I'm a HUGE Dutch fan from Arizona and never pass up a chance to stop by and check out one I've never been to. This location was so close to our hotel and while out and about early Thursday morning how could I not stop right? The location is easy to get to and just as easy to spot from the road. My entire experience start to finish was great except trying to maneuver my pretty large truck around the cones semi blocking the lanes which are already fairly small compared to all the location near my home. While it was doable it may be an issue for others also driving similar vehicles. No biggie for me because I can always park and go to the walk up. Both of my drinks orders were exactly how I asked. One hot and the other blended. My go to is typically a cold brew or creamy vanilla protein latte. This trip I opted for a hot vanilla breve. My son's only drink and one he loves most is the white chocolate mocha blended extra thick. Service was friendly and efficient. Great stop. Dutch Bros has been quickly expanding throughout the Salt Lake community. They are known for their coffee but they also have tea, energy drinks, and some smoothies. This location in Draper is usually pretty busy, do expect a wait if you plan to go to this location! My go-to drink is the iced Annihilator with white chocolate and oat milk. IMO Dutch Bros beverages are more on the sweeter side, their drinks tend to be pretty sweet. So I usually get my drinks 1/4 sweet. They can even put the sweetener on the side for you if you are worried about the sweetness. Dutch Bros staff are always super energetic and friendly! It is always fun to chat with them. read more

My daughter goes here daily and this is what she told me happened last night. Really sad because she loves coming here. This is a girl with blonde hair with pink dip dye who has a septum piercing wearing a beanie. Shame on you! mean employee i went to dutch bros tonight and the person who took my order was so unnecessarily mean to me. it wasn't that close to close there was still over 45 minutes i thought maybe that was why but she literally was so aggressive and mad at me i have no idea why i cried after i pulled away. i have no idea what happened or if she was stressed but even after asking her to add a tip because she didn't ask she was so mean about it. usually they will also ask how you are or something bare minimum which i don't even expect or anything but she just treated me so bad. i stopped going to starbucks for this reason because they were always so rude to me and i am not good with going in public to begin with because of social anxiety, now i can never go to that store again because i am so scared. i know this sounds stupid but she has taken my order before and was always nice to me in the past i don't know what i did to deserve that. i am actually scared now and feel terrible about this. after putting in my order she walked away super annoyed to begin with and i started apologizing and said the people with me also were going to make separate orders just because it is usually convenient and they have apple pay and we all have the app. i work in customer service and understand that can probably be so annoying sometimes but literally it is their brand to be decent to customers. im probably overthinking but im actually so scared now and i thought i treated her really nice idk why that happened. she stomped back to my car after like basically running away and just used such an angry tone and rolling her eyes, before the 2nd order paid she asked what the 3rd drink would be and we clarified again they were paying separate and she treated us like children saying i understand but what is the last drink. i can see where she was coming from maybe to be more efficient and it was a misunderstanding but i still would never treat somebody that way ever. finally she was like now are there any other drinks for this car and we said no but i just cannot wrap my head around why she had to be so hostile about the whole interaction. it was not busy or anything. anyways this just made me sad and ive never met witnessed a mean dutch bros employee until today. i wish i would've further apologized to her for the inconvenience it just kind of caught me off guard i didn't want to make her more upset. anyways this is probably my sign to just make drinks at home. read more

I have come here several times and usually just do drive thru, but today I decided to go up to the walk up window cause I am a lot of the time overwhelmed with the menu. And it was such an amazing education! I highly recommend if you have never been to go to the walk up window and they can help you navigate through the menu and give you the best tips and tricks to ordering!! This place is great! I've heard great things about Dutch Bro's Coffee, and I was excited to see they made their way to Utah. I am so glad I gave them a try, and I'll definitely be back. When I first got there the line wasn't too bad, (I've seen some locations with some pretty long lines). The wait was definitely worth it though! When it was my turn to place my order I let the cashier know I hadn't been there before and was trying to decide what to get. The cashier was super friendly and told me since I hadn't been there before my coffee would be free on them, so I can give them a try and come back. I had my dog in the car with me at the time, and she asked if I wanted a "puppuccino" for my dog (whipped cream and a few dog bones) I said sure! It was very thoughtful for her to see my dog and then offer him a free "drink" as well. This place has so many fun orders. For me I tried their iced sugar cookie breve, which is almond roca, white chocolate, vanilla with whip & raw sugar sprinkles, it was delicious. Dutch bros is about the only place I will go for coffee & it is the one closest to me. I will sometimes settle for another coffee place but will go out of my way for Dutch bros. Lots of personal things going on that did not get my morning off to a good start. I was headed back to Utah county and decided to stop for a pick-me-up. I get to the girl that is going to take my order. She asks me how my day is going and that made me burst into tears. Unintentionally and I definitely tried to conceal it but she noticed. She hugged me from inside the car and consoled me for a moment. I told her what I wanted & she said "it's on us today". That already meant the world to me. Something so small like that can really make all the difference. Then I pull up to the window and the girls standing there immediately could also see I was having a bad day. They stopped what they were doing to talk to me and cheer me up. It really did start to make me feel better. THEN, she hands me my drink. It has confetti on the outside, they wrote the cutest note on the top, and even put some little tootsie pops in there for me. Did I mention the coffee was perfect and tasted just how I wanted? Dutch Bros completely outdid themselves. They took the time to take care of me & it literally meant the world to me. I really didn't think my day would turn around. I was planning on going home and being alone for the rest of the day. They really brightened my spirits and made everything better. I was feeling good enough to go do some other errands I needed to get done. They went the extra mile for someone that really needed some love. You can tell they genuinely care. I work at a place with a drive thru and most of the time, people are concerned about their drive thru times and getting everything out. They close at 11:00. We showed up around 10:54 and were in the drive through waiting to order. We waited for 4 minutes for them to come and take our order and there were only 2 cars in front of us. At 10:58 a guy comes out and says, "will will only be able to finish the 2 cars in front of yours orders, we can't take yours, have a good night". And tells us he can't help us before they are even closed. First off, it wasn't even 11 and you're telling us you can't help us? Second, we'd already been there for about 4 minutes before you came up and told us that. Why didn't you come take our order before then when we saw you already take the orders of the cars in front. Whenever we go we get some fake enthusiasm while we get our drinks to act like you care but you really showed us your true side tonight. if I could give zero stars, I would. we sat in line for 20 minutes for them to finally send workers out to take orders and then another 5 to get to the window and just to see 10 workers dancing And twerking.. usually I love seeing workers having a great time, but we had waited for so long, so it was a bit annoying. Finally, the cherry on top, the gave me the wrong order. It had the right number and my sister got hers correct, but I had ordered a simple chocolate milk and got a coffee. So frustrating because it's not cheap, and it was such a long wait, we just drove away instead of going in to get it fixed. I usually don't get too frustrated over this, but seeing how many workers there were and how they were goofing off, and then still getting my drink wrong was too much. I was mortified when I saw the guy who was making her drink with his gloveless hand in her cup fishing for the tea bag string as the girl standing next to him asked him if he had washed his hands.
