We stopped inside here after a quick Shoprite trip because my boyfriend discovered his love for Milk Bubble Tea last year. He got a large of that with tapioca and said it was really good. I'm not a tea drinker, but I find menus to usually have something fruity I'll enjoy instead. I tried the strawberry fizzy pop and was really impressed not only with the taste, but with the unique presentation. I added strawberry popping bubbles and it was a great snack. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the inside is kind of dark and depressing. The menus are nice and the cooking area looks very clean, but it's not inviting to sit in at all. It looks empty and a bit too industrial, if it was cozier inside I would definitely give it the extra star. Lots of choices. We had a chrysanthemum tea and an iced coffee drink. Their branding is pretty fun and slick, so we weren't sure if it was going to be great, but we enjoyed our drinks. The boba is good, according to my family members who enjoy it. Drinks weren't oo sweet or cloying like some boba places. Logo illustrations reminds me of cartoonish Calaveras from Dia de los Muertos. Drove up to have a little convo time with #1 Son, so we pick this place to have a nice boba tea, which we really like, one of the only pleasant memories from our most unpleasant visit a couple of year ago to South Korea... Anyhow the tea was ok, they had some really cool snacks like Taiwanese sausages which we tried to order but, they had run out, (bummer), the other snack that we ordered was Tokoyaki, which are octopus balls. Now lets not go crazy now, the snack is minced octopus that is mixed with some kind of sauce, coated, and then fried or baked, and served after being brushed with sauce, then sprinkled with bonito shavings... Yeh doesn't sound to good right, but guess what, these little bites of octoheaven were good to the eleventh degree of goodness. These bad boyz were soo good that I could have spent the night happily polishing them off as fast as the counterboys could whip them up. They are on my the snack addict hit list. The ViVi bubble milk tea is my go to! It's amazing and I get it, at least once a day. Many others I know get the flaming brown sugar. The onigiri is worth tasting. I always receive a warm greeting when walking in and when leaving. The customer service is quick and exceptional. There are tons of drink variations and options to try. It's clean, friendly, simple, and beats going to wawa or a busy alternative for a drink that gives you an energy boost and tastes amazing. I tried other area bubble tea businesses for the same taste and this proved unsuccessful. I suggest comfier chairs and earlier hours, however the ambiance is trendy and fun and there are board games including Jenga to play if you want to stay. I can be in and out and I always leave happy. Yum!! So happy I don't have to drive all the way to Philly for good bubble tea anymore!! Have visited twice now and love it. I think their fresh fruit teas are my favorite. I like that you can adjust the sugar level since I like my drinks less sweet. Also tried their chicken, very yummy! Tried the curry and spicy. The scent of the curry is amazing and the spicy has a nice kick of heat. I have less of a criticism and more a suggestion that they up their sauce game for the chicken since they only had ketchup or sriracha. Would be nice to have a creamy cooling sauce with the hot chicken. Can't wait to try more of their teas and snacks! Oh, and service was excellent. Go try bubble tea! YUMMY! Vivis just opened in the Shoprite plaza. I like Vietnamese bubble drinks so I stopped by to try them out. While they don't have paper menus yet, they serve teas, ice cream and light snacks like popcorn chicken. I ordered the signature fruit tea. It is a passion fruit, orange citrus drink. I could drink a gallon of that. The barista can make it less sweet if you ask. They were very pleasant when I spoke with them. They said the paper menu would be available by the 18th but you can get it on the website. I've included some pictures. Definitely try the signature tea. I'll probably be back to try the ice cream when it gets warmer. If you are looking for something different than the usual fast food, diner, or buffet fare Glassboro has to offer, I would recommend it. Nice little bubble tea place tucked in a shopping center next to shoprite. Parking lot is jammed packed there, the store is cute and offers a lot of seating. Menu is big, a lot of choices. Got the Japanese matcha milk tea with jelly.. very sweet when I took the first sip and realized after that you can ask them to decrease the amount of sugar in your drink. After mixing it a little, it tasted better! The tea was very good! Expensive though, a little over $6 for a large! I've had VIVi in philly before and I love their WOW milk tea. Today I came in and had their lychee oolong and it was on point as well, not too sweet and a strong oolong flavor. Super ecstatic for this and will be here on a regular. They not only have bubble tea but they also have yummy snacks like popcorn chicken and takoyaki. Oh and they have rolled ice cream her as well! I love Vivi, i've never really had boba and this is my first place trying it! it was very good, their boba is always fresh and the drinks by them selves are great, one thing i've noticed is some employees makes drinks differently then other employees, It's never too big of a deal because i can see how exactly i like each drink. I also enjoyed the staff they were very welcoming and were fast at making the drinks even though it was busy at the time. I am giving three stars to this bubble tea place because their tea is pretty good which probably warrants a four-star rating. Every time I come here the service is awful and slow. I can't believe how long it takes to get one bubble tea. Seriously, the service is painfully slow and they are not at all friendly. The demeanor of the several young men who have served May is very off-putting they are very awkward and not clear. They are not friendly and they seem to be doing a lot of inane things that aren't getting bubble tea finished when there are customers to the door. I'm writing this review purely based on this establishment's high level of customer service. I went in one night and ordered a green milk tea with bubbles, regular amount of sugar and no ice. I wasn't satisfied with the first bubble tea that was made (this was fine because the gentleman who made it was new) so the seasoned employee came out to make it again. The green tea wasn't made correctly so the taste was a bit off no matter what changes