Waited in the drive-thru for 35 minutes. And when I got to the window, they didn't have what I wanted to order which were munchkins

My coffee was fine. Pretty good, I got a latte. Donuts were good, too. I got the new hashbrown thing with the cheese on it, and the container was very under filled, but it tasted good nonetheless. With that being said, inside of the actual building, the bathroom was ridiculous. I went to the bathroom, toilet did not flush. I covered my hands in soap, put my hands under the automatic sink, and it didn't work. I left with soap all over my hands. Which is pretty ridiculous. The service was quick at least. read more

Dunkin' is not what it used to be and workers today aren't either. A greeting goes a long way. You don't have to stop what you are doing to greet the customers that walk in and let them know you will help them in a minute. One young lady even turned her back and walked away. She consistently displays poor service. Once they are serving you they are fine, but sometimes they talk as if they are annoyed that they have customers. This Dunkin' (Dunkirk) is in such a great location. It's disappointing that customer service is lacking. read more

What happened to quality control?? I ordered a half dozen donuts. All 6 donuts were so small they scattered around the box. I could fit 4 of them easily into the bottom of the small box!! At any other Dunkin', all 6 donuts fill and entire box. Dunkin' jelly donuts are usually coated in granulated sugar, these tiny things were just 3" tall and coated in glaze. The filling was runny. I ordered a pink sprinkle donut and it looked sickly, as if pink and purple was the intended color. Last, I ordered sour cream donuts, and they seemed to be the smallest of them all. The taste was not as expected. After this experience I don't expect much about their consistency. Is this Dunkirk Dunkin' location cutting corners or am I missing something?? After leaving the Prince Frederick location due to filth , wife and I were heading north so decided to try the Dunkirk location. Even worse than Prince Frederick ! Glass on windows and door filthy. We entered inside and stopped. Table in corner filthy and saw bug smashed against wall at table level. WTH!! Again if the front of the house looks like this, imagine the mixing and baking area. I was so impressed by the great customer service last week that I returned for a repeat visit. Unfortunately the same two young men who greeted me and enthusiastically served my coffee and donuts last week completely ignored me this week. They walked past me over and over again as I waited for twelve minutes before I realized they were not going to acknowledge my presence. I was the only person inside and it was obvious they saw me but chose to ignore me. That said, the drive thru had a steady line keeping them busy and they do have a self serve screen that I chose not to use. After twelve minutes I walked out feeling my business was unwanted and ignored. I went across the street and picked up coffee and donuts at Wawa - In and out in less than two minutes. read more

I've been to this location a few times. The first time was when they first opened and the donuts weren't great but subsequent visits have been great. Went in today and service was fantastic. read more

There's no point of having electronic ordering in the building when you just serve the people at the counter first. What's the point of a line if you don't serve in order? Needless to say, there's zero hustle in this place and there's zero gusto. read more

Don't go here if you are in a hurry. The best option is to go through the drive-through otherwise your orders will be last after theirs. Waited more than 15 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and when I eventually got it, it was cold. read more

By far the worst Dunkin I've ever been to, don't go in the drive through if you have anywhere to be, you'll be very late. I'm not sure how it's even possible for them to take as long as they do. It's going on 3 or 4 times now the drive through has been 40+ minutes read more

Went in this morning after placing mobile app order. drive thru was busy, parked and went into store. waited 20 mins watched them make 5 orders placed after me then when I asked about my drink order I watched them grab a cup fill it with ice then milk put a lid on and hand it to me with NO coffee No caramel only milk (iced Caramel Latte). Service was mediocre. Place looks like it was run by a bunch of teenagers, they were using as a hangout place. Their friends sitting in the front holding on a conversation will customers think they're in line. Air conditioning was cranked up, really no customer service. read more

Ordered half a dozen glazed donuts inside this store on their kiosk system. A local guy comes in and orders a sandwich and complex coffee, gets served right away as does another guy. Meanwhile my ticket goes red on their order management system. No one wants to help me maybe because my ticket is red. Don't want to think it's because I'm an Hispanic guy with long hair. Almost 20 minutes after ordering someone comes up and asked what I'm waiting for. I said nothing difficult, shows her the ticket. She gives me a smirk and boxes up my donuts. On a positive note the donuts were good just don't order on the inside if your not one of the locals or local looking. read more

I don't have high expectations for a place like Dunkin Donuts, but this location has scraped the bottom of the barrel as far as chain restaurants are concerned. By far, this is the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Every single time I've placed an order here, I've been disappointed by the food and the wait time. Recently it took almost 45 minutes for them to complete my mobile order, which was donuts and untoasted bagels - easy to do. I expected to get my bagels with cream cheese ready to eat, but they didn't even do that. When I got my bag to the car, the bagels hadn't even been cut in half. Normally I wouldn't care, but it had already been over a half hour since I had ordered and I had to go back into the store to get them cut so I could spread the cream cheese on them myself. In the car. There's no reason it should take that long! The bagels they sell are also so dry and stale that it is a chore to even bite through them. The only redeeming point in this place is that at least the employees were nice. Despite that, next time I'll skip the hassle and get a bagel at Wawa. What a disappointment. read more
