When I ordered the woman asked if I had any questions, which is great for anyone if they do! When I pulled up the window, the man was very friendly and even told me a joke! When I ate my bacon & gouda breakfast sandwich the whole sandwich was hot! I've gotten others from different locations that weren't consistently heated through, or much worse, had a cool center. Literally leaving in tears. I just moved to Utah a month ago, and yes I have seen the judgment and racism towards my girlfriend and I, I'm Mexican and she's Filipino. But today oh my! I ordered ahead, my drink and food were not ready, no biggie, I wait. I wait for about 5 min I finally ask, they say they are going to work on it, I see the barista is going to start on it... pours my espresso shots, a non Mexican cute female walks in he stops to ask her what's her order... I'm flabbergasted that he stops my order to do hers... hers is multiple drinks. He leaves my drink there. Just leaves it. I ask for the manager to get a refund at this point. Even that is a disaster, manager Amber dismisses my concerns saying they are busy, not that. Did not refund my tip. Doesn't matter. I'm literally crying in my car. This racism is not okay. read more

This is my go-to Starbucks for one reason - the staff. They're always so welcoming and friendly, despite how busy it always is. This may be the only location I frequent that has not messed up my order! I'm typically getting multiple drinks, some standard some with special adjustments, food and/or treats, and the order is always quick and correct. The coffee is Starbucks coffee, so not gourmet, but always a solid option. As for the location itself, we love it. They've got a fun bear statue outside with some grass for the kids, an outdoor seating area that has walls to help it feel included yet secluded, and then the store with a decent amount of seating and walls of windows - facing north you've got great views of the mountains. Been here multiple times and every time we get accurate orders and the time is very reasonable. Bathrooms have been the cleanest for any Starbucks in the area that we've been to so thank you for keeping an eye on that! Makes a huge difference for your experience when you're not trying to hold your breath the whole time. :) The times we've been though the drive thru have also been good. Today I got a tall hot americano made with tap water so I could drink it right away without the water scalding and it was perfect for this beautiful sunny 32 degree morning. My husband got an iced venti latte with light ice and 2% and he said it's good as well. We eat hot a breakfast sandwich and it was warmed all the way through. The barista making our drinks was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. The patio furniture, especially the low chairs, are very comfortable for patio furniture! There are what appear to be outlets for laptop or phone charging if you plan to stay and work or study outside. Overall would recommend and will be back many more times! Just wow. Ordered a basic cup of Christmas blend 2024 coffee. They didn't have enough in the hopper for a full cup, she filled a cup partially full and sat it on the counter before turning to me and saying she would have to brew more. I waited 20 minutes before inquiring. A different person walked over and discovered the open cup ( now 20 minutes cold) tried to fill if from the empty dispenser and then-fills it the rest of the way with a different coffee and handed me a luke warm cup of two different coffees. Seriously? I wont be back, that is absolutely ridiculous. read more

Covid safety has got their panties in a bunch. Guess they didn't get the memo that they're in Utah not California. Indoor seating is allowed. They have a lovely, high ceilinged, wide open space indoors and every single chair is cordoned off; and the snarky little coffee girls shake their head at you and tell you you can order but you can't sit down. The only thing that makes Starbucks decent is being able to sit inside and relax. If I want a good cup of coffee from a drive-thru at half the price, I'll go up the street. read more

I went through the drive-through did my order for a breakfast sandwich and a chai latte. When I pulled around it was sitting on the counter outside. The girl was busy doing something else. I waited for a moment and open my door reach out and get my things I don't like the idea that my food was sitting out with a bag that was open, I think that's really disgusting. Not to mention. My sandwich is cold and tough like it was heated to much then cooled off. I think this the location needs to tighten up our customer service. One of the worst locations. Basing this review on a single in-store visit. This is the loveliest Starbucks I've seen! Floor to ceiling picture windows, and unique seating...several high-backed comfy chairs. My coffee was just as good and hot here as at any other Starbucks, and the (all-female) staff was friendly. (Referencing prior reviews.) This is the BEST Starbucks in the valley! The staff are so incredibly friendly and always make me feel special. I like to meet my friends there just to visit. I ordered a Grande Americano extra hot. It was weak and lukewarm. I took it back and let them know the it was not hot, and I didn't think there was enough espresso in it. Awful experience with a barista in the drive through a few weeks ago. She was ignorant and honestly had zero clue what she was talking about....the Starbucks customer service agreed. They refunded mine and my friends full order due to this lady being ignorant. Do better training district manager. Let your baristas know the customer pays their wages. I will own up to my mistakes. I was happy this location was opening because it's close to my house, but my experiences have been disappointing. I keep giving it another try in hopes that the quality would improve, but it didn't. I go to Starbucks 3-5 times a week. I started to get bored with my order and so I asked for something different- I had to modify my order as my fiancé has a nut allergy and cannot have almonds. I told the lady taking my order this and to change it to coconut milk she sighed and said okay. I got my order and it said sub for coconut milk but he tried it and it very clearly had only almond milk in it. It's really a hit or miss with how they make coffee. And this is coming from friends who come here as well. When I first started coming here a few years ago it's funny because one incident I had to ask them to remake it and they asked why??? It was hard to explain other than it's just poorly made. I've never felt so compelled to write a review. After a stressful morning I stopped in for a coffee, saw the drive thru line extending a full 26.2 miles and accepted that I would be here for more than a minute. It was busier than ever but they worked at LIGHTNING speed. I have never seen a more competent group of people, who at the same time were so friendly, genuine, kind, it absolutely made my day. Starbucks corporate if you do not give everyone at this store a raise I S2G. I have never had a more genuine interaction with somebody taking my order and I hardly said 2 words to her! I've never written a review about Starbucks but i feel like this location deserves a shoutout.  This Starbucks is really close to where I live so I'll come here to work sometimes and the staff here is wonderful.  Since I'm usually sitting here for a while, I watch the staff throughout the day (which sounds stalkery but hard to avoid haha).  They're always so positive throughout the entire day.  I don't think I've ever seen a customer walk in without a chorus of staff members greeting them with a smile.  They're all so sweet, professional, and great at engaging in conversation with costumers.  I've also noticed they remember a lot of their regulars, greet them by name, and ask them about specific things going on in their life.  There's one costumer that comes in with his Husky and they always say hi to the Husky by name and give her a pup cup.  They're also so on top of it with cleaning.  Constantly wiping down the counter tops, tables, and floors.  A kid spilled their hot chocolate by accident and a staff member was there to clean it in literally 30 seconds.  You can tell the staff here genuinely cares about their customers and the ambiance is always great.  Hoping the staff here gets treated well by the company and this review gets them a shoutout because they deserve it. read more
