Beware: This is not your regular Starbucks!!! No seating and no public restrooms! That said, this is a nice location. It's in a small retail space with a Nothing Bundt Cakes next door (yum!). Employees were nice and the drinks were made as ordered. We placed our order via mobile and were able to see our status on the board as we walked in. Love that feature! read more

Not sure how to say this nicely but the service is really bad...I am sure the people are nice outside of work but when they are working? Terrible service... I love Starbucks, but had a bad experience at this location. I went inside because the drive thru was wrapped around the building. I'm not surprised as the coffee is great! I was the only one in line inside and I stood at the counter for several minutes without even being acknowledged. Finally one of the drive thru team members at least acknowledged me and said someone would be right with me. I watched as three teammates stood talking and laughing without ever coming over to assist. They were not mixing drinks, they were not helping the drive team, and they certainly were not concerned about my standing there waiting to be helped. After what felt like forever, but was probably 5 minutes, I left. Five minutes is a long time to be ignored. read more

I saw a male (new) employee ask a doordash driver to see his phone and to confirm. However, the person before him wasn't ask. Infact, two lady's from doordash came in for orders and he didn't ask them for confirmation. He singled out the man because he looked like a biker. Won't be going back. read more

The great tea lemonade is my all time favorite for cold drinks. My hot drink choice will always be a tall regular coffee. This location isn't the easiest to maneuver in and out of, but it's the closest to me. Staff: friendly enough and very efficient. read more

I ordered a tall matcha tea latte with light ice and coconut milk. The female at the window was very kind and polite. She scanned my drink with the scanner, then handed me my drink with her finger on the lid near the opening. Maybe the person that makes the drink should hand off the drink to the customer...not the person that handles the scanner, that probably doesn't get cleaned, and the money. Also, the ice was full to the brim, even though, the sticker said light ice like I requested. I removed the lid and got a few sips before it was gone. The drink itself was good, I think, since there was barely any matcha just ice. I'm really starting to consider buying my coffee elsewhere. Mocha Lounge and Conjure Coffee have never done this. Starbucks just has more locations conveniently located. read more

Love Starbucks and really all locations in Fort Wayne. This ones not one I frequent because the parking lot isn't very accessible, it's smaller and there usually aren't any tables or chairs to sit at. But the building is nice and the store is always clean. Friendly staff is always knowledgeable too! I'm always unsure about new products and they give me an honest opinion about them and so I generally stick to my favorites. They've never sent out my drink incorrectly and it's always perfect except for the occasional warm drip coffee I get but I love my coffee scalding! Lol. The condiment section is sometimes dirty but that's due to the animals that occupy this land that cAnnot clean up after themselves. I know starbucks is a chain and I love trying new coffee shops but this is my no fail I love the coffee and the perks I get with having a gold member card. Which means free refills and free drinks, and let's face it starbucks is just everywhere now. read more

This used to be a very hand location for me but for the last several days, when I pull up to the drive-through I never get a response. I finally go around to the front door and a sign taped to the door says that they are opening until 2pm. A coffee ship that doesn't open until the afternoon? Guess I'll have to find another place to get my coffee and Danish in the morning. read more

Their staff is always welcoming and always ask about your day etc. Very sweet and always makes me wanna go back. Especially Chad and this other girl i didnt catch her name because her tag was in cursive but everyone else is sweet. Plus the drinks and food are great:) read more

Worst iced vanilla latte ever, how do you mess that up? On top of a horrible drink, I asked why the buy one get one happy hour didn't apply to my order (iced vanilla latte and iced chia latte) and the barista said it was only for espresso drinks...they both have espresso. Your website says any iced espresso drink. I specifically made a yelp account today so I could express my disappoint not only in the service but in the drinks at this Starbucks. read more

Worst Starbucks I have ever been. They charged me for food but never gave it to me. Very unethical business practice

It's Starbucks so you know what you're supposed to get when you walk in. Overall the place was very busy for a Friday afternoon at 3:30 pm. I usually like to drink at local small business coffee shops but met a friend and this was the most central place for both of us for a quick cup of coffee. I'm not exactly sure what she got but she did have to take it back up because they forgot her chocolate drizzle and they did apologize. I got a blonde cappuccino but it seemed like more foam that it did coffee so they made me another so I got the two drinks. Both were good. I had soymilk in mine. It wouldn't be the place to chill out and read or work on a laptop as there were a lot of people coming and going the plain wooden chairs and 2 top tables weren't all that inviting. Cleanliness of the store was a bit lacking but they were busy and probably just didn't make the time to tidy the place. I'm over the plastic look and lackluster taste of their food so we didn't get anything else. I'd stop and get a coffee again if I was around. I did notice a lot of order ahead and pick up people coming and going so they are able to meet those demands it seems. I've had to wait places before when I do that. read more

Consistently polite service. I like most of the sandwiches. They ration how many of each that they'll thaw for the day. It works out better for one's preferences if one visits earlier in the day, as they tend to run out of the popular sandwiches. I appreciate the good food and coffee. I always drive by this location, since it is right by my house. The drive-thru is busy often, but when I pulled up, there were only a 2 cars in front of me. I had somewhere to go, but I left 35 min ahead of time, so I had time for a coffee run:-) I placed my order and I waited for 15-20 minutes, and the same 2 cars were in front of me. I just left. If you are ever in a hurry or rush, never come here. Besides that, drinks are always made well. read more

Horrible horrible horrible. Went in there and no one else was in line. Ordered four drinks one of which was simply a hot tea the other a coffee. I ended up leaving with only here drinks as I had a time commitment and had been waiting 15 minutes. Here's an idea: make your drinks in the order they are received. 5 other drinks were pumped out by people who came in after us. And when I inquired about my hot tea the lady said (& I quote) "I have no idea where your tea is, I've got 11 other drinks to make" Is a fracking HOT TEA. Pour some hot water in cup and give me the teabag. Learn how to deal with business Starbucks. read more

This hotel version of Starbucks was fine. The staff was friendly and upon the mistake made making my mocha too hot, I was offered both drinks for free. :) I like Starbucks, and this was acceptable. Well, if a $6 venti is ever acceptable. read more
