I'm not one for fast food, but if you're looking for something good, fast, and with the best view, this is the place for you. I'm addicted to the strawberry limeades. I was recently amazed to find out that a corndog has only like 210 calories, which is less than a junior mustard burger. Score! 4 stars only because about a month ago I paid over $2 for a large strawberry limeade (not during Happy Hour) and they put some sugar free crap in it. ordered on the app and wasnt able to customize order on it so I went to the kiosk to add something to order when I arrived. the lady that answered was so very rude. she yelled at me twice. I sincerely just asked if i could add something to my order. Also what I changed on order, I didn't receive. Will never go back. Yesterday I got the double smashburger with tots. 16 minute wait and then we get down the road and the tots have barely been fried and after biting into the cold burger I see its raw in the middle... of both thin smash burgers. I called several times but the phone was never asnwered and there was no chance to leave a message. I have been going there for too many years but the last few times have been horrible and not going back. read more

Inconsistent. Not with regard to the quality of the food or service, but inconsistent in the sense that customers may not receive neither food nor service. It's hit or miss. Sometimes it's like nobody works there. You'll see one employee taking orders over a headset, an empty kitchen and a long line of cars filled with people wondering what the heck is going on. Cold food, bathrooms are closed for even customers (due to claimed water restrictions but literally all other surrounding places don't seem to have this), and THEN they had the nerve to promote for a tip? I've been to this Sonic numerous times and gotten tots that were lukewarm at best and sometimes just plain cold (first world problems, I know). When I drove up this time and ordered, I specifically asked if they would give me fresh hot tots. I received my order and drove away but the tots were once again cold. I flipped around back to the Sonic and went inside. The manager, ABDUL, met me and asked what I needed. I handed him the tots and told him I had just picked up the tots a minute earlier and had specifically requested that they be hot and fresh. ABDUL responded that they were fresh and, lying, ABDUL said he personally watched them just come out of the fryer. I asked ABDUL to feel one of the tots and he refused, again lying, saying he didn't need to feel them because he just saw them come out of the fryer. I implored him to feel the tots but he again refused- evidently because he knew he would be caught in the lie. ABDUL then asked what I wanted to do. I told ABDUL I would simply like some fresh, hot tots. ABDUL said he would get some new ones but I would need to step outside. Having just been lied to, I didn't want ABDUL to do something disgusting to my tots and said I would like to wait inside and see them come out of the fryer. He said he wouldn't give them to me unless I went outside. I left having paid for the tots but didn't receive them. I will not be going back to this Sonic ever and will tell anyone in the community who will listen not to go there either because of ABDUL's behavior. In addition, from the time I ordered, I've waited in line up to 25 minutes to simply get to the window. It's disappointing that Sonic would have a manager like ABDUL working there who blatantly lies to customers. Who ever the new owner is has turned this place into a dump IMO. 10 minutes to order a number 2 with ice tea because nobody here now seems to speak English or understand it. The order taker messed up this simple order and when we got to the window we were met with another low english speaker who couldn't understand and went and got the first low english speaker. Wasn't a fan of the food received recently at this Sonic. It's been quite some time since I've eaten at a Sonic and I realise I wasn't missing much. While service was friendly and fast, food quality was sub par. The chicken tenders were small, thin and tough. Food in general wasn't very hot but at least the tots were tasty. This place has the worst service. I sat in the drive through for about 10 minutes, in my diesel truck, and for no reason was refused service. I was not asked for my order and I just sat there waiting to be asked. After sitting at the speaker, with nothing asked, I got out of line and went to drive around, to see that the car behind me in line, was being served, and was asked what they wanted to order. After seeing this, I went and parked my truck, and ordered food and then waited another 15+ minutes. Then after waiting, we got our order, and not a thing was right from my order. We came here on a lark as we were passing through. Most restaurants closed at 6-7pm in the area so pickings were slim. I was initially excited we were ordering from Sonic because I love their onion rings and we don't have a Sonic locally. Sadly we left disappointed. Our order was mildly messed up, burger was dry and cold, onion rings way way way more greasy than normal. Chili cheese cony dog was good though. Cherry limeade drink was nice. But my husband ordered a blended ice cream item and he was very disappointed that it wasn't blended well and when he stirred it up by hand there was virtually no mix-in ingredients. This location needs a lot more attention given to the items they're making and sending out. read more

Your mobile app has been out for nearly 2 years, why don't the employees know how to take a payment at the drive-thru with the app? Works mostly OK when pulled into a stall. I've tried twice now to use the app at the drive-thru. Once was right after the app was released and another in August 2019. On neither occasion did the employees know how to provide the "check-in number" to allow a customer to pay with the app. This is not the digital transformation you were looking for. :-( read more

This place should be closed down. My next call is to health dept. I went there yesterday and now I have Norovirus, I never leave reviews (like really never, this is my first). normally I just don't really care enough, but this place is disgusting and now my family has to be basically be quarantined so that they don't catch this extremely contagious and debilitating illness from me. I have a 1 year old son and noro could kill him!!! If you don't know what Noro virus comes from, its usually fecal matter!!!! It involves fever, unbelievable pain and discomfort, an inability to eat/stomach food, constant/endless diarrhea, vomiting and a feeling of weakness an exhaustion I cannot describe. Look- I am totally a Sonic fan, even in the face of their horrid commercials. (I am convinced the driver is only taking his mental patient friend out to Sonic every week to get him out of the crazy house for the day). Anyway, I live in the mountains and this is the closest fast food place near me. I will now drive further to go anywhere else. I have gone to this Sonic time and time again and the order is usually wrong and the food and old and blah. It really just seems to be THIS Sonic. In the summer I know it is run mostly by teens and I am sure that is a factor. But last time I went not only was the order wrong, the fries were old and chewy. Every time I come to this Sonic there are high schoolers everywhere vaping and doing things that kids shouldn't even be doing, high schoolers also work there and put in half the work effort that a regular adult would. We have come here a handful of times for dinner runs because this is one of the closest fast food places near us. One our of our dinner runs, we had orders for about 6 people. We went through the drive through, took the bags, and drove home. When we got home and passed out the orders, there were 5 items missing. We drove all the way back to Sonic's and they said they had the rest of our order, but we had drove away. This begs the question, why didn't you give it to us in the first place? The made the items that were missing and gave us a couple of free cheeseburger coupons. My tip if you order here is to order straight off the menu and take off whatever toppings you don't like when you eat your burger. Came in the evening. Lady working was nice but she only put oreos on top of my blast instead of mixing it in. I got a bunch of vanilla ice cream for $11.
