There have been 1/3 of time where the tapioca is not fully cooked through so it's like biting into a rubber ball. They do have an app to load and reload money. You earn points, it's a decent app but definitely could be more user friendly. I use it for the points! I've been down 3 out of 7 days for the past 2 weeks.
