I don't usually review Starbucks locations, except when I find ones I particularly like and want to remember. The parking lot here is super small, but I love the interior. Constant construction on Colfax can also make it a pain to navigate here. Inside, there are tall windows that let in lots of lovely morning light. Perfect for working remotely with plenty of electrical outlets. Customer service is also friendly. I've ordered in the app and both picked up in-store and via drive-thru. This is one of the nicer Starbucks locations I've visited in Denver. There's a large parking lot with a big drive-thru lane and a nice patio with seating. The interior is spacious with a large counter and many different seating options. Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff was friendly and efficient and greeted me immediately. All-in-all a pleasant, quiet coffeehouse atmosphere and a good place to work, to meet, or to relax. read more

I travel all over the country and the world. I have to say I am so glad my neighborhood Starbucks is the best one I have ever been to. Not a lot of turn over. People know my name and always say hello/good morning. Always pleasant. I think they may even prioritize me sometimes. Not necessary, but much appreciated. Manager is great!! Very comfortable for working. Sometimes they even put hearts and smiley faces on my drinks, which I can no longer tell my wife about because she is very protective. See neighbors all the time. Overall great place to go and relax and get some work done when there are too many distractions at home. Never see other customers having any problems or complaining. read more

Ordered two lattes. One wasn't even like warm despite ordering both extra hot. Went back through the drive through, they apparently wanted me to think they were doing me a favor my refusing to accept the drinks that were gross back (I get that BUT, they also DON'T have a trash receptacle outside. So they were trying to make it all happy, oh, keep em . Well, the problem is I have a small car with not many cup holders. Wtf is there no trash can? Is no one there with sense? I get it's covid and you don't want to take drinks you fuck up back, but use your brain and provide people a TRASH CAN then. I can't even understand why someone has to point that out to you. It's really not that complicated of an idea. When I asked for a refund, the employees got kinda bent (I don't have room for old shitty cups FULL of coffee and new FULL coffee, I literally don't have that many cup holders!) and couldn't even facilitate a refund. I ended up driving away with no warm coffee and no refund. It's like I went out of my way to have you give me shitty service. My coffee was 86 degrees when I drove home 2.6 miles. Literally, I could have pulled coffee out of my butt and it would have been warmer.... so, not impressive. As per my last review about the drive through. This store is such a pain. read more

I like to frequent local coffee shops but this location was intriguing to me with the large space and all the windows. I was in the area and needed to get some work done so I opted to come in and check it out. I don't know if I need to comment on their drinks - everyone probably knows their favorite. In this instance, I went with a tea as I was caffeined out. My first gripe is the Internet was very slow. I did a test and it came up with 'very slow'. In fact, on the first try it didn't even load the page. Second, just because it is 90+ degrees out doesn't mean the thermostat should be cranked down. I needed a sweater to sit in there after a little while so I ended up leaving. It was very uncomfortable. read more

Legit the worst drink I've ever tasted. It's pretty sad that I know how to make this drink better than they do. I got two brown sugar shaken espressos, which are not cheap, and it's evident they used regular espresso or "let their shots die" because it is sooo bitter, there's no flavor and barely any oat milk. This Starbucks is so damn slow!! It might look like a easy in and out if you see maybe two or three people but don't let that fool you. Avoid this location at all costs. I only live a block from it so I'm subjected to come here but if there was another one within walking distance from my house I'd never come here. The mgmt needs to get their staff trained and get it together. I go to a starbucks that's downtown in my office building and there might be a line out the door but I can get thru within about 10-15mins. I went into this Starbucks and was greeted very nicely by the cashier who proceeded to take our orders. He was very apologetic because he was very new to the register which I responded no worries. He had asked a nearby employee to help him which she did with no issue well at least I didn't see any at first. The young man who was making the drinks on the other hand was upset about our customized drinks to which he made mine and my mother's incorrectly and then went on to verbalize how much he hated making customized drinks before proceeded to snatch her cup and add lemonade after she said it was incorrect. I then see and over hear the young lady to fuss at the cashier about taking customized orders, after watching the ladies behavior I didn't say anything about it, instead I made a comment of their behaviors and attitudes to a family member to which the little girl felt the need to try to eye me down. The young man who took our order proceeded to remake the orders and made them correctly. So thank you to that young man, but the other two both need to work on their customer service skills. read more
