We arrived around 9 am on Mother's Day, of all days, and sat at their bar rather than wait on a booth. Lots of older folks dining with some younger families coming in, as we left. Despite being busy, our food came out pretty quickly and was tasty. I ordered the Eggs Benny and he had chicken fried steak and eggs combo. My Eggs Benny was tasty, drenched in their homemade hollandaise and my only disappointment was the English muffin was soggy with so much sauce. We also could not pass up the cinnamon roll that was so elegantly advertised in front of us! When in Sloan's Lake, Ruperts will be my choice of restaurants.
