Bacon croissant sandwich

Met these super sweet folks at Howlidays at Aspen Grove. Stopped by the bus a week later and enjoyed breakfast sandwiches and coffee. Service is excellent. Sandwich and coffee were good, nothing exciting though. I really think I need to come back for their potstickers and matcha though. The sample dumpling we had at Howlidays was amazing. The atmosphere was super cute and they've done a great job with their little patio/seating area. Note, the parking lot maze thru the drive thru is a little weird and there's not a way to go left back onto Wads so it's tricky to get in and out of here.

I was so excited to try them out for the longest, I happened to be in the area and thought this was my chance. The customer service was nice they told me they're typically not fully open Mondays but they were happy to make me a drink, really sweet of them. The bus is so cute! The top floor was a little out of sorts but i understood cause they're usually closed Mondays. I decided on the iced caramel macchiato. It was almost the perfect sweetness which is rare in Colorado, they tend to go for minima here. My only thing is I wish the espresso or coffee they used was a bit stronger. I could see myself coming back.

A new AAPI owned local coffee shop? Of COURSE I'm interested! This coffee shop is super unique- the double-decker bus isn't just for fun looks, it's functional! You can either order drive-thru, outside walk-up, or head indoors. We got the hong kong tea and a matcha. The matcha was soooooo good! The upstairs seating is actually bigger than I expected. Multiple table options, and plug-ins for your electronics. The cute bear and fun red bus make for great photos, too. I'll have to bring some work to come back and hang for a bit longer next time. SO CUTE!!!

You can't miss it off the side of Wadsworth (between 8th and 9th)

Red Bus Coffee is such a fun and unique addition to Denver! During my visit, I tried the Cinnamon Bun Latte, Salted Caramel Latte, and Cold Brew--all were delicious! You can get the drinks hot or iced, which is perfect depending on the weather. I also got a few drinks to-go for friends! I ordered a savory bacon and cheddar croissant and a sweet chocolate croissant--both were delicious and nicely warmed up for me. The coffee shop is so memorable--a bright red double-decker bus with Winston the teddy bear as the driver! The top floor has plenty of seating with lots of outlets, making it a great spot to work, study, or catch up with friends. The double-decker setup is something you don't see often here, and it adds such a cozy, creative vibe. Conveniently located right off Wadsworth Blvd between 8th and 9th, it's easy to find and definitely worth stopping by. They just opened this month, so be sure to check them out and support this cute new local spot--I really hope they grow and thrive!

Happy opening day! The bus is easy to find on the east side of Wadsworth - signage is great & already pretty hard to miss a big red double decker bus! You can opt to order through the drive thru or park & order inside at the counter. The staff was welcoming & cheery, offered recommendations for my order, & were fast to deliver. I had the cinniman roll seasonal latte, as well as the bacon Bonfire burrito. While those were getting prepared, I took a look around - fun seating area upstairs with mountain views! I found the items to be priced appropriately, the cup branding made me smile, & overall it is such a unique concept. Will definitely be returning soon! 20% off during the first month on drinks. Stop by for your morning pick-me-up!

This is one of our new favorite coffee spots! My partner loved their Yuen Yang coffee drink and I've had a few sparkling fruity things that are delicious (lychee mint soda was so good!). The staff are super friendly and will kindly take the time to explain any menu items you have questions about. Plus the upstairs of the bus is a comfy spot to enjoy your drink and read or watch the traffic outside. We haven't tried the pizza spot yet, but we're hoping to be back soon for that.

In town visiting family and they told us about this amazing bakery they frequent in the Denver…read morearea. So they took us to experience Taste of Denmark. As soon as I walked in I could smell the aroma of amazing fresh baked goods, they offer a large variety of Danish pastries as well as savory baked goods and freshly baked breads. Taste of Denmark also offers coffee drinks and other beverages. We choose a small variety of baked goods to take home and let me tell you I thought my Italian culture could bake but the Danes do an incredible job baking their cultural treats. So many choices and will take several visits to try them all. The staff was friendly and helpful answering our many questions of "what's this one and what's that one" . Every pastry we purchased was amazing and incredibly fresh, very reasonably priced. A very unique taste and unlike other bakeries they offer a very different type of pastry that is not like the others. So tasty and delizioso. Taste of Denmark you guys bake up deliciousness! Grazie Mille!

The almond krinkle (which I think is their most popular) was probably the best item we had next to the jalapeño sour dough. The loafs of bread were good and tasty and I would consider buying them to make a sandwich with. They have a lot of options. I wish there were names. I was just guessing what looks good and pointing at what I wanted. The parking lot is small but most people get their pastries and leave. The space is small. They have indoors and outdoor seating. No one sat inside when we went so we were kinda the first. Service is friendly and they do try to get you your order quick.

Alas, the years go by, don't they We went close to closing time. It's a big place. Wow! The things they offer are pretty incredible. I ordered just a plain chocolate malt. That really made the experience for us. The place was also sparkling clean, which is really important to me. There is also some outside seating if you're interested. What a concept! It was around 2pm, not so busy inside, and the servers were really nice helping us what the difference in flavors, what their specialties were and offered samples to help us decide. WHAT WE SWALLOWED: *PECAN PRALINE MINI SUNDAE: I just love me some candied nuts and pecan praline has always been a favorite of mine since I was a child. The girl behind the counter was smart in giving me this sample ans I scooped it right up. Creamy ice cream and delicious pecan pralines. This was so good. *COOKIE MONSTER MINI SUNDAE: One of my daughters got this and I have to admit, the cookie monster ice cream in itself was so good. The lady behind the counter said it was one of their specialties. It's blue (duh) and it has either brownie or chocolate chunks. It was really good but I didn't want to be walking around with a blue mouth (yes, it made my daughter's mouth blue!) lol *THE MERMAID MINI SUNDAE: My other daughter got this as she loves mermaids. It was very cute and the ice cream inside it was delicious but she did say the mermaid tail tasted like wax (it was chocolate) and she didn't even finish it (which is saying a lot). Be prepared for lots of ice cream and the price tag that comes with it. Worth of stop if you're in the area, happy we had our sundae fix satiated but not sure if I would drive all the way down here just for this.
