with, iced tea regular no flavor taste of coffee and a hint of some sort of fruit. You can't rope me and drag back to this place there is a reason the other place has 3 locations in town. Guess you could suffer thru the whole boycott thing but life is way to short for that level of suffering.
