I'm sharing this because I genuinely used to enjoy Trio, and I'd love to see the consistency and quality return to what it was when they first opened. I don't want to bring in race or anything but I was just here with my family who they ordered two simple frappes. The two employees who were working here, were handling out the drinks to the previous 4-5 WHITE customers. When our drinks were ready, the male employee just stared at me and put the drinks down on their desk. Did he not hand ours personally like he did to the previous customers because we are Black. If you're going to hand out drinks to the white folks, you have to do it to ALL CUSTOMERS. SMH. This is not over. read more

I always get my coffee ice cream combined with cheesecake flavor mixed with nuts or graham crackers. It's good, creamy and rich. During summer time, this place is packed.
