Very convenient, as it is located in the middle of the mall. Also has some tables right next to the stand in the hallway to take a relaxing break from walking around. 28 minutes to make my two drinks. People around me were waiting in average of 20-30 minutes for their orders. This was a Sunday afternoon in mid January so not a heavy crowd. Drinks were fine but based on the wait, I definitely will not go back and do not recommend. read more

Was craving something to drink while walking around the mall. The stand wasn't too busy when I walked up to order, and the employees were happy, energetic, and nice! Got a matcha latte with almond milk, and it was great. Store was very clean and organized. There are also plenty of tables in the hallway to sit and relax. The staff is very nice and is very quick pumping drinks out. Not even 5 minutes after I did a mobile order, it was ready. The reason why I rated a 2 is because of the inconsistencies of the baked good items. Sometimes, I order an Everything bagel, warmed with Cream Cheese. I often get the everything bagel, but the last few times I came there to get my drink and Bagel, I get my drink no problem and it's always good but when I asked about my bagel, sometimes, they asked my name and make it for me. One time, I was in a rush to go home from work, and my ride was about to be there in 5 minutes. By that time, I waited for 10 minutes after I asked about my bagel. They never gave it to me, so I left. This time, they ran out of Cream Cheese, so they gave me butter instead. It's not the same as having cream cheese. I'll always be back for my drink, but for the baked goods, not any more. read more

Customer service here is horrible, it's always the same group of girls, not friendly, never smile, they call out only 1/2 the order names, so you're stuff is sitting there without even knowing it bc you hear some names being called so you assume yours will as well. It doesn't matter if there are 10 people in line or 1, they move at the same "I don't care" pace. It's like the Walmart of Starbucks here. read more

Not to be confused with Storebought, which is what most of the products sold here taste like. This is the Starbucks at the massive Mall down in Friendswood (Baybrook), in the inside (older) section. They'll get your stuff out to you quickly and generally they're friendly, although there is one specific employee who is not, and we've had him on 2 separate occasions. Very expensive for the drinks, and the lattes absolutely destroy my stomach. I don't know what PSL is supposed to be but it tastes awful. In fact a lot of the products here taste iffy and get to my tummy, as they are very high on the cream content, processed AF, and dairy AF, and I just don't think it's a very good quality coffee chain. But if you like the strong awful-tasting better, then maybe this is for you. read more

This is like any other Starbucks shop, great coffee and cheerful employees. It was quite small and the wait was approximately 8 minutes long. It was my first time trying the Ultra Caramel Frappuccino. The cup was drenched in caramel but you shouldn't run into this problem with other types of drinks. It was easily fixed with a simple tissue over the cup. Overall, I would reccomend this location if you're tired from walking around the mall. It's a great source of relief from the hot weather. read more

Not a big fan of this coffee establishment but my children are so I have to tolerate it. After my children convinced me that a Cinnamon Roll Frapucchino is an excellent treat for par-taking in the Honor Roll list I couldn't argue with my prodigy seeds. The line moved rapidly, they were very busy and although our cashier seemed a bit irritated due to the endless line and crown awaiting their drinks, she did recommended I took advantage of the Happy Hour Special offering their "Medium" sized selected drinks for only $3, I went with their typical white girl Pumpkin Spiced Chilled Latte. Our names were called and we all took a sip out of each other's sweet treat and that is when of course my children preferred my drink over theirs (typical). All our drinks were nice and chilled, tasty, yet dug a small hole in my pocket, at least for those whom we are used to paying only .99 for a coffee if it isn't free. I look forward coming here again during happy hour for my Pumpkin Spiced Latte. read more

Rude! The lady taking our order gave my 70 year old grandmother such a hard time. Totally rude. She wanted an espresso (a normal, small espresso). She's European. An espresso is something any coffee shop worker should know. She kept asking if she wanted plain coffee. We had to spell it out and she was so condescending. Horrible service. I go here quite often because I work in the area but the baristas are probably the rudest ones I have encountered at a Starbucks . The one that took my order was to busy flirting with the guy ahead of me to get my order right . I asked for a sandwich and the first thing she says is oh we probably don't have anymore of those without even looking . Then she got my tea order wrong 3 times but the sweet guy in the back heard me and was like " i got it " . So finally I got the tea I wanted in the wrong size and the sandwich I wanted turned out to be available after about 3 minutes . To top it all off she overcharged me and told me prices increased recently when I was just in the mall the day before and there was no increase . Overall I would say the bad service mainly came from the female taking my order not sure I would go back if the service stays the same . read more

The Starbucks in Baybrook took me by surprise and is prob the best one ever. Brooks & Chloe are amazing!!!!!! Brooks was so fun and really amped up my mood on a bad day and did not get an attitude when I changed my drink! And Chloe was so sweet and easily upsaled me to a matcha!!!!! The lady Stephani that works here is by far the worst associate. Just came here and she didn't get my order right and when I corrected her she spilled my coffee all over the counter and just slid it to me wet. Every time I come here she has the WORST attitude. Never smiles and is never friendly. I'm not sure why y'all keep her around. On the other hand the men here are extremely nice. But I can't justify giving more than one star just for the guys here. Within a 10 mile radius, this is probably the best Starbucks you'll find. You can appreciate that the baristas make everything with quality and care. I don't mind waiting the extra couple of minutes for them to make my drinks because I know they are doing it right. No one is leaning on the counters or messing around. Customers are being acknowledged and food/drinks are being held responsibly. If there's a mess-up, no worries. They'll fix it right away. I know the brand well and I've seen it change over the years. With what this particular store is working with, it's by far the best one I've been to in a very long time. The espresso tastes fresh and the service is genuine. read more

I'd like to start by saying that the shorter barista with the long, dark hair is amazing and makes my drink perfectly every time. That being said, the wait time is always unacceptable, especially for the amount of people I see scheduled and hiding in the back while two people take care of everything on their own. In all fairness, they do try to compensate with great customer service. But that doesn't make up for the fact that wait time is 20-30 minutes on a good day with four of their employees scheduled. Most of us that stop by are trying to grab coffee while on break at work and we don't want to be late because half of the staff decided they didn't feel like giving a crap today. There needs to be a major service training initiative implemented here before they lose all their business. Also, don't buy the food here. They had fruit flies in the case all over the food.