were made. Finally, the seasoned employee made me a black milk tea with bubbles. I'd never tasted black milk tea but I was very pleased with the bolder taste. I come here often and besides customer service, it is an excellent bubble tea shop. The teas are normally made very well. As an avid boba enthusiast who has had limited access to the drink for nearly her entire life by living in suburban South Jersey, you could probably imagine my excitement when some friends informed me of a boba shop opening up in the town over. I was even more impressed when I was told it's a Vivi, which is a fairly popular chain around NYC. It's been about four months since Vivi opened, and I've been there since the soft and grand openings (and so much so that the workers recognize me by now and probably wonder why the same girl shows up at their counter every week). It's only proper that I make my first Yelp review as comprehensive as possible. FOOD/SERVICE THE BOBA: At first sight, their menu can be overwhelming, as they display a large offering of milk teas, fruit teas, slushes, yogurt drinks, and specialty drinks. Typical of boba chains, the drinks are also entirely customizable- you can add the toppings of your choice (pearls, jellies, aloe, etc.) and adjust the amount of sugar/ice in the drink. Although the option is there, I find myself not needing to modify my drinks because the sweetness and ice levels are often spot-on. I've tried most of the drinks so it's hard for me to pick a favorite, but I personally think milk teas and slushes are their forte. The tapioca is always cooked well and through, but sometimes it'll still be warm in your drink if it's been freshly cooked (depending on your taste, could be a good/bad thing). It is a bit pricier than some other boba shops I've been to, e.g. Kung Fu Tea, but again, this is the only boba you'll find around here, and if you were as desperate as I was, you'd do anything to get your hands on some. Here's the catch- in addition to boba, they also offer other bubble tea shop snack staples such as rolled ice cream, numerous flavors of popcorn chicken, and takoyaki to complement your drink. The rolled ice cream I've tried was good and enough to satisfy a craving. The popcorn chicken is always fresh, crispy, and flavorful (a bit on the salty side), served in a big steamy bag for a portion and price better than chick-fil-a nuggets (my favorites are the spicy and the curry flavors!). The takoyaki is also good- topped with Japanese mayo and waving bonito (fish) flakes, there's not as much octopus as I would've hoped, but it satisfies a craving. The workers provide friendly and efficient service- never have I had to wait more than 10 minutes for my order (average is about 3-5 mins). They're accommodating and will answer any questions you may have about the drinks. My only "negative" experience was when a large group of friends and I decided to hang out at Vivi about 1 1/2 hours before closing time, and only half of our group was able to get tapioca in their drinks because they had run out. Because of that, I recommend going earlier to ensure that they're not out of ingredients/food. They've started doing stamp cards, where if you get 10 stamps you get a free medium boba. (I'm almost through my second one, oops.) I've also seen coupons in Valpaks that come through the mail if you're looking for more deals. AMBIANCE The thing that completes Vivi is the casual, chill ambiance of the shop. With couches, tables, and brightly colored walls, it creates for a great hangout spot. They also have jenga and other board games to pass the time. When busy, it gets loud, and when it's quiet, it can be a great study spot. Music is always playing so even the quiet times won't be awkward (if you're a BTS/kpop fan like me, you won't be disappointed). And although it seems like a place for just young people, Vivi caters to grocery shoppers, Rowan students, families, and groups of friends alike. LOCATION When this place opened, I must admit I was thrown off by the location. Situated in the Shoprite plaza among other businesses, the shop can't be seen from the main roads, making it easy to miss. Parking can also be chaotic at times because it shares the lot with Shoprite. Despite this, it seems they get very good business from the diverse group of customers looking to hang out or try something new. SOMETHING NEW For anyone looking to try boba for the first time, this is a great place to start! Shoppers wander in here all the time; their first time at Vivi is often their first boba experience. Many of the friends I brought here are not Asian, and you'll always see people hesitate to order or stare blankly at the menu- that's the normal response! The employees are happy to answer your questions and explain away. The customizable drinks cater to many individual tastes. And even if you're not feeling quite ready to delve into the boba world, you can still stop in for some ice cream or popcorn chicken. Thanks to Vivi, I no longer have to drive to Cherry Hill or Philly for my boba fix. I'm moving out at the end of the summer so I won't be able to stop at Vivi for my boba fix as often, but it's definitely going to be the spot to reconnect with old friends when I'm home! read more

It was good, I'd probably get something else next time but the place is really nice. Besides the bubble tea, they also have fruit flavored drinks and also rolled ice cream. Saw an ad on Facebook that there was a bubble tea joint in Glassboro. Say what? Did a double take and had to do some further research. Sure enough, Vivi tea is at the corner of the shopping strip next to ShopRite. When I walked in, I was the only customer on a Saturday at 7pm with only a hand people coming in during the duration of my stay; probably around 20-30 minutes. I honestly hope that the residence of Glassboro support this place cause it is amazing! The setup is very modern, with comfy seats, lounge style benches and LCD tv menus. I ordered the flaming brown sugar which is Bobo milk tea made with brown sugar, boba, salty creme cheese like foam and a burnt creme top. You can control both your sugar level and the amount of ice which I like- did 30% sweet and just regular ice. Also ordered some popcorn chicken cause it looks delicious. There are a variety of flavors to choose from but I got the spicy. Be warned- it does have a pretty good heat but I like spicy food. Chicken came out hot, juicy and flavor, perfectly fried. In comparison ( I love Chick fila nuggets) and this place gives ya 3-4x the amount of chicken for a budget friendly price of $4.25! How do you beat that on value!
