To be honest, Talk N Coffee is traditionally something I would've been uninterested. However. On my first visit today, I was supremely impressed. The owner and roaster was extremely friendly and was more then happy to answer my weird questions and riff on grinders (he had just gotten a new one). He demonstrated excellent knowledge and passion. I selected something I traditionally wouldn't, the Fire Cracker coffee, one flavored like a Rocket Pop, and I was supremely impressed. The flavors are clear, but don't overshadow the coffee. Beans are single dosed, which is EXTREMELY uncommon outside of metros, and each one is handled with immense care. And for regular coffee lovers, like my wife, who love their Dunkin or Starbucks, the flavors offer the full flavor without the sugar. A peanut butter cup cold brew with milk goes twice as far as a similar drink elsewhere in flavor with probably 5% the calories. Highly recommend, even for fellow snobs.

However, the lady was being incorporated and did not seem to care about checking if she has extra tapioca toppings in the fridge. I was completely upset that I had to pay an overpriced price for these drinks due to not having enough tapioca. Your Host loves to write, write, write...but seriously, Darlings, it really is an act of altruism. I digress...sorry. Not only does Your Host loves waffles...he's also somewhat of a connoisseur of bagels. This place was recommended for great bagels, and it didn't disappoint. These are great tasting bagels, not unlike what you'd get in NYC. Check out their hours, because getting there when they first open is like striking when the iron's hot. Expect a line when you arrive, but rest assured Darlings, they're pretty efficient and the wait isn't horrible. Note also that they do sandwiches here, so score another point in the positive column. There is some space if you want to chow down here, but note that it's a bit cramped and a bit of a why bother...taking out is your best option. If you want to win over your coworkers, bring them bagels from here...you just might get that fat raise or promotion! Now, get out there and experience life! Your Host
