It had a very subtle flavor - nutty, toasted rice, with a base of green tea. Not grassy at all. Made for a very comforting cup. A little expensive tho. $5 for a cup. I decided to pick up a 2oz bag ($12) of jasmine pearls which I read good reviews for and the person at the counter recommended. I tried it when I got home and it's very good. Very fragrant and jasmine flavor was strong but pleasant. Overall I'd stop by again to pick to some more tea. FYI not much seating in the shop. 3 tables in the front and a small room with a little seating in the back

And this restaurant is by far, some of the best Indian Food in the area, especially if you want vegetarian Indian Food. Everything is well spiced (though you can change it) and prepared well. They also have a lunch special that's some $11 for vegetarians and $17 for a protein option. It's a hidden secret that I recommend if you're in the area! And now this is the part of the review that... well normally makes sense since I'm not the first to review, so I talk about other things nobody talks about. But I guess as the first to review, this is just an awkward detour... - Restrooms: Truth be told, never stopped long enough to notice if there is or isn't one. - Accessibility: It's generally wheelchair accessible though I recall some of the countertops, especially the 'buffet' line to be potentially awkward if you are in a wheelchair. Not sure though. - Seating: There's no seating - Will it fill you up? I think so yup. - Dietary Notes: The vegetarian options are better than the protein options, though disclaimer that I'm always a sucker for preferring higher quality vegetarian options just because it's so hard to find good ones.

To start off, this is a place I made an effort to hunt down after trying the amazing Chamoyada…read more(sliced mango with Chamoy sauce and Tajin). After spending a lot of time in the South Jersey area, I was super excited to see this business. Located in the middle of Westfield Ave in Camden, this little shop has a TON to offer. After being brought Chamoyada by a coworker local to this shop, I paid a visit to this place the instant I figured out where it was from. While the surrounding area may not be the nicest, you are immersed by a friendly, aesthetically pleasant, and welcoming environment the second you step in here. The employee behind the counter was extremely pleasant in helping me out, giving me a menu, and helping me realize that the description that I gave her was in fact Chamoyada. Aside from Chamoyada, the menu has a ton of desserts, waffles, pancakes, Mexican corn, Ceviche, smoothies, açaí bowls, and so much more. I obviously went to purchase the Chamoyada I was hunting down. I received my giant cup of sliced mangoes, Tajin, and Chamoy sauce for 10 dollars. The portion of mango is extremely large; you are given a 24oz cup filled to the brim with fresh mango. Inside of the cup is also a straw wrapped with Tajin and tamarind to sip the Chamoy out of. Considering the price of fruit nowadays, I'd say this price is definitely fair for what you get. I was also super impressed with how quickly I received the 3 cups of Chamoyada that I ordered. Aside from the huge product variety and authentic service, this spot is also super cutely decorated and has seating. There truly is nothing negative to say about this place. Quality, service, and authenticity are truly impeccable. I'm going to be back here a ton.

We also got some food, including a flaky pastry filled with cream and topped with fruit. We also tried a slice of the matcha crepe cake, which was really good but definitely on the denser side. Lastly, we had to get English toffee hot milk tea to go for later since we had a long car ride home. I highly recommend trying that one.

I wasnt crazy hungry for all the sweets that are part of the afternoon tea menu so i ordered a la carte and was disappointed.
