However, the lady was being incorporated and did not seem to care about checking if she has extra tapioca toppings in the fridge. I was completely upset that I had to pay an overpriced price for these drinks due to not having enough tapioca. Furthermore, I would like to get my refund back because she did not listen to me and did not put enough ice in my drinks.

When we questioned it, they stated that they only don't nickel and dime you when you eat in.
