There was plenty of parking, lots of seating inside and a large pet friendly patio seating area outside. The drinks came out fast, and so did the sandwich, but we had to walk back up and get a pastry they forgot to bring the table. I ordered the Spicy Chorizo Avocado toast. It was good, but I wish I had known it came with an egg on top because I would have ordered over hard instead of the over easy that it came with. We also ordered a smoothie and cookie butter latte, both were just ok. Overall, it was a cute and clean place to visit for brunch.

For a cup that size, I think two shots would have made a much better Americano. They did offer to add an extra shot, which I appreciated, but I think the espresso-to-water ratio could definitely be adjusted. With such a cute atmosphere, improving the coffee and making the service a little more energetic would really elevate the experience!
