If I could give negative stars I would. This Starbucks just recently opened not to long ago close to my house and I was beyond excited. Going through the drive through this morning was terrible. My fiancé drives a truck so it is somewhat hard to hear over. He just yesterday had oral surgery on all four wisdom teeth so it's hard for him to speak. I leaned over and ordered, she didn't hear me. She said 'I will need your driver to order for you'. He ordered, when she asked for a name, he said his name once, couldn't hear him, he repeated it, she couldn't hear him, so he said it louder. The incredibly rude response from who was taking out order was 'don't yell at me' with an attitude. As someone who religiously chooses Starbucks, and has family in Starbucks upper management. This location needs some work on how they communicate with customers. After her comment my fiancé was irritated obviously because his mouth hurts but she wouldn't know that, that's why you should speak to people appropriately. We pulled up to the window, the manager stood there defending her inappropriate employee's remark. Needless to say, I left without a drink. Maybe you shouldn't work the window if you can't control your remarks to paying customers. read more
