First time here and so glad I stopped in. A cloudy, cool, Saturday and I had a London Fog on my mind but.... Only due to the vibes of the day... sought out a coffee shop on my way home from errands and found Hello Coffee. Cute little spot in a smaller strip mall with other businesses and eateries. Parking is snug but, ample spaces open at this time. The door was propped open, soft oldies playing as I entered, and chatter from the several tables of people inside. Decor is classic, simple, with some whimsy thrown in with vintage telephones in different displays. Ample seating and widely spaced for ease in getting around. Bathrooms available as well, of course. Great photo op for the table at the back with the turquoise desk phone. Menu for lattes is extensive with many unique flavor combos- enough that it was hard to choose. And, of course the standards are all there too. There's a small case with some small bites available as well. I didn't look too deeply because I had eaten already. Noticed a flyer on the counter for an upcoming comedy show- that was a fun surprise! Service was friendly and fast and my Hashtag (white chocolate, ginger, raspberry) latte was delicious. The raspberry was better than expected - it had a fresh flavor and mild tartness as if it were fresh and not a syrup. The flavors all blended very well together with the order of the items as listed as the same way I tasted them all. Good value for a specialty coffee in the 12 oz size at under $6. We stopped here after a meeting at Social Security. The ambiance was very welcoming and while there were several people at tables there were still plenty of spots. The tables are well spaced so you don't feel like you're on top of anyone. We ordered a latte and a cup of tea. Both were very good and we couldn't resist the danish and banana bread. Don't know if they bake them but they were tasty and very fresh. Next time we're in the area we'll definitely stop by. read more

The burritos are from some outside vendor so can't say much about them making food, but the egg and potato burrito was not good. Service was quick though and they have a punch card. read more

I had just ran the Revel Rockies Half Marathon in early June and was chilled, so I was craving a hot latte. After a quick Yelp search I drove to Hello Coffee. It was pretty busy for a Saturday morning, there was a buzz of groups visiting over coffee. The barista was friendly and answered my questions about their chai, which I ultimately chose. The wait was a little long, but again they were busy. The chai was warming and exactly what I needed after a chilly morning race. I wish it were a bit more spicy as I like a kick to my chai, but that's just my preference. read more

I tutor at this coffee shop and find it to be quite a nice space. The service is quick and the employees are kind. I've only ever had their espressos, so I'm not too sure I can say much about their coffee. There is plenty of seating, and it feels spacious and not suffocating. Wifi is a bit spotty. And only thing that deters me from this place has got to be the lighting. I'm all about coffee shops with a nice low light, but the lighting here doesn't do it for me. But that's just me being picky. I think this place was nice. I appreciated that they had a gluten free burrito option. It was good - maybe not *great* and I stopped eating it because I forgot to ask if it was also dairy free, but in a world where there often aren't hearty gluten free options, I really appreciated that. They have plenty of seating, really fast WiFi, and the people working there were very nice and answered lots of questions. They also moved through the line pretty quickly. They also have a ton of inventive coffee options. A lot of the options have a lot of sugar but a lot of people really like that and one could of course also order black coffee or less syrup etc. I would come back - it's not a place that I feel like, "OMG I need to come back to", but it met my needs and I was able to work there for a few hours so I appreciate that. So lucky to have this cute, comfortable coffee shop so nearby. Hello Coffee is locally owned and operated and you feel their family vibes as soon as you walk in the door. The space is quite large, so hosting your book club or networking events here are easy peasy. Coming in to do some work? There are cozy spots for you here, too. And the coffee? Lots of options. I love their huge selection of specialty lattes. Pastries, brownies and other offerings are here too. Not a coffee person, no worries. You're not left out. I'll def continue stopping in. Don't be fooled. The web posting says pets are welcome. They are not. We drove way out of way to go to this place for coffee this morning because it said pets are welcome. We had a small dog and a mid size dog. They usually go with us when we go out for coffee. The only place the dogs were welcome was outside. Truly, the worst! And that includes hospital & gas station coffees. I ordered an oat milk latte (about $6 - $7 with a tip) and it was horrendous. It tasted like old coffee with a lot of water, and an unidentifiable flavor of some sort. undrinkable. I kind of feel bad leaving this scathing review AND I also feel bad for people not knowing & spending $7 to get a latte. I like the ambiance of this shop and the specialty coffee drinks are decent (although I wish they had a blond espresso). I work from home and would use it as an occasional workspace to get out of the house, however, their wi-fi appears to be set at the strongest security setting because I cannot access about 3/4 of the URLs I need access to. I was at Hello Coffee about 20 minutes ago. I am now sitting in a Starbucks to see if I have the same issue accessing websites. Nope. No problems. I can access any website. She's not of the mindset that things are what you make of them. Now, mind you, the customer inside were friendly. No one was grumbling at her speed or the taste of their coffee. In other words, the customers were being gracious and kind, beyond what she cared to do. And THAT was before I tried my latte. They have some cool latte combinations- Fluffer nutter? Now way?! Peanut Butter & Marshmallow syrups. I'm in. I asked it to be nonfat and half the syrup because I find flavored lattes to be overly sweet. Well this tasted neither like fluffer or butter. It tasted like a weak cup of coffee with liquid sugar mixed it. It was so sweet and there was real flavor of actual espresso. It was that over powered by sugar. You can really get some quiet time in this cafe if needed! The complex itself is very small with a mosh posh of different stores grouped here! A friend and I wanted to grab a coffee after our hike so we stopped in! Her coffee and muffin were great! If I came back I would get what she had! My fruit smoothie on the other hand was made of fruit nectar and water instead of real fruit and milk and boy was it sweeeeet. Not very tasty either! I got the smallest size and could only finish a third of it. I suggest they use real fruit and maybe have different milk and milk substitute options. Organic sweeteners would be awesome as well! The seating area in the back was nice but it leaves you feeling like you are in display to be stared at by the people sitting in the tables in front of you... oh and they will stare if they are in there on their computer and you are trying to have a chat with a friend! I took the call outside on their patio so I was able to hear and was impressed when the cashier brought my latte out to me. I like the people who work here and the coffee is killer but man the cups, what's up with the cups?? They are as thin as paper, they absorb the coffee, they make it leak everywhere. Lattes were delicious!!! I got an Almond Milk Tortuga Latte. Such a fun mix of flavors!! Not too sweet either! Perfectly balanced. My husband got a vanilla latte, which was also very good. Pumpkin bread was so yummy! You need to stop in if you are in the area and give it a try. read more

It was very busy when I went but there were a couple spots to sit. The main issues I had was I was I had a lot of challenges connecting to the Wifi. It was very on and off and when I did the speed was so slow (19-30 Mbps) that it wouldn't load my email or any websites I was trying to access. read more

I've been at this coffee shop two times and both times the coffee and service were great!!! it has a fresh look and lots of space for meeting. We are coffee snobs and prefer coffee that is strong but not bitter, this place does just that! We highly recommend!! I hadn't given a review but after I saw an unnecessarily disparaging review I decided to give my own review. In these difficult times of staffing we, as patrons, need to be more understanding and patient. There are very few coffee places that do coffee well, especially the non-chain shops. I'll remove my 1-star review when they get around to fixing the flickering fluorescent lights. I had to abruptly leave a community meeting being held there tonight because it triggered a migraine. I've complained about several times over the course of months since we hold regular meetings there...can you just change the dang light bulb? Great little spot near the Red Rocks Amphitheater. They have delicious specialty lattes. I tried the Nana Latte (chocolate, coconut, & caramel). I had to find a place I could work remotely for the day and they had more than enough seating and tables. This would be a great place to bring a group to collaborate.
